No wifi in the rooms, only at the reception. Stains on my towels, and when I complained, they were replaced with new towels - again with stains on them. Staff didn't apologise at all and seemed annoyed at my complaints. Food is average. Rooms are very dated and not very clean. Would definitely not recommend.

Got food poisoning from eating dinner at the hotel. When I when back to my room (2418) to throw up I found the water stopped working, so could not flush the toilet. I asked reception to resolve this but they told me I would have to wait till tomorrow morning for the plumber to arrive. They did not offer to move me to another room or offer at least bottles of water to tide me over to the next day. Being sick I had to waste two day in my room sleeping trying to recover. The Wi Fi seemed to be very basic to down load an e-mail but not enough to load up a webpage. There is no sandy or pebble beach only a concrete block to jump into the sea.

Beautiful experience, perfect location. Just Wifi connection was so bad. They even gave us 2 extra beds for our kids without any extra charge.

The hotel has not been well maintained. Didn’t feel we got what we paid for. The hotel website needs updating so photos are accurate.

have been coming to this hotel with family for years - great location and lovely services however the hotel could use with some renovations and diversity of entertainment. also the wifi needs a bit of improvement. the food in the bar/restaurant is great and staff are generally friendly

Amazing location and plenty of activities for the kids. The pool has an amazing view and the breakfast buffet is great however the wifi isn’t the best. Definitely want to come back again!

The location of this hotel was excellent. Close to beach and restaurants - including a nice walk up to the Old Town. Hotel was very run down in places. Felt like an 80’s resort that had been left unloved. Rooms basic nothing flash - less than was expected for the money.
Our room had significant mould in bathroom - asked for it to be rectified which it was including the installation of a new shower head. Hotel wifi did not work unless you were in reception area. Very poor everywhere else. Staff very friendly and did what they could to help. Pool was excellent - large and spacious. No additional costs for sun lounges at beach or pool but you had to be early - people reserving and not being present was an issue. Breakfast buffet was survival of the fittest. Scrambling for food made it not a very nice atmosphere. Getting there early at opening rectifies this - beat the crowd. We did enjoy our stay but was not what we had expected by the website and advertising.

Catastrophical rooms. With horrible outdated dirty furniture. We asked for a different room at the reception but they have been tellong us for 3 days now that they will think of something they will do something but they do t do anything. Everything is dirty. The staff is very unfriendly, we honestly offered to pay more just to change rooms but they could not get it done. And the rooms are not maintained at all.. horrible experience. The beaches around the hotel are non existent. The closest beach is from a concrete platform. And the other available places for swimming are very very small, brutally crowded. Herceg nowi really did not capture us. I highly remmoned that you go to other places on the adriatic beach, where there is nature. More space and peace. But if you want to risk it go ahead. We got the room all the way at the top of the hotel with 100+ stairs to climb every time we want to go to the beach and dirty sheets and shower. Combined with horrible customer service.

Great hotel! Definitely recommend. Everything is very presentable and convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant with a sea view. Various delicious dishes. There is a wellness room with massage, shower, jacuzzi. Nice, clean pool. Private beach, sun loungers. The hotel staff does their job well, everyone is very polite. After check-out, you can leave your luggage and stay on the territory, swim.
