Spa-Hotels in Casablanca

Reception was kind and pleasant, spoke numerous languages (KhayruDeen). The breakfast was excellent.

Good value for money. Breakfast ok, coffee good!

I usually stay at this hotel whenever I go to Casablanca and I've never had a bad experience.

Good location, overall clean, but reception staff is not friendly and not welcoming. Breakfast is buffet, but options are very limited

This hotel had no ambience and was not the best place to stay to start out adventure. Lights off in the lobby, no effort to be friendly. The end.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Casa Voyageurs train station, which makes traveling very easy. The staff are friendly, and the room is more spacious compared to other hotels in the same area that are more expensive, or hotels at the same price but in different locations. Breakfast is included, but unfortunately I had an early flight to catch and didn’t have the chance to try it. The Wi...

Very mediocre hotel, rooms have old interior and defects, time for serious renovation.

The rooms are spacious and clean.  Hairdryer is not a standard item in the room, you need to request for it.

The treatment I received at this hotel is what keeps me a loyal Hilton customer. But this time the front desk went out of their way by upgrading our room twice to accommodate my visiting son. The suites at this property as well as the front desk staff are top notch. The breakfast buffet is also top quality complemented by Mouna’s friendly hospitality.

I was there with my parents at the end of October and we had a very pleasant and relaxing stay! I'd never been to Casablanca before, so I was really looking forward to it :-) I wasn't disappointed; we felt very comfortable and well taken care of. From check-in to check-out, everything was professional, as all the staff were very attentive. No matter what we needed, Salma, Sarah R., and Saad at reception...

Thank you team for the exceptional hospitality! We loved our stay, spacious room and super helpful staff at breakfast service. Thank you Asma and the gentleman who brought us Moroccan pancake and almond - argan oil paste - sorry his name was hard for me to remember. It was delicious! Thank you to also to Zakaria for taking care of us at the dinner and being the best host! Complimentary Moroccan tea...

Never disappointing for the past 3 years. Great Location...

I definitely recommend it. Thank you very much especially for the friendly service.

It was quite nice location and room was well prepared with good condition

King club room not as advertised. No bath. Club room F&B poor. Very limited choice, not worth paying extra for.

City center, breakfast is pretty nice and convenient to go out

It was a lovely big hotel with all the expected amenities and services. Clean and cool and nice.

Tv in room can be connected with your phone for watching Netflix or Spotify. Great feature. Room was a bit cold with AC. Good hairdryer. Money exchange store near hotel.

Old style rooms, not enough electrical sockets. Suitcases are delivered to room by bellboy. Having no change at all i offered 1 dirham i found as tip, he got angry and said he doesn't bother only for dollars. But later he was nice polite and cooperative. Bath very high and cumbersome quite dangerous entry and exit, shower splatters all over the place and THERE'S NO HANDLE TO GRIP FOR STABILITY! We...

Very good hotel, clean, friendly staff, I can recommend it

What a gem! The hotel is beautiful, my room and view is top-notch, and the service is impeccable. All for a very, very low price. Good wifi, room service food is excellent. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It’s a pleasure to stay here. Pro-tip: create an account and book through the hotel for the best price. I saved 200MAD a night.

The location is very good. I will stay here again next time

I advice everyone to stay at this hotel. The amount of respect and professional services we had got is incredible. Very nice stuff and willing to attend you and help you at anytime. The hotel it self is clean and at a very good location to reaches almost everything. Defiantly we are coming back one day.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Farah Hotel in Casablanca, Morocco, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience. My two friends and I stayed in a suite on the 16th floor, and we were blown away by the quality of the accommodations. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with stunning views of the city skyline. What really made our stay memorable, however, was the outstanding...

Nice people to stay with. Very cool and calm place. Very nicely located. With Hotel Royal Mansour in front and Novotel close by. Good morning Breakfast served.

Oh dear! The Hotel Toubkal is tired. Very tired. By the sounds during the daytime it seems they may (may?) be doing some upgrades starting on higher floors. If so, they cannot come soon enough. The lobby looks like it was refreshed about fifteen years ago. Our room was not refreshed fifteen years go. Perhaps thirty. Or thirty five. The carpet was worn and stained. The desk lamp shade may have seen...

Hotel staf very good. the building need restauration, outdated, the area is so-so.

