I was there with my parents at the end of October and we had a very pleasant and relaxing stay! I'd never been to Casablanca before, so I was really looking forward to it :-) I wasn't disappointed; we felt very comfortable and well taken care of

There was a huge selection, and everything was fresh and delicious! I didn't know where to begin :-) After breakfast, I also had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Oumaima, who took the time to warmly welcome us and tell us more about the hotel

Mustapha also stuck in our memory with his attentiveness; he was very kind and courteous! Breakfast was fantastic. Kamilia and Saida are incredibly friendly, Saida provided us with Msemen (a type of sweet bread)

From check-in to check-out, everything was professional, as all the staff were very attentive. No matter what we needed, Salma, Sarah R. , and Saad at reception greeted us warmly and cheerfully and helped us

The treatment I received at this hotel is what keeps me a loyal Hilton customer. But this time the front desk went out of their way by upgrading our room twice to accommodate my visiting son

The suites at this property as well as the front desk staff are top notch. The breakfast buffet is also top quality complemented by Mouna’s friendly hospitality

Attention to detail was on point , the hotel staff even gave us an anniversary cake because we mentionned it at check in. - the hotel situated steps from the beach so it’s nice for a stroll, but the beach is NOT IT

(It is NOT run buy the hotel) is very dirty and didn’t seem to be for tourist. There aren’t any good dining options that are walkable (their are fast-foods!) there is a mall too

Very good and rich breakfast, conveniently located to the beach and very close to a shopping mall, but also maximum 10 minutes drive to any point of interest in the city

Great services as FS. The breakfast is must have even though it s extra charge. Staffs are friendly. gym is a bit small. Have balcony for relaxing.

Not sure if it was the Tip given and we were given extras. Again they did not give the additional towel for my daughter and only have 1 set of shampoo and shower gel. We called to request and it didnt come at all

There are 3 of us in the family and my daughter is only 11 years old, there were only 2 towels in the bedroom and the shampoo/shower gel are really small bottles enough for 1/2 person

Very convenient location for all the local sites we want to see and to the bus transport to the train station

However, we had to check out early due an early flight and messaged the hotels 2 days in advance to request early breakfast (which was part of our room rate) at 6am instead of 6:30am - 7 am regular starting time

However, when we got there at 6am the next morning, the breakfast area lights were off, there was no one there, there no juice and coffee machine was only dispensing hot chlorate

We got a call to confirm the day before that coffee / juice / fruits extra only will be available at 6am

Not a fan of American hotels when I go abroad but reservations were made by a friend who was traveling with me. The concierge was even good about recommending a few restaurants in the area

Tv in room can be connected with your phone for watching Netflix or Spotify. Great feature. Room was a bit cold with AC. Good hairdryer. Money exchange store near hotel.

Renovated hotel, nice room with city view, modern design & beautifully decorated. However, the toilet seems to be old and overused. The breakfast was good.

It was a lovely big hotel with all the expected amenities and services. Clean and cool and nice.

It's nice as far as a western feel goes

One of our couple friends complained the room was dirty, another that the towels were wet. In 2022 in a country trying to encourage tourism, i would expect better

What a gem! The hotel is beautiful, my room and view is top-notch, and the service is impeccable. All for a very, very low price. Good wifi, room service food is excellent. I cannot recommend this hotel enough

Room generally clean, although noticed what look like a bed bug on the bathroom towels.

The Hyatt was the perfect place to end my stay in Morocco. The staff and facilities were outstanding. Perfectly located to enable easy access attractions in Casablanca. Exactly what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

Nice hotel... rooms are clean on nice and comfortable... Only negative thing is you can smoke in the lobby and smell of cigarettes... not nice

The shower drain was severely clogged, and there was only one bathrobe in a double room, and only one mouthwash cup in the bathroom. Since I was only staying for one night, I didn't bother to complain

To my delight, I was upgraded to a sea view room! From the room, I could see the Hassan II Mosque and the ocean, which was a fantastic view. However, there were some issues with the facilities

Our experience in the hotel was great. The staff was very helpful with everything. The food was very tasty and it had many choices for all of us and the waiters especially Kamal were very kind and nice

We are able to stay here due to the tour company book here for us. It has an interesting elevator that you need to enter the room number outside of the elevator. The elevator will then point you which elevator to use

The room layout was a bit unique; the toilet and shower were separate, with the sink situated between the bed and the shower. The pool isn't heated, so it's not open outside of summer

