This was the perfect stay for our trip to Ulcinj! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed with fresh towels every 2 days :) we also loved the large balcony!! Very pleasant stay, the rooms are comfortable, beautiful and we had an amazing view of the mountain. The stuff is very nice, it is easy to acces even though is uphill but that is the beauty.

During my entire stay here the only thing I didn't like was the view, as they said there would be a sea view, but the rooms were clean, there was no smell from the pond, and the hosts were very welcoming.

The apartments have been renovated this year, leaving small teething problems with the Internet and satellite TV, which should soon be fixed. Other than that, it is clean and comfortable. Location is really nice, the beach and water is close. Apartments are well equipped, rooms are clean. The only downside is that the place requires to go up stairs so it is not for everyone. Overall I really recommend.

I am delighted with this hotel. Small, quiet, neighbors are not heard at all, perfect soundproofing. All rooms have a sea view. The owner is very polite and sociable, speaks Russian well. They clean the room every day, downstairs there is a good cafe, in a word, super !!!

The apartment is very spacious. The room is separated from the living room by a door. The AC is on the living room. Good location near the end of the beach. The Wi-Fi is good and there is free parking. The host was super nice. He gave us late check-out and also gifted us two local beers to try. The only down would be that the apartment could use some renovation.

In front of Long beach, reaching by walking the most famous sandy beaches. Very clean, perfect communication with the owner and as well a lot of help with taxis, transfer and general information.There are different food shopping stores near, a pizzeria, some bars and 5min away there is a local market, Lunapark and plenty of restaurants. Very satisfied.

Pretty good actually, nice rooms, decent view, decent breakfast, easy to get in and out. Negatives - the pool closes quite early, service was a little mixed (we went without soap for the first night, even after asking). But I would go again

Good things: clean room and people who work there, transport to the beach. Bad things: the breakfast was the same every day and not so good, the hotel is located near the street and it was very noisy. The cleaning women worked late at night and in the early morning. Not so good for resting.

This hotel is elegant, comfortable and reasonably priced. We made a last minute reservation here and I’m glad we did. The staff is very friendly, the room is spacious and very clean. In the morning we could eat a very nice breakfast wich was included in the price and the food was fresh. Also the place of the hotel is perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Stunning in every way! We felt like we were in paradise! The hotel is gorgeous, built on terraces with the sea all around. Swimming in the private beach was terrific. We are 3 dinners at the restaurant and we’re very satisfied with the quality, not to mention the ambiance. The staff was professional in every interaction we had. We stayed 5 nights and didn’t want to leave!

We have stayed at this hotel, this area and this is one of the best! So clean and we are very picky. Breakfast is also outstanding! We loved the comfortable beds. The pool is also a plus. This hotel is nice for the prices that it has. The rooms are kinda small and they try to keep them clean. Every room has a balcony view but not everyone has a nice view. The hotel also has an outdoor pool. The hotel also offers breakfast and dinner and the food is mid-range. Also during the night you can enjoy the music down at the restaurant.

I stayed here for 2 nights and was given an apartment for €14 a night consisting of a bedroom with a separate bathroom located on a large balcony where there are also kitchen facilities, a table and a couple of chairs. The bedroom itself comes with a TV and air conditioner which didn't work very well. When I visited, the temperatures were fairly cool, but the aircon wouldn't cool you down in high Summer...

The nice owner, clean in rooms, air-conditioners in every room. Swimming pool next to apartments. A lot of shops around and near is a tasty restaurant that the owner recommends. Also you can order some food in Blue Star. Beach is quite near too. Feel free to ask the owner about some tips to take a taxi, rent a car our ideas for a long trips.

The accommodation is lovely. The hostess is a very friendly woman and always helpful. The location is fantastic. Everything you need is within walking distance. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, and even a small funfair, which was a highlight for the children, are all nearby. Private parking is available. Since the beach is also within walking distance (about 5-8 minutes), my car stayed...

Clean and tidy. The bedding was changed every three days, but there were some minor issues, such as the floor not being swept for two weeks. The cleaning products listed in the offer were missing, as were the equipment (TV not working, iron burned out). The service was friendly and helpful. Overall, I recommend it.

The apartments are a 5-minute drive from the beach, but it's not far to walk either - only 22 minutes. The owners are incredible people who are always ready to help. My car broke down and they helped me find a mechanic and drove us there and to the beach. Friendly staff, location is not too far away from the small beach. Apartments are modern, fully equipped with all you need and most importantly, clean, wifi is a bit bad but it can be used. Definitely worth the money and stay.

We stayed from June 1, 2018, to June 15, 2018. A wonderful place. Very friendly hosts. The accommodations aren't luxurious, but quite adequate. One of the main advantages is its own fully equipped beach, something that's practically nonexistent in Ulcinj. The downside is that you have to go down to the beach, and then, most importantly, climb up—about 120-200 steps, depending on the route. P.S. Traveling...

Last summer we were here with my family. On and off every day was chaotic. It was hardly possible to turn to the parking lot. The panorama from the terrace was breathtaking. But I wouldn't call a accommodation for a child friendly. I was 2 years old with the younger child. There was a barrier on the terrace in some places, the depths below us ... there wasn't much space to finish the construction downhill...

Nice view. Private beach and pool. Steep climb though, over 200 stairs. Rocky beach. Rocks quite sharp. Apts are dated. Kitchen and bathroom make u claustrophobic. There is literally no space to turn around. Landlords are very nice and helpful. AC is useless at night unless u want it blowing into ur head. Almost a mile to the sand beach at city center. I'd say 2 and half stars at best.