Decent value but nothing specia Good value for what I paid (approx $60CDN per night) but not what necessarily what lid expect from a 4 star hotel. The room wasn’t dirty but not sure I’d go as far as classifying it as clean either. Older rooms but decently spacious. Wifi was probably my biggest gripe as it was spotty at best. Decent water pressure in the shower which is always great

The location of the hotel is very close to the Medina Market, and other attractions can be reached on foot. The hotel receptionist was very enthusiastic and helped carry the suitcases to and from the hotel when arriving and leaving the hotel.

Location of the hotel is good but a bit old

This is a beautiful hotel and very luxurious : our goal was to relax and have a hammam and spa day with was perfect and we loved it. It wasted end of our 12 day trip across Morroco so we were tired and ordered room service twice . Attention to detail was on point , the hotel staff even gave us an anniversary cake because we mentionned it at check in. - the hotel situated steps from the beach...

Very good and rich breakfast, conveniently located to the beach and very close to a shopping mall, but also maximum 10 minutes drive to any point of interest in the city. Very professional service and very good facilities for organizing conference and meetings

Impeccable quality and service! An excellent stay and a superb location in Casablanca. A big thank you – Four Seasons always lives up to its name!

Great services as FS. The breakfast is must have even though it s extra charge. Staffs are friendly. gym is a bit small. Have balcony for relaxing.

Casa is the closest hotel to the beach. It is on the beach road. The beach is right outside the hotel.

Dear Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca Team, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible experience we had during our honeymoon at your hotel. The welcoming decorations in our room, adorned with beautiful rose flowers, made our stay truly special. I would like to give a special mention to Aida, who took exceptional care of us throughout our visit. Every time we needed assistance, she...

Quite disappointed with the in-room amenities. There are 3 of us in the family and my daughter is only 11 years old, there were only 2 towels in the bedroom and the shampoo/shower gel are really small bottles enough for 1/2 person. We had to call to ask for additional amenities. There were no bath mats. Im at bit appalled by their coffee cup its paper cup instead of mug. On Day 2 the HSKP gave...

Very convenient location for all the local sites we want to see and to the bus transport to the train station

Hotel had good location and cleanliness. However, we had to check out early due an early flight and messaged the hotels 2 days in advance to request early breakfast (which was part of our room rate) at 6am instead of 6:30am - 7 am regular starting time. We got a call to confirm the day before that coffee / juice / fruits extra only will be available at 6am. However, when we got there at 6am the next...

Not novotel standard. Food is bad, room not clean and aircon is not working well. View is not bad though

Good location, friendly staff, however room air condition cannot be control, the room is too warm even though is cold outside and the temperature cannot be be adjusted, as the air condition only blowing hot air, open up window for cooling down the room is too noisy

The room loves with mosquitos. No glass, only serve paper cup. Lack of clothes hangers.

The hotel is pretty good, clearly an older, established five-star. The main issue was the front desk. Check-in took an incredibly long time; we had 5 rooms and it took almost 40 minutes. To top it off, they even got the room types wrong in the end! This really shouldn't happen.

value for money, good location, best service

The Hyatt was the perfect place to end my stay in Morocco. The staff and facilities were outstanding. Perfectly located to enable easy access attractions in Casablanca. Exactly what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

The hotel has been around for a while, and some of the facilities are a bit outdated. However, it's very close to the old town, making it super convenient for shopping both in front of and behind the hotel. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the breakfast is incredibly rich and varied.

Room generally clean, although noticed what look like a bed bug on the bathroom towels.

Absoluty worth the price its great, probably the best hotel in casabalnca

The hotel is good and location is good helpful worker

Nice hotel for a renovated one. Spacious room! Mini bar overpriced.

very good hotel. the outside need a little cleaning but the hotel is probably best in the area. if you like meat there is meat steak restaurant close to the hotel.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, with polite and respectful staff.

Good location but old interiors and carpets are smelly

Big room. Huge comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast lots of choice good vegetarian options. Nice pool and lobby area.

I booked a twin room with a city view, and when I checked in, I asked the front desk for a room with a better view. To my delight, I was upgraded to a sea view room! From the room, I could see the Hassan II Mosque and the ocean, which was a fantastic view. However, there were some issues with the facilities. The shower drain was severely clogged, and there was only one bathrobe in a double room, and...

