Casablanca, Rue Sidi Belyout (in the centre) 🧭 Map
A great hotel. Stylish, beautiful rooms. A very good restaurant downstairs, with decent breakfasts. You can try Moroccan cuisine! The room had a slight smell, the rooms were outdated in places. The staff is very helpful. They try hard to make your stay at a good level. Taxi from the airport 300 dirhams. To the airport 350. Holidays in Morocco are a unique experience.
The room was clean but the hotel was all black, which was not very pleasant.
There is a woman at the front desk with a bad service attitude, * is not good, but everything else is good
Nice and clean, only bad thing is the unfriendly staff
The baggage man was very enthusiastic to carry the luggage into the room. They also parked the car in the underground garage. I went down to smoke in the middle of the night. The black security guard was on duty. It felt very safe. The breakfast was good. The view room on the 17th floor gave you a view of the Hassan II Mosque and the seaside. The night view of Casablanca is beautiful
The hotel management is not very considerate. I checked out at around 12:10, but because someone in front of me waited in line for another ten minutes, I estimated that I was charged an extra 57 US dollars for checking out at around 12:20...

The hotel was exceptionally clean, with polite and respectful staff.
Good location but old interiors and carpets are smelly
Big room. Huge comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast lots of choice good vegetarian options. Nice pool and lobby area.
The hotel and service was great. But it's missing a couple items like a business center that the guest can use to print tickets instead of emailing the front desk (their printer was down). Also, if they don't want to put microwaves in the rooms, a community location on a few floors would be great so that we don't have to fight with room service to warm up food not purchased at the hotel.
Located in the city centre with free parking, a few restaurants nearby. Breakfast was okay, not too many choices
Good in the middle of the city center, good roof top

Nice great stay Very nice breakfast Nice view Big clean room
The first room i was given was horrible, there was a very bad smell and the hallways smelt of *******. I advised i would be leaving and they gave another room which also smelt bad. After waiting almost an hour the manager came and upgraded to a suite, whilst it was a little better the bad smell was lingering everywhere. Hotel definitely needs an upgrade.
Hotel is at the town center, service is nice. Restaurant at the top of the building offers wonderful panoramic view of the city.
Great location and clean rooms
As far as the hotel is too fancy and expensive but not value of money, no entertainment no nice cafe , entertainment services are too expensive, staff named Maryam is so rude, no smile on her face, sort of bad behavior. The rest hotel is new with fabulous infrastructure
My sister and I stayed at this hotel for a few days and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk and concierge team, and the service was exceptional throughout our stay. We had a room on the 18th floor, which offered a beautiful view of the ocean and the mosque—such a peaceful and scenic spot. A special shoutout to Youssef from the concierge...

It was good and convenient, the breakfast was limited in choice.
Traditional luxury hotel in the center of Casablanca with spacious rooms and excellent food. Rooms facing the main street are pretty noisy, particularly at night time. I prefer more modern equipment in the room and bathroom. Overall, my impression was good, and the hotel is definitely a good choice.
The house is nice. The breakfast place is old fashioned.
Not bad, I spent a birthday here, the hotel also prepared a cake, the environment is also good. The only drawback is that the hotel bathroom is a bit dirty, the cleaning is not detailed enough
Very dedicated, reasonable itinerary, driver's English is good
Great stylish hotel with a great pool and delicious restaurant. We will definitely go back there!

Nice and clean and its western look is the best. There is parking, fitness facilities and reasonably priced restaurants. Close to the marina and the main train station in Casablanca with the city center.. And close to the Corniche and the Hassan II Mosque. # Rahal_Wael_Al-Daghfaq # Rahal_khobar 1442 AH
Great location and great rooms! Service was great. Stayed for 3 nights. Easy access to everything.
Quiet place. Good food. Easily accessible. Great service!
Air conditioning in the rooms doesn't work... the cigarette smell sucks!!

Great services as FS. The breakfast is must have even though it s extra charge. Staffs are friendly. gym is a bit small. Have balcony for relaxing.
Casa is the closest hotel to the beach. It is on the beach road. The beach is right outside the hotel.
Dear Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca Team, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible experience we had during our honeymoon at your hotel. The hotel is very beautiful by the sea. The security check is strict and very safe.
It is worthy of being called Four Seasons. The service is excellent and the scenery is beautiful. I upgraded the room type and I like it very much. I recommend it

This hotel was a huge disappointment. The room was large but it is run down and grimy. We had cockroaches in our bathroom. The staff were less than attentive. The area surrounding the hotel is dirty and garbage everywhere.
Absolutely perfect for the price you pay, Excellent value, veryfriendly staff made the stay Even better with spacious rooms
Reasonable value but it's a bit tired. Lack of attention to detail. No batteries in remote, hairdryer not working, gym machines not working. A comfortable bed though. Friendly staff. It would rate as a Star hotel elsewhere.
This hotel was OK. On the plus side, my room was VERY large and quiet so I got a lot of sleep after a long transatlantic flight. The air conditioning was good. The front desk attendees were friendly and the breakfast was decent. However, the hotel could be anywhere in the world and doesn't feel at all Moroccan. The facade is somewhat dismal. And there is not much around the neighborhood - it doesn...
The room was very spacious and clean. There was a gap in the shower door, so the bathroom flooded. The woman at the front desk was very helpful.
It was my first time in Morocco. I looked at many hotels online and finally chose Gray Boutique Hotel. The hotel was very comfortable, the room rate was great, and the service attitude was good. It is worth staying again when you come to Morocco.

