Hotel is at the town center, service is nice. Restaurant at the top of the building offers wonderful panoramic view of the city.

My sister and I stayed at this hotel for a few days and had a wonderful experience

Great location and clean rooms

As far as the hotel is too fancy and expensive but not value of money, no entertainment no nice cafe , entertainment services are too expensive, staff named Maryam is so rude, no smile on her face, sort of bad behavior

The rest hotel is new with fabulous infrastructure

After waiting almost an hour the manager came and upgraded to a suite, whilst it was a little better the bad smell was lingering everywhere. Hotel definitely needs an upgrade

Stayed in twin room with sister. Room only has 2 towels, shower gel and hand soap. Pillows a bit flat, air conditioning takes long time to work. No fridge, no bottled water, no kettle, no bath mat and no hand towel

Simple and efficient. Great location near bus stop, one of the train stations, walking distance to mosque, Medina, amazing restaurants, and so much more! Clean and basic.

Grand mosque is near by. Take a train for 5 MAD from the airport, 40 mins , and this hotel Is across the train 🚊 station Casa Port.

Nice and clean and its western look is the best. There is parking, fitness facilities and reasonably priced restaurants. Close to the marina and the main train station in Casablanca with the city center

It was like any other hotel except that you feel the luxury here. Didn’t even offer welcome drink or fruit platter just 3 miserable pieces of macaroons in the room. Nobody was there to provide towels ?

Great services as FS. The breakfast is must have even though it s extra charge. Staffs are friendly. gym is a bit small. Have balcony for relaxing.

The pool had most seats “reserved” for those who were there earlier… but they never came to use the chairs. The staff around the pool were quite busy as it was also Sunday brunch

A very good restaurant downstairs, with decent breakfasts. You can try Moroccan cuisine! The room had a slight smell, the rooms were outdated in places. They try hard to make your stay at a good level

Well designed, modern hotel with well appointed rooms. Steps from the Casa Port train station. Attentive staff. We highly appreciated the upgrade at check in and welcome snacks. Tranquil pool and adequate gym.

The baggage man was very enthusiastic to carry the luggage into the room. They also parked the car in the underground garage. I went down to smoke in the middle of the night. The black security guard was on duty

Nice pool and nice restaurant in the basement with live entertainment such as belly dancer and live band. The pool up on rooftop Terrass was amazing. Stayed there for 1 night then went to fez,mergouza and Marrakesh

Big room. Huge comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast lots of choice good vegetarian options. Nice pool and lobby area.

even i made a mistake with a wrong date when i was doing the reservation，but it was fully understood by the manager and ladies in reception，they helped correct the date without extra charge，really appreciate the flexibility and kindness of the staff of this hotel，excellent experience

Also, if they don't want to put microwaves in the rooms, a community location on a few floors would be great so that we don't have to fight with room service to warm up food not purchased at the hotel

The hotel and service was great. But it's missing a couple items like a business center that the guest can use to print tickets instead of emailing the front desk (their printer was down)

When we came back there was some technical issues with room and didn't have any room for us. They sent us to another hotel (Farah hotel) which was even better and more downtown

Nice hotel but inconsistent standards: housekeeping sometimes gave us water, other times not. the shower head in the bathtub was clogged. the in-room bath robes were a women's size 8 I think! Very small

TV service spotty - very few working English channels. HOWEVER the staff were very friendly and the food was good!

my spouse is a tea drinker and hot water at the dining station (hot water kettle) was not always available and requires refill. selections at the food stations are hits and misses. could improve in replenishing food

I liked to credit Trip for offering a good value rate for this stay including breakfast We arrived early at the hotel and was told to wait 15 minutes for the room, reasonable request

the room was cleaned, well stocked with 2 complimentary bottles of water included. one of the coffee machine was not working causing long wait times

The surroundings of the hotel are in shabby condition. The interior decoration of the hotel is relatively new. There is no water-proof door in the bathroom. After taking a shower, the entire basin floor will get wet.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Our room overlooked the ocean. Many amazing restaurants close by that overlook the ocean as well. Staff were friendly. Free parking.

The location was superb! Just few minutes walk from the heart of Casa. The pillow and bed were comfortable. Near to tram station and 10 minutes walk to the Old Medina/Souk

The comfortable and spacious rooms. The proximity of the Tram is a very good point (to move in Casa), but this generates noise in the rooms on the street side

The hotel gave me the penthouse floor top floor number 9 with the best view. This hotel is very stylish and upscale. I had the best tv options I ever had at this hotel better than any other Moroccan hotel

I liked the hotel for its cleanness, spacious and bright rooms, large windows and quiteness. If you are interested in fitness centre ask them if they have opened it or not.

However I am sick and needed the gym and spa to be open to improve my health. I found the gym and spa closed. The rest of the hotel service was welcoming and helpful

The room is clean and tidy, with 24-hour hot water. The front desk reception service is good and can speak English. The hotel is equipped with a swimming pool, a restaurant, and a bar to meet daily needs.

They cater to what ever you need. They are clean They are safe. The service again hand and foot. They went out of their way to assist me adventurers I planned. They always answered the phone

Front desk service excellent at both check in and departure. Airport shuttle service excellent. All staff professional and polite. I did not eat at the restaurant so cannot comment

Would recommend for short stay

This is a budget hotel, so don't expect much. However, being on Avenue of the Corniche was good for me since I was close to great restos, night clubs, and marocco shopping mall.

Everything was exceptional especially the staff, room size was great and breakfast was wonderful. Big thanks to everyone and see you again soon.

It's fairly OK. Unfortunately there is no fridge in the room and the amenities are very basic. Staff is kind.
