Where to stay in Podgorica

The place is good 15 minutes to walk to the city.and there is a bus stop near the hotel and super market also.

The nicest hotel we had in our stay in Montenegro. First because it was the first and the only one that had an elevator. Parking behind the hotel with back excess. Nice room although relatively small. Nice team and excellent breakfast. It is far from the center but if you come with a car it is not a problem.

Well located with excellent private parking. Regular bed a bit hard for my text. Basic breakfast included. Fantastic lady at the reception desk. She helped us with the programming of our tour of the city.

I have been based all summer in Podgorica, spending months in Resurs hotel. The position of this hotel is very nice, being both quiet and not far from the city center. The personnel are very nice, always here to help with any request you may have. The rooms are comfy and clean, the bedding comfortable and of good size. As a plus, the hotel have its private parking lot. I highly recommend.

The restaurant offers an incredibly high quality of food and the size of the portions in relation to the prices. This is certainly the best quality food for extremely low prices of any place I've ever visited. The ambience is fantastic, as is the natural greenery that surrounds it.

Very comfortable rooms. Perfect before taking a flight. Close to city center (10 min taxi). The big plus is the outdoor pool enabling you to chill out during a hot summer afternoon. Restaurant is good and classy but prices are good. Wine is well selected and service is more than good.

Hotel Aria is a phenomenal place to stay!!The grounds are beautiful, as are the lobby and the rooms - the modern finishes and decor made us feel luxurious and comfortable. The hotel's location isn't great; it's a bit far from the city center. It's close to a main road, so it's quite noisy. The hotel's exterior pictures are beautiful, but the actual interior facilities are very basic. However, hotels in Montenegro's capital are generally expensive, and there aren't many options. There aren't many attractions either; only a cathedral is worth visiting.

It's meant to be a 4 star, but I got a 2 stary treatment. Imagine no body lotion, breakfast has limited menu, TV is not smart as it should be, and no shampoo. The towels are so rough and old. Mould in the toilet. Nice place with potentials.

I visited this restaurant today on 07/01/'26. Everything was perfect including food, service and staff. This hotel is centrally located and easily accessible to all parts of Podgorica. We received a complimentary upgrade, and the hostess was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Very nice hotel in the center of Podgorica with a lot of bars around that gets loud in the night but the hotel has soundproof rooms so besides having fun you can also sleep well here. They have a great bar and a restourant with nice breakfast and good service.

Holy cow, okay. The staff was incredibly friendly. All of the rooms are on the first floor and most of them look out onto the backside of the bus station. I still can’t believe how many great channels the television had, it was a lot. Advice: don’t book more than one night in this capital.

Very nice camping. The only problem is that there is only one toilet available, so you have to make smart planning to get your stuff done. It is located in a very nice canyon, it cause very strong wind, which can be problematic when you sleep in a tent, like we did. Perfect location, just at the end of the highway to Podgorica.

What a pleasure to stay here! Everything is new and very neat, we were spoiled with super tasty local food and breakfast. The camp is situated beautifully between the mountains and beside a clean and fresh river! The people are very friendly and their young son often helps with translations. We were very impressed with his english! Only downside was that theres only one shower and toilet and you sometimes have to wait.

Great hotel, would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay on the outskirts of Podgorica. Staff were friendly and helpful with good English. The superior room was beautiful! They have good bfast options also very lavish a persin can get 2 options from their set menu. But they should consider an elevator and make sure room heater is better they let us stay in their loft which is first floor plus and for elder people it is a hassle. I spent only one night but i wish i could have stayed longer. It is a very pleasant place with clean and organized rooms (we booked 2). We also tried the restaurant and it was excellent. We didn't know but the portions were huge. In my next visit to Montenegro i am definitely staying here once again. It is very close to the city and close to the airport.

Wow i could not be happier at this hotel, its kind of like i tapped into my third eye, I was taking the bus from Kotor, which is normally two and half to three hours, however if you have traveled in the balkans by bus, lots can go wrong, traffic, bus breakdown and beacrocrcy (police checking buses paperwork) All happened so im glad i booked a day in the capital. Great property right in the fun area of town, lots of good dining options all around the block. 20 mins walk from train station- easy. Didn’t realise when booking that this was also a Munich themed beer restaurant as well as a hotel. Didn’t affect us, but it was pretty loud on a Friday night. 2 night break Nice modern designed room, a little small but wasn't planning on staying in the room during the day. Bathroom was nice and large. Great bar downstairs playing live music and serving some nice food. They had said in the description before we booked about the live music, so it wasn't a problem for us. We was staying in Marienplatz in Podgorica for a few days . The accommodation and service was perrfect. The rooms are very clean ans modern. The food is very tasty and in very large portions. The staff is very friwndly and hepfull.
