The view from the room's terrace is simply breathtaking: the sea, the cliffs, the old town fortress. The villa has a private beach exclusively for guests, which is wonderful compared to the dirty town beaches. The water is crystal clear and quiet. The hosts are very welcoming and welcoming. Vera, the host, deserves special thanks; she's always ready to help. On the first day of our vacation, despite the intense heat, she walked with us into town, showed us around, explained everything, helped us with shopping, and gave us the phone number of a taxi driver she knew. The rooms are certainly a bit tired and in need of a makeover, but the sunsets over the sea at night make up for these shortcomings. The only downside is the very difficult road to the villa; an inexperienced driver won't be able to navigate the narrow and steep roads. The walk to the center is only 10-15 minutes, but when it's not too hot, it's quite a pleasant stroll. I highly recommend Villa Anastasia for a romantic getaway.

Nice view. Private beach and pool. Steep climb though, over 200 stairs. Rocky beach. Rocks quite sharp. Apts are dated. Kitchen and bathroom make u claustrophobic. There is literally no space to turn around. Landlords are very nice and helpful. AC is useless at night unless u want it blowing into ur head. Almost a mile to the sand beach at city center. I'd say 2 and half stars at best.

All OK.

Access to the apartments is close to a miracle, the apartment is like in the times of the People's Republic of Poland, there is a problem with hot water, you need to heat the water in the kettle to wash yourself, the water in the pool is dirty, fear to enter so as not to get allergic.
To descend to the pool and private beach you have to climb 217 steps.
The price for the apartment is high, such conditions can be found in the area for half the price.
Nice hosts, beautiful views but this in no way compensates for the other aspects

We stayed from June 1, 2018, to June 15, 2018. A wonderful place. Very friendly hosts. The accommodations aren't luxurious, but quite adequate. One of the main advantages is its own fully equipped beach, something that's practically nonexistent in Ulcinj. The downside is that you have to go down to the beach, and then, most importantly, climb up—about 120-200 steps, depending on the route. P.S. Traveling by car in this country is a must. The views are unforgettable, and in the mountains, even the smells. Pristine nature. The downside is that it's a mountainous country, and on secondary roads, two cars can barely pass each other. When renting a car, it's better to choose one with hill assist and hill descent assist. But overall, it's worth it.

Last summer we were here with my family. On and off every day was chaotic. It was hardly possible to turn to the parking lot. The panorama from the terrace was breathtaking. But I wouldn't call a accommodation for a child friendly. I was 2 years old with the younger child. There was a barrier on the terrace in some places, the depths below us ... there wasn't much space to finish the construction downhill. The tourist tax was also charged to the baby. The room was ugly, but the bed was comfortable. Wifi was just out on the terrace. The guy who was supervised on our private beach was very helpful! (BENI) The city is very bustling with lots of people, many restaurants and a step-by-step Albanian bakery. This accommodation enjoys a quiet location away from the noise of the city.
