STAY AWAY! The advertising is false. She put nice rooms with nice views, once we arrived we got ground floor room with a dark terrace overlooking construction and pile of rubbish. She was not helpful at all and just kept saying she needed to go back to work! It’s like a lottery, you may get a room that was advertised, or something terrible under it.
UPDATE after owner’s comment: the picture is taken from THE terrace of the room we were offered. You can check pictures in the advertising, it’s not there. We liked the town. And I am just above 40, so not that old :) and definitely not lying

Perfect for a family holiday, apartment had everything you need, clean modern and spacious. Owner and staff were very friendly and great hospitality.

Friendly staff, location is not too far away from the small beach. Apartments are modern, fully equipped with all you need and most importantly, clean, wifi is a bit bad but it can be used. Definitely worth the money and stay.

English speaking and friendly host. Near to the beach by walking overhead bridge.

Perfect, very pleasant hosts. Nicely arranged clean spaceous and comfortable appartment with new furniture. You have all you need. Fantastic location away from the loud centar but very close to it, 5min walking distance from the best part of Ulcinj. The sunset from the terrace is great. If we come again to Ulcinj this is the place we would come for sure.
