Well maintained 3* accommodation for beach lovers who wanted a sea view all mornings and evenings.

The flat we stayed at is 1BHK and has secured parking space to park our rental car. Our 2.5 yr old enjoyed the terrace, it was spacious and well cleaned.

Kitchen was filled with enough utensils to cook quick meals with induction top and kettle along.

Mariano - the person in charge of this place was absolutely welcoming and very attentive to our asks and likes while organising breakfast on first morning. He even extended to offer his help when we were in need of milk that we ran out for my toddler during our stay. Rooms were cleaned when requested.

Our flight got delayed so we checked in late night around 12AM but Mariano was kind enough to visit us at that time to ensure we settled comfortably. He provided us bottled water for drinking as tap water around is not recommended. Thank you Mariano!

We visited early May (which was stated as off season) so the shops downstairs were not opened , hence missed the pizzas.

On the whole - we enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

We spent 2 weeks at Adriatic Apartment. Perfect location! Almost on the beach you could say! Private parking. Clean and cosy rooms, polite, helpful and friendly staff ready to make sure you have the greatest time. Downstairs they have a market where you can find everything you could possibly need and also a restaurant with very good food and afordable prices.
Over our expectations! We hope to come back one day, for another vacation.

The apartment is very spacious. The room is separated from the living room by a door. The AC is on the living room. Good location near the end of the beach. The Wi-Fi is good and there is free parking. The host was super nice. He gave us late check-out and also gifted us two local beers to try. The only down would be that the apartment could use some renovation.

In front of Long beach, reaching by walking the most famous sandy beaches. Very clean, perfect communication with the owner and as well a lot of help with taxis, transfer and general information.There are different food shopping stores near, a pizzeria, some bars and 5min away there is a local market, Lunapark and plenty of restaurants. Very satisfied.

The location is great (very close to the sandy Beach), the restaurant attached is excellent for a most reasonable price, the room was of very high standard (big, bright, clean, nice and sturdy furniture, very comfortable matress). During our stay in Monténégro we also went to Petrovac and we could really compare and appreciate how much ulcinj and this hotel were great!!

I spent several days in July 2018 at Adriatic apartments in Ulcinj. It was recommended to me by a friend of mine, and definitely this was a great recommendation! The beach is very close, just 2-3 minutes by foot. The hosts are very nice and helpful and rooms are very clean and cozy. I really enjoyed my time here! Highly recommended!
