Oum Palace Hotel & Spa
Casablanca, 12 Rue Kamal Mohamed (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Hair dryer and toiletries provided. Fridge available in the room. Unable to turn ac on during the winter months. Excellent and cheap restaurant across the street. A little bit of noise traffic (honking etc)
The room was not soundproofed. You could hear everything the neighbor said clearly. There were small cockroaches. The facilities were average. The decoration seemed clean. The breakfast was average and there was nothing edible. The street at the door is very crowded and parking is difficult. The hotel picks up a lot of groups and there are a lot of domestic people.
I took this hotel to spend the night after my arrival. I can’t say anything bad, the room was clean, the staff was friendly, we checked in after 01:00 at night without any problems. Breakfast is a buffet, you won't leave hungry.
All facilities are closed during Ramadan
The room is clean and suitable for business trip

The stuff is helpful and supportive The room space and facilities is very good and cozy Very good location on the ocean and very good view on the open ocean view Near to restaurants, cafe's and located between the biggest two shopping malls in Casablanca Morocco Mall and Anfa Mall The hotel already have a good restaurant serving Morocco special plates The reception have a currency exchange service...
Favorite hotel! Friendly and helpful staff, local color, elegant bed! Suitable for a working trip. To stay in the understanding of Russian tourist will be bored.
Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Our room overlooked the ocean. Many amazing restaurants close by that overlook the ocean as well. Staff were friendly. Free parking.

There is no bottled water There is no minibar there is no room service There are not even signs for how to use the phone contact reception or even about the hotel Staff friendly but little information
I will start by complementing the receptionist, she was very friendly, and answered all our questions. The room was below average, the TV didn't work, the card reader at the door had a problem and it didn't have a pleasant smell. Try to avoid the restaurant as the food quality was not that good and very pricy. Apart from that, great location and there is supermarket right next to the hotel
No frills but otherwise lovely, convenient location with helpful staff
Thank you Ali for helping me find the Berber Exhibition in Casablanca of handicrafts from widows of the earthquake in the High Atlas, Riff Mountains and the dessert that made the crafts to help their families. Especially thanks you for helping me cross the busy roads!
After a night's sleep, I felt a sore throat the next morning. There was a pungent smell in the room. When I opened the door, the smell was even stronger in the corridor outside. It turned out that the basement was being renovated and painted, and the formaldehyde smell seeped up from the elevator shaft. I asked the front desk to cancel the second night, but they said that it was after the cancellation...
Really nice triple bedrooms, very nice hospitality! Good bath products.

Nice hotel , good location, and they have spa and fittness option
Nice location, but. It's not clean at all
The room is warm and cozy. Very recommended during winter season
Good location but it's like 2 or 3 star hotel. Nice people in reception and too many restaurants around.
Nice art deco elements in the architecture. The front desk generously let us check in at noon; a big plus after a long flight and the trip from the airport to the hotel. Good location within walking distance of the central market and the port. Discotheques, tramway and roundabout nearby cause a noisy environment until midnight. The flies flying in the entrance leaves a very bad impression. ...
The location was superb! Just few minutes walk from the heart of Casa. Very quiet and clean hotel. The pillow and bed were comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Near to tram station and 10 minutes walk to the Old Medina/Souk. Really enjoyed the Breakfast!! Only the wifi, very poor connection. Technical team please look at it. Overall I’m a happy guest. I will definitely come back.

The hotel, although a little dated, is comfortable, very well located, inexpensive, and the staff is very attentive. We had a very pleasant stay.
Ideal for those looking for just a place to sleep, decently clean, easy walk to places or short taxi ride from CB old town and Hassan II Mosque. Zac at reception was friendly and available, nice guy!
The location is excellent.; and the service provided by the receptionist is great.👍👍👍😊👍👍
The room is spacious, the facilities are old, the hygiene is good, the service is in place, the hotel is cheap, and the cost performance is very high. The location is in the city center, easy to get in and out, and it is worth staying.
Centrally located, good customer service at reception. Hotel a bit old and worn out with dark and not lit interior. Toilet is fortunately renovated. OK breakfast. Good for short stays.
Service is OK, is the environment, facilities need to be improved, water, toiletries are not available

Good service and good environment!
First, we booked a double room, but we were assigned a twin room. There was no water cup or kettle in the room, which was a bit strange. The hotel's elevator is a big problem. It's slow and takes a long time to wait. The room hygiene is okay, but the location near the stairs or linen room is very noisy. The service attitude at the front desk is acceptable, and the service quality is really average...
Good hygiene, good front desk service attitude, efficient check-in, cleanliness, convenient transportation and convenient travel. I will come back in the future. The location of the hotel is good, parking is easy, and customers are easy to find.
I don't recommend this hotel. The service is poor. There are no toiletries in the hotel room. They also threw away my toothpaste. I asked the front desk to send toothpaste, but it didn't come for two days. The toilet paper was not put in for two consecutive days. You can't bring takeout into the hotel. You can only eat outside and then come in. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
Well designed hotel rooms . Loved the bathrooms and huge windows. It's a beautiful hotel but ugly neighbourhood.very affordable too
Was nice to stay at Mogador. The team very supportive

Overall, it was okay for the price location was good
The breakfast was okay, but the service wasn't what you'd expect from a 4-diamond hotel. Two bottles of water were provided upon check-in, but we were later told there was no water delivery. The hotel's sensor lights only light up once you enter, making the enclosed space a bit scary. On our first day, our room smelled strongly of sewage, which only improved after we moved. This brand used to be considered...
The experience was very good, a lot of dopamine was secreted, and I was super happy!
Not up to expectations, pictures were misleading

Had a tough time sleeping this time around for the length of time I was there, too much road noise on that end and room of the hotel, could clearly see gaps, which explains the road noise, around the window.
Overall good, breakfast is good in nearby hotels, but a bit expensive
The hotel is very good, but the network is a little bit poor
Simple and nice hotel in Casablanca.. breakfast is good.. Will come back again..
Everything else was good, but the breakfast was terrible and there was basically nothing to eat. The hotel provides very little drinking water. To be honest, the service of this hotel is not worthy of the price and I do not recommend staying there.

