The front desk said their computer showed we had already checked out, which was quite baffling. After getting a new card to go upstairs, I found that the original card no longer even activated the electricity

So I suppose the cleaning is not very thorough.   The spa center is superb! Bib pool and lot's of facilities: sauna, steam rooms tropical shower etc. Could spend there full day, very recommended

The furniture was typically European, and breakfast was quite rich. I had originally intended to give it a full five-star rating, but after breakfast, my room key wouldn't work in the elevator

This was arguably the best hotel we stayed at in terms of facilities on this trip, being a true Hilton without any prefixes. The shower had a glass door, and there was a large bathtub

I will start talking first about the location of the hotel which is amazing, you don’t need to rent a car not even to take a bus to explore the city, everything is in walkable distance

The housekeepers were nice, specially that my baby was sleeping a lot so cleaning the room wasn’t possible in the morning for us but they were coming to clean the room when we were going out which was very nice of them

The General Manager Marko Korac went out of his way to help us. I recommend this hotel highly for its excellent service, professionalism, location and above all kindness of its staff.

It's about an 8-minute walk from the bus terminal. It's a little outside the tourist center, but I didn't find it particularly inconvenient. It seems to be a major chain hotel, but the building looks old

The only minus I will say is because of the elevators, the fact that they are a little bit old but they do their work. I really recommend it for business trips mostly but it works for families as well

The views are great, the video added is recorder from our balcony, from the restaurant upstairs you can see the best view

The only drawback is its location, the neighborhood is not very appealing and doesn't look safe after sunset (maybe it was just pur perception)

The best hotel hospitality ever! Everything about our stay was wonderful. We had a large room with a living room and a bedroom. The hotel also set up a cot for our 3rd child

I'm incredibly happy with my choice, locationnwas excellent in my opinion, not too close not too far to the old town, nice design for the room, excellent shower albeit a bit small, water always hot and good pressure, breakfast is more than fine for the hotel's price, can't say much about the service cause I didn't really need anything

The lady in the kitchen makes wonderful breakfast and everybody are very polite. The hotel is away from the city center but if you are with a car it is perfect

Great hotel in city centre (Podgorica) Excellent location in the city centre close to restaurants and bars. The park close to the national stadium is worth a visit. Food and drink prices are very reasonable.

Not too bad Central hotel. Close to everything. Breakfast was nice but the hot food should be kept hot. All the food are opened with a blow fly flying around the first day. Too much cold meats.

The swimming pool is an option which needs to be paid. In the morning, the smells from the kitchen are strong inside the room. The older lady with the red hair from housekeeping was very sweet

Loud music until 3am In the city center, which is convenient for a city trip. However, there's a bar closeby, which plays very loud music, which keeps you awake until 3am

The staff kindly moved my room, which improved the noise situation, but I would avoid staying here on the weekend

well recommended and nice place but the breakfast should have started around 6am instead of 7am

Location is not great for walking, but a taxi to the city center is just 3 euros

The only negative I can think of is its location, a little far from the city center, but taxis are cheap here and it takes less than 10 minutes and about 3 euros to get there

The place was ok, The first night there was no water in the bathroom, the second night there was no electricity for lights. Even though the staff were very kind and available. Recommended given its strategic location .

For a short stay, I have a good night sleep with a comfty bed with a hot water for me to make my coffee and tea and as well some goodies for nourishment

The only thing isn't working is the television as I am unsuccesful in turning it on. Regardless, I have a good night experience with the room I stayed

They even offered a double bed in the room instead of a single bed, which was very nice. Only positive impressions! Definitely worth returning

Good service. They upgraded my room. I liked their restaurant, not very pricey and delicious. There's a gym too. A bit far from center though.

The worst part was when I came back to my room on the second night after being out all day — there was a huge fly buzzing around! I had to “fight” it to get rid of it, hahaha

we found this treasure hotel when visiting Himara, ans we fell in love with the whole place, the view from the terrace is amalzing, the rooms are so nice and clean, and all the women working here was so lovely, the location is perfect, close to both harbour ans all the beaches

The hotel is next to the highway, the location is a bit remote. It takes half an hour to walk to the main attractions. There is no elevator. Go early to get a good parking space. The daily breakfast is pretty good.
