Service: Excellent! The staff were very efficient with positive, smiling attitudes, and respected guest privacy but were always there when needed. I especially loved the gym – they had water, protein powder, and even thoughtfully labeled the energy content of the Choco bar. This is currently my top hotel! They even gave a farewell gift when I checked out. It was a wonderful and relaxing experience :)

One&Only Portonovi is truly exceptional. Guests are welcomed with warm hospitality and impeccable service from the very beginning. The location is stunning, offering beautiful views of the Adriatic and a peaceful atmosphere throughout the resort.

Loved every minute of it. Staff was so polite and helpful, rooms were spacious and have everything you need. My fav part were huge bathrooms and comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious with variety of fresh juices, coffee, pastries, healthy meals and sweets. We had spa and pool included which were clean and not crowded at all. Hotel is located in Porto Novi , quiet and super safe zone. Would def come back!

Seven years ago, I visited Montenegro and stayed at an Aman hotel. With fond memories, I returned and stayed at One&Only, but unfortunately, I was generally disappointed.
First, the advantages: the rooms were relatively large, the sea view was beautiful, the swimming pool was nice, and the breakfast service was good—all meeting the standards of a hotel of this level, but nothing particularly surprising or unexpected. Also, because the hotel is located within a mixed-use real estate development, privacy was lacking.
As a top-tier luxury hotel brand, this hotel completely failed to meet standards in service and dining. Firstly, there were no welcome drinks at check-in. I saw that the group of guests before us had them, but apparently, our group didn't. The next day, I saw other guests without welcome drinks either, indicating a very casual service.
The concierge service was extremely unprofessional. When I inquired about available itineraries, the staff seemed unfamiliar with the business and had no idea how to recommend suitable itineraries. They simply answered my questions, rushed to provide quotes, and spoke curtly. The next day, when I went to book airport transfer, another staff member was very impatient, completely lacking the professionalism expected of a concierge.
We arrived quite late on the first day and ordered room service. The steamed rice they delivered had a puddle of water at the bottom of the bowl – completely unacceptable! Lacking confidence in the hotel's food, we didn't eat dinner at the hotel restaurant afterwards. There's a pretty good Rock Fish restaurant in a nearby neighborhood; we ate there two nights in a row. It cost about 80 euros per person, and the seafood soup was incredibly delicious.
In short, this One&Only hotel didn't offer the personalized, high-end service of a top-tier luxury hotel at all; everything was quite ordinary.

My third stay at this hotel, the best in Montenegro. It truly lives up to its One Only status. The hotel's yacht service (extra charge) is worth trying. The restaurant's cuisine may not be to Chinese tastes.

A very beautiful hotel. There were two things I wasn't satisfied with in terms of service: first, despite having plenty of rooms available, they assigned us a lower floor facing the street; second, the staff member responsible for providing water sports equipment was very rude. Overall, I would still recommend it.

We had the most unforgettable stay at One&Only in Montenegro– truly beyond five stars ⭐️
Our suite was enormous, with breathtaking sea views from the terrace, a jacuzzi overlooking the water, the bathroom was exceptionally spacious with a double setup – pure luxury. Everything about the room and facilities felt like perfection.
Breakfasts were outstanding, with an impressive variety every morning. The spa is a perfect addition to the stay and restaurants on the hotel side were also so great.
The hotel itself is an oasis of peace and coziness – I doubt there’s a quieter or more beautiful place in all of Montenegro. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming thanks to the incredibly friendly staff. The manager, in particular, was very attentive and made us feel so special from the very beginning of our stay. I regret forgetting his name, but I remember he also worked in the Maldives O&O, and his care and professionalism left a lasting impression.
This place is truly one of a kind – “One&Only” in every sense. We are already counting the days until next year to return to our beloved hotel. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a magical, unforgettable escape.
