Ștefan is a hospitable host who's taking care of his guests. I really recommend him. Road access is a bit challenging but you will have your car in the apartment parking always. Good food, clean and quiet. Very beautiful green garden.

1. Pictures on booking are at least few years old. They have not been regularly updated.
2. Instead of wooden floor, we had ceramic tiles.
3. We booked room with terrace and open sea view but insted, we got a room with a view of the building that was built and obscures most of the sea views!
4. The TV is very small and while you are lying down, you can hardly see what is happening on it.
5. There is rust and rot in the kitchen.
6. The towels are as sharp as a razor!
7. When we arrived, I have found in my nightstand some used toothpicks from previous guests :S
8. Some parts in the bathroom are semi-defective.
9. Unfortunately, I got the feeling that hospitality was based solely on money.
10. Accommodation is difficult to reach, the road is bad and on a large slope.
11. I am very sorry that my bad experience with this accommodation marked my vacation in that way.

I can agree with all previous reviews noted as poor or bad.

Lovely place!!! Nice and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was simple but had everything and it was really tasty!! The hosts made us feel like home!!!

Apartment is on georgeus place, with wonderful sea views and old cityscape. Host are very welcome. There is a garden under olive trees. Room where we stayed was clean and adorable.

Superb place: very nice, clean and comfortable apartment, sea view, fast wifi, free parking. Only 5 minutes on foot to the beach. Best of all are the hosts who offer a wonderful welcome.

Medin Apartments was the best accommodation among the 9 places I stayed at in Petrovac over August-September 2017.
I like its quiet location among the olive trees above the township, the value for money, clean rooms with good WiFi, family owners - and the genuinely non-smoking rooms (I stayed 4 times). Stairway access to town and beaches.
