I stayed one night at Otrant Resort & Villas and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is beautiful, and the all-inclusive concept makes the stay convenient and enjoyable. The property itself has a lot of potential, and most aspects of the visit were relaxing. That said, one issue stood out and affected the overall impression. During my stay, I observed behavior from a manager toward staff that did not feel appropriate for a hospitality setting. At one point, when I asked for assistance clearing a table, I was told it wasn’t his responsibility and that he had a team for that. The tone came across as dismissive and not guest-oriented. In addition, there were moments where communication toward staff seemed unnecessarily harsh and was noticeable in front of guests, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. I believe with better management approach and more respectful communication, the experience here could match the quality of the location and facilities. I hope this is taken as constructive feedback for improvement.

Breathtaking views of the ocean from balcony. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Delicious food. Beautiful pool area. Sauna was super clean. Instructors were super energetic at the pool training class. Definitely will go back.

I had an awful experience with his hotel. I spoke to someone from their staff on a Sunday and asked if there would be available rooms on Monday. The speaker said yes and told all I have to do is drop an email and I could come on Monday. I travelled with my parents for 7 hours, and just 10 minutes prior to arriving I receive an email that there are no available roooms. Upon arrival I told the booking manager, named Popovic, (i think Irfan was his first name) what happened and he straightly accused me of lying and spoke to me in absolutely rude manner plus accused me of being rude when I asked him to speak to the lady I spoke on Sunday. I told him we travelled for 7 hours, and his reply was “So what?”. Never attempted to speak to whoever spoke with me on Sunday. I do realise that there must have been a missunderstanding on my telephone call, but all in all this all could have been handled much better. I left offended and absolutely exhausted. Never visiting again.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel fell short of expectations. The first impression from the reception staff was rather disappointing, as their approach felt unwelcoming and dismissive. On a positive note, the hotel’s location and scenery, as well as the beach and pool, were beautiful. However, the overall experience left us disheartened.

We arrived at this hotel for just one night and were put in room 329. Our room was very nice with a balcony. The hotel was on the beach and also there were three pools and one inside pool! We had the best meal of our two week holiday. Pasta with sauce, veal liver, beef mince, rice. The restaurant was very large and there was plenty of good hot food. There was also help yourself ice cream - lovely. There was wifi but it was unsecure. The following morning we opened the balcony door and heard baby bird noises coming from the swallows nest in the corner of our balcony. Fantastic. We tried not to disturb the parent as they swooped in to feed. For our breakfast there was the full works plus salad and cheese, and it was all very nice.

Nice location right on a sandy beach. (Photo here taken in winter) Large room nicely furnished. Buffet breakfast and dinner was acceptable but average. Large spacious communal areas. Outside there are small restaurants and holiday shops which in the season would brighten the area up.

We stayed here for one night during a tour of the balkan area. didn't have the opportunity to look around the area outside of the hotel apart from the beach directly attached to the hotel. This is the only reason for the four stars on location. The food and drinks were reasonably priced and the rooms were clean and spacious.

The hotel is situated in the outskirts of the Ulcinj town, near the Big Beach. It has its own access to the beach, which is very beautiful, clean and spacious. The service at the hotel is very nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is very tasty and what is very useful, if you're into sports, that this hotel hosts numerous sports courts within the hotel's complex. The hotel has a vast parking. It is highly recommended for parents with small children. All in all, all recommendations!