The service was so good thank you Hassna for your help The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and had I choose this hotel for 9 days and it was very nice 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍……….
When booking, it was noted that three people were staying, but the room did not prepare the third person's mattress in advance. The valet parking and luggage service were great. The breakfast was also very rich and of good quality. The environment around the hotel is a bit messy, and there is nothing to see. It is purely a stay experience.
My friends, 4 of them, were robbed in this hotel. Money disappeared from the room, the hotel chose not to react To date, more than 12 days have passed and I have not received my deposit back Please look into this situation
Radisson Hotel Casablanca City Center has a good location, beautiful environment, good service, good hygiene and cleanliness. Casablanca is a beautiful city, and the hotel staff are warm and kind.
The lobby was under renovation when I checked in, and it was a mess. No one answered the phone when I called the front desk. The service was not up to par.
The surroundings of the hotel are in shabby condition. The interior decoration of the hotel is relatively new. There is no water-proof door in the bathroom. After taking a shower, the entire basin floor will get wet.

Overall it's okay, but it doesn't feel like a five-star hotel. The facilities and services are a bit old-fashioned, and the renovations should be a bit old. But you get what you pay for, and I'm generally satisfied with my stay!
The service attitude is very good and the food is delicious, thumbs up!
This hotel is great and the people are very comfortable. The location is a bit far from the main attractions, but there is actually a light rail station behind the hotel. If you don't want to walk, you can take the light rail to Mohammed V Square. I was upgraded to a corner terrace room for free. The room is large, fully equipped, and luxurious. The decoration feels a bit like a Middle Eastern tycoon...

Good service, good location & good breakfast. However, hotel room was a bit old, furniture was not in good condition and the room didn’t smell good, a bit disappointing…..
The location, service, and breakfast were all good. However, the facilities were dated, some furniture was worn, the door locks were broken, and the room had a slight odor. Overall, I was a bit disappointed.
I stayed for 1 night, June 16-17. The service was very good as well as the facilities. The next day after checking out I checked and found that my t-shirt was left behind, then I went back to ask about it, but they said they couldn't find it. I'm sure my t-shirt was left there. How can a hotel as good as this have something left behind and not stored first? Even didn’t care about asking me my contact...

What a delightful boutique hotel. The staff were so helpful. No request was too big. We both had a Hammam/ massage. Devine. Our suite was gorgeous. The restaurant supplied all we required. The dinner menu was very inclusive. The chef made pepper sauce for my husband. The breakfast was a feast in itself.
From the moment I arrived, I knew this would be an excellent stay. Every detail at this hotel reflects world-class quality—from the warm welcome at check-in to the immaculate rooms and stunning facilities. The rooms are all devoted to particular movie stars or memorable figures and our room was very tastefully designed. The beds were so comfortable and we also had a seperate lounge area and two bathrooms...
The suite was very nice and the price included the spa which was very good value for money.
Enjoyed my stay here. Well managed hotel with interesting decor in a good location with charming, respectful and helpful staff. My suite (the Napoleon Suite) was quiet, large, clean and comfortable. Ample breakfast. I was offered a cheese omelette but I declined. I requested an onion omelette instead that met with some surprise although it was cooked and on the plate in no time at all...
The hotel is well situated in an area surrounded by cafes and restaurants so we could walk and get coffee, breakfast and dinner. Our Edith Piaf suite was spacious, we had 2 bathrooms which was great, one off the living space and the other next to the bedroom - this one had a little shower room which I really quite liked. Everything was very clean and the room was attended to everyday which included...
The hotel was tucked away in a back alley-like area. It was our own private getaway and safe zone from a city that unfortunately was so disappointing. Again, the hotel had great service and food...with generous size and elegant rooms. So, my hotel experience was great. Cassablanca...never again. But, if I could take the hotel and put it somewhere else...I'd stay there in a blink!

Most tour groups only arrange 1-2 days for Casablanca, which is too little! Casablanca is the fastest-growing and best city in Morocco. Young people in Morocco are all going here. It is worth staying for a week to take a good look. Stay in the city center for a few days first. I highly recommend this hotel. It used to be the only boutique hotel in Casablanca, and it is still the best now. It is an...

The hotel was a nice hotel, there is a supermarket, shops, and restaurants all local. The shower pressure wasn’t the best. Pool staff were amazing and super attentive. The pool was nice however very shallow, deepest side was 1.5 meters. Rooms were very modern.
Very Clean and great location, only ten minutes walk to the beach
Nice hotel, clean rooms, everything like on pictures. So welcoming. Also we made late check out from hotel, because had late flight. They let us stay till 18:00, for 75euro which is really so cool! Thank you. Also has online check in, it’s so comfortable))
There are many kinds of breakfast, the food in the restaurant is good, the room is big and clean There are staff who can speak Chinese
A bit of bullying to Chinese customers, they gave me a room with a broken air conditioner. Morocco is over 30 degrees without air conditioner, it's like being in a sauna. I called for repair but it couldn't be fixed. At first, the hotel front desk said that they couldn't change rooms because they were full. After arguing with them, they changed the room and barely made a king-size bed room by putting...

Excellent location 10 minutes to the train station, making it super easy to get around. The breakfast was fresh and tasty with plenty of options, and the staff were warm, helpful, and always smiling. Highly recommend!
This hotel is located near station. There is supermarket near the hotel and we can eat dinner at restaurant of the hotel. A room was clean and I stayed comfortably. However, I recommend you to prepare minimum amenity.
The staff was helpful and nice, the manager was nice, the rooms were good and clean with a good view. We enjoyed our stay.
The location is great, about a 12 minute walk from the main train station (Casa Voyageurs), and walkable to other nice areas (UN Square etc). The staff were lovely; friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, although inconsistent day to day. Our room was pretty good; comfy bed and nice shower. Good desk. But the carpet was very tired and the walls need a clean. WiFi was good.
