Spacious Central Magik Mini-hotel in Kotor

Be careful with the apartment!
Walls are moldy. I had another question after I checked out, unfortunately I was ignored. The landlord only cares about getting his cash, he doesn't care about anything else!
We were only provided half a toilet roll for two days.
The two stars are only for the decent location.

We stayed for few days there, with small kids and friends. House is big, but with outdated furniture, old broken toilets, dirty floors.
We were quite frustrated to see that there are 4 stars on the front entrance (I would not give it even a half of a star).
Upstairs there is one mirror wall closet with broken ceiling, with (literally) a giant hole on it, like in horror movies :).
Windows were dirty, which is a pitty as you can see the port from the upper floor.
Luckily we were absent for most of the time, only sleep overs.
City center is nearby, so location is great. We also had a parking place.

If its a family vacay - its not worthy the money. You can find much better stays in nearby.
If you are a student, looking for a cheap place for party, I guess its perfect.

The location of the apartment is quite good, and it is pretty spacious. It comes with a parking space which is handy there.

Everything was a bit worn out. Cabinets are falling apart, there are spider webs. only 1 wine glass , dirty toasty iron... if you payed 250 euro for 2 nights you would expect all the details to be right but they were not.

Position is good, Apartment so and so (not many tools to cook and some furniture broken, we had to ask for clean towels as the firsts were dirty and the check-in was delayed, while we were asking for possibility of anticipated check in even). The manager/owner cannot just be described. He was making fun of people, asking us to cancel booking in order not to declare the staying and also for anticipated money in cash. Look for another place.
