• Housing Lovcen: this building is the main restaurant, conference hall for 150 people, equipped with the most modern equipment and breakout room. The second floor has 5 exclusive suites with large private terraces and wonderful sea views.
• Body between Primorka the biggest building of the complex is set amongst lush tropical vegetation. A 5-storey building with 48 classic and 4 Deluxe rooms await the guests. Most rooms with balcony and sea view. 24 of them with the possibility of connection, thus ideal for big families and companies. On the first floor of the building there is a Wellness oasis on the 5th floor terrace for sunbathing.
• Body Novlyanka: this small complex of buildings there are 16 double classic rooms with a French balcony, each of which offers a great view of the sea.
