Staying in this 18th-century building was a unique experience. The interior is well-maintained, and the restaurant is absolutely stunning!
The highlight of our stay was Tatiana—she provided exceptional service, handling all our needs with such warmth. We also had a memorable (and slightly wet!) night during a 'Jugo' storm when rainwater leaked through the windows, but Tatiana's care made us feel supported throughout. The breakfast was delicious and the hospitality was top-notch. Highly recommended for the history and the incredible staff!

A truly cozy and charming small hotel, with just the right number of guests, which makes the stay feel peaceful and personal. The service was excellent — attentive, warm, and always helpful. Breakfast was outstanding, fresh and carefully prepared, a perfect start to the day.
The location is about a 10-minute drive from Kotor, but it’s absolutely worth it if you want to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the Bay of Boka Kotorska away from the crowds. A perfect choice for relaxation and a more authentic experience.

Hotel was clean and cozy. The view at the front is unbelievably beautiful.
Pls keep in mind that it is a bit far from kotor old town and taxi takes approx 12 Euros each side. Bus timetable was not available and on weekends buses are not operating every hour.

A cozy hotel on the coast of the Bay of Kotor in an 18th-century house. The interior features preserved walls, furniture, and many details from that time, creating a stunning atmosphere. The staff is very polite. The hotel offers a delicious à la carte breakfast. The hotel has a picturesque courtyard and a stunning terrace overlooking the sea. The hotel's beach is small, clean, and has a well-maintained pebble entrance. I highly recommend this hotel!

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The breakfast was a highlight - fresh, varied, and delicious every morning.
While transit options around the hotel weren’t the most convenient, the local area more than made up for it with plenty of great food spots within walking distance. If you're looking for a cozy place with good food and a welcoming atmosphere, this hotel is a solid choice.

Love love loved this hotel and its amazing staff! The location, just out of the touristic old town, is perfect. You can slip right off the terrace into sea. There are lovely sun loungers sea side - a perfect spot to sit and watch the many boats and bathers bobbing in the bright blue sea. The included breakfast was fantastic. There were local delights like home made cheeses, bread and jam. We were given a welcome champagne. The hotel rooms were comfortable with fluffy beds and ice cold air conditioning. Loved the old limestone walls and wooden furniture. Great local restaurants nearby right on the sea. A quick and cheap cab ride to the old town of Kotor.

The property itself was nice but the area around the property was sketch with abandoned buildings. The staff was very nice and upgraded our room for free.