The staff is good and location is near to Hassan II mosque but it is less privacy as staff open the door of room at mid day

Hotel need renovations .. quality as per price is not at par .. broken furniture and fixtures

Our experience in the hotel was great. The staff was very helpful with everything. The food was very tasty and it had many choices for all of us and the waiters especially Kamal were very kind and nice. I’d recommend it for anyone who wants a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Casablanca. Also the rooms were very big, the beds very comfortable we generally enjoyed our stay.

Excellent facilities and great service.

Excellent facilities and great service.

My stay at Sofitel Casablanca Tour Blanche was extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected from a Accor luxury hotel. Service was unprofessional from check-in, breakfast quality and hygiene were poor, and even simple orders took far too long. Most seriously, personal belongings were taken from my room, and the hotel failed to conduct any proper investigation or provide follow-up despite...

This hotel and the Royal Mansour are in the same area. I spent a long time searching on the map for a place with a view of the Hassan II Mosque, similar to the Royal Mansour. I finally found this hotel's high-floor room with a mosque and sea view, and it's pretty close.

The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the train station, tram stop, shopping center, and the embankment. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The room is small, but everything is very well thought out. The comfortable bed, down comforters, and pillows are perfect for rest after long walks. A few areas could use some cosmetic renovations, and the place could be cleaner, but overall, this...

The place was top notch, staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is good and the room is very nice.

This is the greatest hotel ever

This place is living off it's past glory. You can tell that it was a big deal and probably one of the top hotels in Casablanca at Inception. Now, the wear and tear is visible. There are lots of plumbing issues. I changed rooms but still had a leaky sink. The smell from the sewage was backing up through the sink. There was mould on the wall and ceiling. The towels were worn and not white anymore. The...

Best place in casablanca Clean, quiet, very good service and breakfast buffet

The hotel is in great location ,near to hassan 2 mosqueand its walkable. Staff from the entrance. Reception, room service, are the best in all the hotels that I've been in Casablanca.

Everything was amazing, Lovey place super Friendly staff. Whole experience was so amazing. Spacious room, space was optioned conveniently. I enjoyed every moment.

Staff are very attentive and helpful the location is very good rooms outdated need more attention

The shower bath was not in good condition

The shower bath was not in good condition

Any time I come to Casablanca I should stay in this hotel the atmosphere location people there make me feel like home thank you

Onomo hotel is well located in the city center, the staff is extremely helpful and kind; they will try their best to accommodate any of your needs. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast of good quality.

Like the area less crowded. But also many good vibes surrounding

Hotel location perfect personal frendly room no smart tv very clean new hotel I.like it my second time smae hotel any tray loca6so nice many coffe restaurants airport far hotel organce lux6car from hotel to airport 400 dirhem

The hotel is great: everything is new, looks fresh and fancy. Breakfast was plentiful, with great choice. Location is nice - not in the very center, but close to everything needed. The only flaw of the hotel - they have loud parties every evening. It is impossible to avoid this noise and loud music - from 7pm to 11pm everyday, no matter if you close the windows - you will be unable to relax. Maybe...

Good location. Many restaurants close by. It’s very good choice for just stay a night.

The room with three breakfast sets for three people is perfect for family trips. There's a young man who speaks Chinese who was particularly enthusiastic and attentive.

The room was quite spacious and close to the beach, about a 10-minute walk away. It was also just a few minutes from the Old Market. The room layout was a bit unique; the toilet and shower were separate, with the sink situated between the bed and the shower. The pool isn't heated, so it's not open outside of summer.

Before our departure to Morocco, our return flight got cancelled by the airline, so we had to book an additional day to stay at Barcelo Anfa, which was the same hotel we were scheduled to stay at from the tour company. Luckily, Trip.com helped and we got a very good deal. We had an extra day to explore Casablanca and continued to enjoy Barcelo Anfa’s clean and spacious room, friendly staff, and convenient...

Hotel is nice and have water hose supply for toilet . This hotel is fancy. The room and bes is clean.

The hotel was a nice hotel, there is a supermarket, shops, and restaurants all local. The shower pressure wasn’t the best. Pool staff were amazing and super attentive. The pool was nice however very shallow, deepest side was 1.5 meters. Rooms were very modern.

