Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Hair dryer and toiletries provided. Fridge available in the room. Unable to turn ac on during the winter months. Excellent and cheap restaurant across the street. A little bit of noise traffic (honking etc)

The room was not soundproofed. You could hear everything the neighbor said clearly. There were small cockroaches. The facilities were average. The decoration seemed clean. The breakfast was average and there was nothing edible. The street at the door is very crowded and parking is difficult. The hotel picks up a lot of groups and there are a lot of domestic people.

I took this hotel to spend the night after my arrival. I can’t say anything bad, the room was clean, the staff was friendly, we checked in after 01:00 at night without any problems. Breakfast is a buffet, you won't leave hungry.

All facilities are closed during Ramadan

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Our room overlooked the ocean. Many amazing restaurants close by that overlook the ocean as well. Staff were friendly. Free parking.

I will start by complementing the receptionist, she was very friendly, and answered all our questions. The room was below average, the TV didn't work, the card reader at the door had a problem and it didn't have a pleasant smell. Try to avoid the restaurant as the food quality was not that good and very pricy. Apart from that, great location and there is supermarket right next to the hotel

After a night's sleep, I felt a sore throat the next morning. There was a pungent smell in the room. When I opened the door, the smell was even stronger in the corridor outside. It turned out that the basement was being renovated and painted, and the formaldehyde smell seeped up from the elevator shaft. I asked the front desk to cancel the second night, but they said that it was after the cancellation...

The location was superb! Just few minutes walk from the heart of Casa. Very quiet and clean hotel. The pillow and bed were comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Near to tram station and 10 minutes walk to the Old Medina/Souk. Really enjoyed the Breakfast!! Only the wifi, very poor connection. Technical team please look at it. Overall I’m a happy guest. First, we booked a double room, but we were assigned a twin room. There was no water cup or kettle in the room, which was a bit strange. The hotel's elevator is a big problem. It's slow and takes a long time to wait. The room hygiene is okay, but the location near the stairs or linen room is very noisy. I don't recommend this hotel. The service is poor. There are no toiletries in the hotel room. They also threw away my toothpaste. I asked the front desk to send toothpaste, but it didn't come for two days. The toilet paper was not put in for two consecutive days. You can't bring takeout into the hotel. You can only eat outside and then come in. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

This is a budget hotel, so don't expect much. However, being on Avenue of the Corniche was good for me since I was close to great restos, night clubs, and marocco shopping mall.

Good location for ocean views, beaches and nightlife. Not close to business part of town, but cab ride is easy. Hotel is "old school" Morocco beautiful, but its beauty couldn't hide a not-so-clean shower that stopped draining after the third person in our party used it. Nice hotel, good sized rooms with big comfortable beds. Staff is welcoming and friendly. At night there is a grand piano bring played near the bar. The restaurant serves well priced meals and there's also massage services provided.

Decent hotel, large, not new but everything is clean and tidy.

The room was completely fine for our needs. Spacious and with everything that goes fine for 3 people. We also had our breakfast at the room and we found it great for the price of the room with breakfast. The smell of tobacco. Staff smoke near the reception and there’s always that smell. Our toilet also had that smell.

The staff were so kind and welcoming. They give you mint tea and cookies upon arrival as we were waiting for our room. The room facilities were clean but the design could be improved. The shower glass door didn't keep the water from leaking out of the shower, and our balcony door wouldn't lock but they fixed it immediately. Breakfast was great. I stayed at this location March 5-6, 2024, Room 36. Hotel de Paris is centrally located. I had no issue walking there from the Nations Unies tram stop. Check-in was a breeze, and I was served tea and cookies while waiting. The room was clean and spacious...furniture a bit dated. After using the shower, most of the bath floor was soaked. I rested well !! Front desk staff helped me navigate direction...

Breakfast was very poor. Photos are inaccurate! Breakfast was not good! The photos are from 2012, according to information provided on site; unfortunately, the breakfast did not match the photos at all. The toilet door in the room was glass, and you could see through it a little. Part of it was frosted, but a slit was exposed.

It is an amazing experience I had with the hotel. I dealt with Hasnaa at the reception, she was very welcoming and friendly. The room is quite spacious for one individual. It's also very clean.

Modern hotel located in a quiet residential area. It has a parking lot but it is very small and people park haphazardly so if 10 cars enter it is already a lot. The staff is not very welcoming, we wanted to have breakfast (which was not included) and while we were going down the stairs the man from the reception shouted at us that we had to pay... Front desk service excellent at both check in and departure. Room was comfortable. Airport shuttle service excellent. All staff professional and polite. Facilities clean. I did not eat at the restaurant so cannot comment. Price very fair and everything was exactly as described.

The location of the hotel is easy to find. Parking is just on the road at the door. The host will help park the car. We arrived early and the hotel also let us check in early. If you want to experience something else than your average chain type hotel, choose this one. The baroque decoration may not be everyone's taste but I loved it. Staff are very friendly and they take the time tell you about the history of this antique building. Edith Piaf stayed here and there are items that belonged to her, such as handbags, on display.

We found rooms to be Clean and comfortable. The Shower was great! Location was in walkable area for restaurants. We had enough space and felt safe. Breakfast cafe was pretty good food yet fairly basic. Strong coffee and kind easy going waiter were my pluses.

Central. Clean. No eating facilities. Good continental breakfast served in room. Two room service requests never arrived (coffee and redbull in first day, and breakfast in second day, which just came when ordered for the second time.
