Clean, good bed, a nice shower and toilet area, AC. You can usually find parking on the street but it's up to your luck and a local park master will ask you for money. Sound isolation is weak but the staff plays nature sounds that help to mask the noise. The reception staff isn't very polite but is helpful. You can get iron by asking them.

Hotel staff very friendly. The room was small and the balcony didn't have a view, but you can tell they did their best. I would definitely come back if I was on a budget.

honestly I wasn't expecting it to be so good! breakfast is outstanding, room clean and bed so comfy! only bad thing was wifi that before stopping to work was just working perfectly! staff was nice and position just nearby tram T1 stop! I'd choice it again!

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Medina and the seafood market. However, the facilities are a bit outdated, and the breakfast is quite basic.

This hotel offers good value for money. Prices in Casablanca are incredibly high right now, so this place is a solid choice. The location is excellent, right near Casa Port train station, and there are tons of restaurants nearby, including New Longmen for Chinese food and the well-established Jinhua Restaurant. The facilities are also pretty good. It seemed like there weren't many staff members around...

The hotel is located near Casa Port. You can take the airport bus to Casa Port, which costs 50 dirhams and takes about 50 minutes. You can pay for the bus with a Visa card. From Casa Port, it's about a 10-minute walk to the hotel. The hotel breakfast could use some improvement.

Location is acceptable which locates at the centre of Casa. It took me around 1 hr riding a direct bus from the airport to the bus stop near the hotel with 10 mins walking distance. Room is spacious but the bath tube is quite old with uneven base. Breakfast was fine but not so many choices.

The hotel is not far from train station, but streets around are dirty and doesn’t look safe at night. Window is impossible to close, the look doesn’t work, the view is ugly. Towels are very old and need replacing

Good location, 2 stops away by tram from the city center. Next to Yasmina Park and Arab League Park. Sufficient options for breakfast, although staff could be a bit quicker to resupply or refill. Staff at frontdesk really helpful, although the woman at the front desk didn't gave me the right information about the opening schedule of shops during Eid ul-Fitr (in the end everything was closed).

Manal was super helpful, also room service was great and fantastic, room was very very clean and smells great and well organized, also the breakfast was delicious and all the employees working there were super sweet and helpful will a lot of patience. Thank you very much. Also the security at main door was helpful and helped me with my bag checking in and out.

Gray Boutique Hotel was an OK place to stay. The decor is a bit tired, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The best part was the service of Ayoub in the dining room.

It was my first time in Morocco. I looked at many hotels online and finally chose Gray Boutique Hotel. The hotel was very comfortable, the room rate was great, and the service attitude was good. It is worth staying again when you come to Morocco.

Fantastic experience loved the staff especially morning desk person. Allowed us to have coffee at breakfast without charging for full breakfast and complementary at that. Highly recommend and the location is central.

We found rooms to be Clean and comfortable. The Shower was great! Location was in walkable area for restaurants. We had enough space and felt safe. Breakfast cafe was pretty good food yet fairly basic. Strong coffee and kind easy going waiter were my pluses.

Staff was very friendly and gave us a free room upgrade. The suite we stayed it was beautifully decorated and the bed was heavenly to sleep in. We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer to experience more of the hotel’s services. Would definitely recommend.

This is a return visit for me. I love everything about the hotel. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The meals are yummy! The spa provides for relaxation. And the room is immaculate, spacious, and extremely comfortable.

Clean, spacious room with everything we needed for our family. Good location and the staff made us feel very safe and comfortable. Restaurant on-site was delicious and available all day (with breakfast included). Spa was fantastic! Massage was ok, but Himam sauna was incredible! The front desk was pleasant and helped translate/problem solve when we had travel changes. Would highly recommend!

This is the first hotel I stayed at when I came to Casablanca. The room is an apartment type, so it is very spacious. It just doesn't feel cozy. There is a park right in front and the Mohammad II Mosque Why? Very close. The friendliness of the reception staff is average. Breakfast didn't have much to eat.

Modern and clean. Good breakfast. Close to Oasis train station. Helpful staff particularly shuttle driver. No elevator so many rooms do not appear wheelchair accessible or easy with large suitcases.

I lost a down jacket and an ID in the room. The lobby attendant had a bad attitude and passed the buck. He just said he didn't see the down jacket in the room!!!