The hotel was a nice hotel, there is a supermarket, shops, and restaurants all local. The shower pressure wasn’t the best. Pool staff were amazing and super attentive

Before our departure to Morocco, our return flight got cancelled by the airline, so we had to book an additional day to stay at Barcelo Anfa, which was the same hotel we were scheduled to stay at from the tour company

We had an extra day to explore Casablanca and continued to enjoy Barcelo Anfa’s clean and spacious room, friendly staff, and convenient location, especially the traditional Moroccan live entertainment at the lounge

It's quite close to the train station, which makes getting around convenient. The room is a bit small, but the bar serves drinks, which is a nice touch

I stayed for 2 nights (31st January and 1st February) and had a great experience. The staff were very polite and the room was clean and comfortable

Stayed in twin room with sister. Room only has 2 towels, shower gel and hand soap. Pillows a bit flat, air conditioning takes long time to work. No fridge, no bottled water, no kettle, no bath mat and no hand towel

Pool and spa was closed when we visited. We read the reviews saying the breakfast was amazing however we thought the breakfast was mediocre compared to some of the smaller establishments we stayed at during our trip

Many people smoke even though this is a non-smoking room. The pool is nice, just too deep for kids

The surrounding area is relatively safe, there are many restaurants, and the flow of people is not urgent. The only drawback is that the elevator does not require a key to go up, but everything else is generally OK

Nice pool and nice restaurant in the basement with live entertainment such as belly dancer and live band. The pool up on rooftop Terrass was amazing. Stayed there for 1 night then went to fez,mergouza and Marrakesh

Big room. Huge comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast lots of choice good vegetarian options. Nice pool and lobby area.

Also, if they don't want to put microwaves in the rooms, a community location on a few floors would be great so that we don't have to fight with room service to warm up food not purchased at the hotel

The hotel and service was great. But it's missing a couple items like a business center that the guest can use to print tickets instead of emailing the front desk (their printer was down)

When we came back there was some technical issues with room and didn't have any room for us. They sent us to another hotel (Farah hotel) which was even better and more downtown

We had a wonderful stay at the Movenpick hotel. It was in a good location, staff were kind and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends in the future

This hotel and the Royal Mansour are in the same area. I spent a long time searching on the map for a place with a view of the Hassan II Mosque, similar to the Royal Mansour

I changed rooms but still had a leaky sink. The smell from the sewage was backing up through the sink. There was mould on the wall and ceiling. The towels were worn and not white anymore

Service was unprofessional from check-in, breakfast quality and hygiene were poor, and even simple orders took far too long

The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the train station, tram stop, shopping center, and the embankment. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The room is small, but everything is very well thought out

I finally found this hotel's high-floor room with a mosque and sea view, and it's pretty close

The comfortable bed, down comforters, and pillows are perfect for rest after long walks

It's just a short walk to the attractions and the surrounding area is also very lively

It was okay. The lobby wasn't that grand, and the entrance was a bit messy.

The best thing in the hotel is the staff. About the room it was good but bathroom need to be supported with hand shower since it’s Muslim country and it wasn’t clean enough when I checked in

Apart form excellent service, to be a 5 star hotel it lacks a lot: -Spa was not included in the price (when I reserved no indication about that. -Rooms are very good but ultra small for 5 starts

This was formerly called Business Hotel so many taxi drivers did recognise the name of Best Western Plus. The website said it has a gym but there wasn't one. Room was pleasant and the Service was fine.

I liked the hotel for its cleanness, spacious and bright rooms, large windows and quiteness. If you are interested in fitness centre ask them if they have opened it or not.

However I am sick and needed the gym and spa to be open to improve my health. I found the gym and spa closed. The rest of the hotel service was welcoming and helpful

There were problems with towels twice, after cleaning they took the old ones away and didn't provide new ones. The breakfast was quite modest, but it was enough for me

Everything is convenient, there is a refrigerator, no kettle. The only thing is that they do not give drinking water to the room, usually even in 3 stars they give it here, and I asked for ice, they did not have it

It is very close to the airport. There are many high-tech companies nearby. The hotel does not provide slippers and disposable toothbrushes. The room is generally relatively hygienic

The room is OK, the location is average, there are not many places to eat around, the food in the hotel restaurant is OK, there is a Carrefour next to it But it is far from the places to play, I still recommend staying at the beach, which is closer to the places to play and has more places to eat Chinese food
