Very clean and beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms. The staff at reception and in the spa were professional, friendly, and spoke excellent English. Overall, a very pleasant and high-quality stay

Breakfasts are varied and very tasty, and the atmosphere of the hotel creates a feeling of real relaxation. Staying here left only positive impressions - we will be happy to come back again!

Including parking in the room price would greatly improve the guest experience. Excellent hotel with great service, but including parking would make the experience perfect

Rooms are very spacious and luxurious. The room even had a jacuzzi of a well-known manufacturer. However, the nozzles came off every time the jacuzzi has been turned on

The paid parking was disappointing. Many guests expect parking to be included at a Hilton, and this seems to be the main reason for lower ratings

I will start talking first about the location of the hotel which is amazing, you don’t need to rent a car not even to take a bus to explore the city, everything is in walkable distance

The housekeepers were nice, specially that my baby was sleeping a lot so cleaning the room wasn’t possible in the morning for us but they were coming to clean the room when we were going out which was very nice of them

The General Manager Marko Korac went out of his way to help us. I recommend this hotel highly for its excellent service, professionalism, location and above all kindness of its staff.

It's about an 8-minute walk from the bus terminal. It's a little outside the tourist center, but I didn't find it particularly inconvenient. It seems to be a major chain hotel, but the building looks old

The only minus I will say is because of the elevators, the fact that they are a little bit old but they do their work. I really recommend it for business trips mostly but it works for families as well

The views are great, the video added is recorder from our balcony, from the restaurant upstairs you can see the best view

I was not expecting a buffet breakfast at a “5-star” hotel. The rooms, staff, location, and spa are amazing. But I’m not eating old eggs from a shared metal canister. This is for cattle.

The only drawback is its location, the neighborhood is not very appealing and doesn't look safe after sunset (maybe it was just pur perception)

I requested a room with a balcony and arrived to find I had been given an upgrade to a two room suite with balcony

The hotel location is not perfect, but it is also very convenient to get to and from town within several minutes. Parking is freely available at the property

The lady in the kitchen makes wonderful breakfast and everybody are very polite. The hotel is away from the city center but if you are with a car it is perfect

The hotel is in a good location near the train and bus stations and a short walk to the old town and city centre. The restaurant is reasonably priced and has really good food including the breakfast

The place was ok, The first night there was no water in the bathroom, the second night there was no electricity for lights. Even though the staff were very kind and available. Recommended given its strategic location .

There are many big shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, and the unique leisure and comfort here is very suitable for people who like peace and quiet

The bedding is clean and comfortable, and there are stools and sockets at the door, so you can rest your feet after checking out

The hotel is next to the highway, the location is a bit remote. It takes half an hour to walk to the main attractions. There is no elevator. Go early to get a good parking space. The daily breakfast is pretty good.

The hotel is located next to the road, so it’s quite noisy even when all the windows are closed. The rooms are not super modern, but quite okay

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel – the room was incredibly spacious. Loved the separate living and dining areas, which made it feel like a suite. All the facilities were modern and thoughtfully provided

Location is not great for walking, but a taxi to the city center is just 3 euros

The only negative I can think of is its location, a little far from the city center, but taxis are cheap here and it takes less than 10 minutes and about 3 euros to get there

This hotel is really great! It's super clean, and for just over 400 RMB a night, it even includes breakfast for two – such a good deal. They provide disposable slippers in the room, and the shampoo is excellent

The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions and the bus station, and the city itself is very walkable. There are also a few halal dining options nearby. I highly recommend Berlin Doner, it’s amazing

All was quite nice, while breakfast was outstanding. The two bits that could be improved upon are: the equipment in the gym and the windows in rooms do not open.

A good option for a night or two. The location is very convenient—the bus station platform is literally right outside the window. The train platforms are also around the corner

The room was reasonably clean, but the furniture, carpets, walls, and bed linens seemed very worn (a hole in the sheet was amusing)

I was a little disappointed that card payments were completely unavailable at late or early times, as only the on-duty staff were available, so the fee had to be paid in cash

The bathroom was thoughtfully labeled with disinfection tags, but this also raised questions (some lint and hairs were found on the napkin under the glass)

However, late check-in was no problem; we were accommodated without question, as was an early check-out

I only booked this hotel as my flights had been changed by the airline and I needed an extra night , so for one night booked Hotel M as I thought it was convenient as told it was nearer to the airport and also as I had an early flight

For a short stay, I have a good night sleep with a comfty bed with a hot water for me to make my coffee and tea and as well some goodies for nourishment

The only thing isn't working is the television as I am unsuccesful in turning it on. Regardless, I have a good night experience with the room I stayed

They even offered a double bed in the room instead of a single bed, which was very nice. Only positive impressions! Definitely worth returning

I stayed for 1 night as part of the grand balkan tour. The location is very close to the border, the common areas are large and spacious. There is a large parking lot and it is safe. It is easy to find a market around

It is in a pretty central location so everything is walkable, there are quite a few grocery stores and restaurants in the area, and the hotel was clean and the staff was really helpful and kind

I needed to print a bus ticket and the lady at the front desk helped me out and was so wonderful about it!

The only huge plus of the hotel is its location, 15 minutes walk from the railway station, so you don't have to worry about a taxi, you can stretch your legs a bit

It's a drive from the city center, but the nearby supermarket is great. The room was decent, easily accommodating two large suitcases. It seems to be in a suburban location, so parking is convenient and free

Great hotel in city centre (Podgorica) Excellent location in the city centre close to restaurants and bars. The park close to the national stadium is worth a visit. Food and drink prices are very reasonable.

Not too bad Central hotel. Close to everything. Breakfast was nice but the hot food should be kept hot. All the food are opened with a blow fly flying around the first day. Too much cold meats.

The swimming pool is an option which needs to be paid. In the morning, the smells from the kitchen are strong inside the room. The older lady with the red hair from housekeeping was very sweet

Loud music until 3am In the city center, which is convenient for a city trip. However, there's a bar closeby, which plays very loud music, which keeps you awake until 3am

The staff kindly moved my room, which improved the noise situation, but I would avoid staying here on the weekend

well recommended and nice place but the breakfast should have started around 6am instead of 7am