I like this hotel very much. The location is right on the seaside of Casablanca. You can also see the Atlantic coast while staying in the hotel. You can wear flip flops and go for a walk to the seaside at any time. Tell local drivers the name of the hotel and most of them will know this one. There are McDonald's and many seafood restaurants opposite the hotel, which are very good. For breakfast, there...
Nice clean rooms. Very convenient and around very nice restaurants (-tacos next to it).
Good hotel! Ocean view and not bad breakfast. You need not expect more from a small hotel!
This is a budget hotel, so don't expect much. However, being on Avenue of the Corniche was good for me since I was close to great restos, night clubs, and marocco shopping mall.
Good location for ocean views, beaches and nightlife. Not close to business part of town, but cab ride is easy. Hotel is "old school" Morocco beautiful, but its beauty couldn't hide a not-so-clean shower that stopped draining after the third person in our party used it. Very good breakfast, and staff was very friendly. Would recommend for short stay.

The room was completely fine for our needs. Spacious and with everything that goes fine for 3 people. We also had our breakfast at the room and we found it great for the price of the room with breakfast. The smell of tobacco. Staff smoke near the reception and there’s always that smell. Our toilet also had that smell.
Fabulous! What a find. Central location, ideal for wandering to all the city sights. Exceptional staff, so attentive and happy! Very good rooms, fine views. Hot water! Excellent breakfast in the adjacent cafe. Miaoa , the resident friendly cat is a star too! THE place to stay!
The staff were so kind and welcoming. They give you mint tea and cookies upon arrival as we were waiting for our room. The room facilities were clean but the design could be improved. The shower glass door didn't keep the water from leaking out of the shower, and our balcony door wouldn't lock but they fixed it immediately. Breakfast was great. Note that the elevator only starts on the 2nd floor so...

Breakfast was very poor. Photos are inaccurate! Breakfast was not good! The photos are from 2012, according to information provided on site; unfortunately, the breakfast did not match the photos at all. The toilet door in the room was glass, and you could see through it a little. Part of it was frosted, but a slit was exposed.
Staff was friendly and helpful!

Very good hotel , big room , nice lobby , near by the market 👍👍
Lovely rooms with modern facilities. Great thick curtains that allow for a very good night's sleep considering it's on a busy street. The hotel is a dry hotel, which is not an issue, but we were not aware of it, so it was a bit disappointing not to be able to have a drink at the end of a busy day's touring. Definitely my go to choice from now own. The location and the staff were amazing even the breakfast was amazing. The hotel and its staff made the whole stay worth it. Words cant express their hospitality. My go to hotel for Casablanca.
The staff is amazing . I booked last minute. They have a hotel shuttle . They cater to what ever you need. They are clean They are safe . The service again hand and foot . They went out of their way to assist me adventurers I planned . They always answered the phone . They let me sleep in . They smiled all the staff . Amazing two night stay is all I can say . The hotel is clean always someone is cleaning...
Modern hotel located in a quiet residential area. It has a parking lot but it is very small and people park haphazardly so if 10 cars enter it is already a lot. The staff is not very welcoming, we wanted to have breakfast (which was not included) and while we were going down the stairs the man from the reception shouted at us that we had to pay... Long live the kindness... When we got down the buffet...
Front desk service excellent at both check in and departure. Room was comfortable. Airport shuttle service excellent. All staff professional and polite. Facilities clean. I did not eat at the restaurant so cannot comment. Price very fair and everything was exactly as described.

Hotel staf very good. the building need restauration, outdated, the area is so-so.
The location of the hotel is very close to the Medina Market, and other attractions can be reached on foot. The hotel receptionist was very enthusiastic and helped carry the suitcases to and from the hotel when arriving and leaving the hotel.
Location of the hotel is good but a bit old
The location of the hotel is easy to find. Parking is just on the road at the door. The host will help park the car. We arrived early and the hotel also let us check in early. There are two bathrooms. The toilets and washing are separated. You can walk to the Hassan II Mosque and other places. The environment is good. One point is because there is a building being built opposite, which is a bit noisy...

If you want to experience something else than your average chain type hotel, choose this one. The baroque decoration may not be everyone's taste but I loved it. Staff are very friendly and they take the time tell you about the history of this antique building. Edith Piaf stayed here and there are items that belonged to her, such as handbags, on display.
Friendly staff ..nice historic decoration, service is great just rooms is not really clean..

The hotel is clean, rooms are descent except for small cupboard space. No coffee maker and no fridge ( mini bar). Good service and staff are professional. The problem was that we were charged 320DH for a modest breakfast. That’s nearly 50% the cost we paid for the double room.