Very Clean and great location, only ten minutes walk to the beach

Staff were kind and the hotel is easy to reach around so many restaurants that stay late.. but the room smells so bad they need to separate smoking from non smoking, also there's no privacy you could hear sounds from next room and room service ignore the non disturbing card and enter the room twice Breakfast not that good

It’s a old hotel all the accommodations is old and it’s very noisy

Very friendly staff very clean and very centric

The rating is quite misleading, if it weren’t for the room configuration for 3 people as two separate rooms, would not have booked here. Breakfast is terrible, skipped it completely and went elsewhere. No hair dryer, only one of the two shower heads worked (either too hot or too cold, impossible to get just right). Bedsheets were passable at best. Right on the street so it’s VERY loud, if you don’t...

Just Professional Will definitely come back

The location is excellent for touring the city. The breakfast was okay , not many choices but served by staff who were attentive to details. The staff was great. They stopped to talk to us and ask if we needed anything especially one of the cleaning ladies and the supervisor. The women at the front desk and the man at the door were very helpful. The rooms were clean but too dark. The hallways were...

Excellent hotel in Casablanca. Flawless room service and concierge / reception assistance. Very clean and silent.

Very clean and neat accomodation! Helpful and friendly host to make our stay warm and enjoyable

Poor breakfast, the shower water water is weak. Facility is limited.

This is the most cost-effective hotel I stayed in Casa this time. The room is clean, the facilities are complete, the location is convenient for travel, there is a gym, swimming pool and spa, and the staff are also very friendly and enthusiastic.

If you have to stay in a hotel, there is no place better than this!!

Booked with bfast included but staff didn't know abt it. Have to comm with trip cso to resolved issue

It was good and convenient, the breakfast was limited in choice.

Traditional luxury hotel in the center of Casablanca with spacious rooms and excellent food. Rooms facing the main street are pretty noisy, particularly at night time. I prefer more modern equipment in the room and bathroom. Overall, my impression was good, and the hotel is definitely a good choice.

The house is nice. The breakfast place is old fashioned.

Not bad, I spent a birthday here, the hotel also prepared a cake, the environment is also good. The only drawback is that the hotel bathroom is a bit dirty, the cleaning is not detailed enough

Very dedicated, reasonable itinerary, driver's English is good

Great stylish hotel with a great pool and delicious restaurant. We will definitely go back there!

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly.

The best thing in the hotel is the staff . Madiha , umiama .. Khadijah., Anas . About the room it was good but bathroom need to be supported with hand shower since it’s Muslim country and it wasn’t clean enough when I checked in . About the Resturant had one problem ., there were many misquote around the breakfast .

Amazing service at the restaurant. Specially Driss, Karim, Nabik and Soumia. Apart form excellent service, to be a 5 star hotel it lacks a lot: -Spa was not included in the price (when I reserved no indication about that...) and the gym was ultra warm. -Rooms are very good but ultra small for 5 starts... but very well kept, modern and clean. -Location is in the middle of Casablanca close to the port...

It was okay. The lobby wasn't that grand, and the entrance was a bit messy.

The service was absolutely terrible. When we checked in, we specifically requested a quiet room, mentioning in our booking that we wanted to be away from the elevator. They initially told us there were no quiet rooms available, even after we pointed out our request was made a month ago and confirmed by email. Reluctantly, they then 'found' one, but it was still right next to the elevator. Later, we...

Tried to put us in a room where the heater/cooler did not work on the 8th floor, they got agitated when I asked to be moved. Requested twin bed, did not give us even though beds in the room could have been adjusted. Overall service at reception was poor.

good services and i think comfortable here, easy to move to city central

Very good location, friendly staff. No amenities were provided at room except Shampoo and body wash Food is OK at breakfast

The hotel's location is fantastic and the staff are respectful.

Disappointed that we couldn’t get a refund when my father in law required surgery

Good, the air conditioning is very powerful

I stayed for 3 nights and it was comfortable and the buffet breakfast was delicious.

Staying in Onomo is worth for the price. The only thing to comment is about the location which driving in Morocco is super terrible experience especially when driving through the roundabout, so it causing the location for the Hotel became not favourable.

The hotel is located a little outside the city center, but very convenient if you have a car. Easy access and convenient parking. The room was clean and comfortable, ideal for relaxing. Good value for money. I recommend it for those traveling by car.

It's quite bustling, but it feels noisy, unlike in Saudi Arabia.

The hotel has a large terrace, and overall I was quite satisfied. The only downside was that the rooms were a bit small. The breakfast was quite substantial for Morocco.

Best hotel , clean and the vibe is amazing

Staff were helpful, and the room was clean
