Great suits with everything we needed, the owner Djuro and his wife are wonderful people, they helped us in everything. The apartments are in the best location in Tivat, 2 minutes from the beach, in front two supermarkets, 10 minutes walk to the center , we had a great stay.

I come to this place regularly, mainly with my other family members. The apartments are in a beautiful, quiet location, a 5-min walk to the beach. Very nice apartment, clean and spacious, looks better than pictures. If you take sea view, you will be in a third floor, no elevator, but the view will be amasing. Very friendly hosts. I would come back again.

The apartment was exactly as we expected. From the top floor there are amazing views of the mountains and the sea. The beach is right next door and there are restaurants where guests can have dinner. We loved the beach here, clear and the smaller rocks were easier for us to walk on. Really comfortable beds and a nice restaurant on site. Chicken tacos were not quite what my children expected but still tasty. Our only complaint was that service seemed to be extremely slow but other than that we had a great time!

We came to Kotor based on our friends' recommendation. We paid €45 for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella for 3 people. The sea is beautiful, but the beach is filled with small pebbles. The pebbles aren’t too uncomfortable, but the turquoise color seen in photos isn’t real. We ordered pizza and risotto, and both were very delicious. The cocktails were average. In total, we paid €145.

Lively beach bar with very good views of the sea. We stopped by for a bite to eat and were served quickly. The portions were generous and the cevapi was particularly good. Myself & my husband visited on 30th June 2024. We were greeted by a very nice front of house young lady who took us to our beds which we hadn’t reserved. Got in at 10am and already quite busy. I stayed in the dorm room which has 6 beds although it was never full even during peak tourist season. The room was always clean and mostly tidy. The room has a nice view of the water and mountains. Simple guesthouse but very well located in front of the bay of Kotor and very close to the Old Town, there are great restaurants in front of the guesthouse! And don't forget to take the boat trip to the Blue Cave, you can take a nice swim inside! And the landscape is beautiful!

If there was a sixth star I would give it.. The hosts are very very nice and kind, the service is also, the accommodation is excellent, neat, clean.. We are really satisfied and we will come back to them next year for sure..

The location is 6.5 km from Kotor city center, but the view is incredible. There are markets, restaurants, and beaches nearby. It's a quiet, peaceful place to relax. The host is very kind and hospitable. I would choose this place again if I come back.

Panoramic views and first class host We stayed in an apartment with truly panoramic view over the bay of Kotor. The owner was a particularly helpful and friendly lady, who helped making our stay unforgettable. The apartment had a large terrace facing the bay as well as a smaller one facing south, which we enjoyed very much.

Excellent place, very clean with the best view of the Adriatic Sea your money can buy in Montenegro. The owners are very friendly. The location is close to a 5 star beach and a supermarket, also there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
