The baggage man was very enthusiastic to carry the luggage into the room. They also parked the car in the underground garage. I went down to smoke in the middle of the night. The black security guard was on duty

Nice pool and nice restaurant in the basement with live entertainment such as belly dancer and live band. The pool up on rooftop Terrass was amazing. Stayed there for 1 night then went to fez,mergouza and Marrakesh

even i made a mistake with a wrong date when i was doing the reservation，but it was fully understood by the manager and ladies in reception，they helped correct the date without extra charge，really appreciate the flexibility and kindness of the staff of this hotel，excellent experience

Also, if they don't want to put microwaves in the rooms, a community location on a few floors would be great so that we don't have to fight with room service to warm up food not purchased at the hotel

The hotel and service was great. But it's missing a couple items like a business center that the guest can use to print tickets instead of emailing the front desk (their printer was down)

When we came back there was some technical issues with room and didn't have any room for us. They sent us to another hotel (Farah hotel) which was even better and more downtown

Hotel is at the town center, service is nice. Restaurant at the top of the building offers wonderful panoramic view of the city.

As far as the hotel is too fancy and expensive but not value of money, no entertainment no nice cafe , entertainment services are too expensive, staff named Maryam is so rude, no smile on her face, sort of bad behavior

The rest hotel is new with fabulous infrastructure

After waiting almost an hour the manager came and upgraded to a suite, whilst it was a little better the bad smell was lingering everywhere. Hotel definitely needs an upgrade

The one next to the road is noisy, but the one next to the garden is very quiet. The hotel is very high-end, and there is nothing wrong with it except that it is expensive.

The room was below average, the TV didn't work, the card reader at the door had a problem and it didn't have a pleasant smell. Try to avoid the restaurant as the food quality was not that good and very pricy

Nice and clean and its western look is the best. There is parking, fitness facilities and reasonably priced restaurants. Close to the marina and the main train station in Casablanca with the city center

It was like any other hotel except that you feel the luxury here. Didn’t even offer welcome drink or fruit platter just 3 miserable pieces of macaroons in the room. Nobody was there to provide towels ?

The pool had most seats “reserved” for those who were there earlier… but they never came to use the chairs. The staff around the pool were quite busy as it was also Sunday brunch

The location is right on the seaside of Casablanca. You can also see the Atlantic coast while staying in the hotel. You can wear flip flops and go for a walk to the seaside at any time

my spouse is a tea drinker and hot water at the dining station (hot water kettle) was not always available and requires refill. selections at the food stations are hits and misses. could improve in replenishing food

I liked to credit Trip for offering a good value rate for this stay including breakfast We arrived early at the hotel and was told to wait 15 minutes for the room, reasonable request

the room was cleaned, well stocked with 2 complimentary bottles of water included. one of the coffee machine was not working causing long wait times

The surroundings of the hotel are in shabby condition. The interior decoration of the hotel is relatively new. There is no water-proof door in the bathroom. After taking a shower, the entire basin floor will get wet.

The toilet door in the room was glass, and you could see through it a little. Part of it was frosted, but a slit was exposed

It is an amazing experience I had with the hotel. I dealt with Hasnaa at the reception, she was very welcoming and friendly. The room is quite spacious for one individual. It's also very clean.

The hotel is a dry hotel, which is not an issue, but we were not aware of it, so it was a bit disappointing not to be able to have a drink at the end of a busy day's touring

The food was , frankly, awful at dinner time, but the buffet breakfast was actually very good, so you have to take the rough with the smooth I guess
