Very mediocre hotel, rooms have old interior and defects, time for serious renovation.

The rooms are spacious and clean.  Hairdryer is not a standard item in the room, you need to request for it.

The treatment I received at this hotel is what keeps me a loyal Hilton customer. But this time the front desk went out of their way by upgrading our room twice to accommodate my visiting son. The suites at this property as well as the front desk staff are top notch. The breakfast buffet is also top quality complemented by Mouna’s friendly hospitality.

Decent value but nothing specia Good value for what I paid (approx $60CDN per night) but not what necessarily what lid expect from a 4 star hotel. The location of the hotel is very close to the Medina Market, and other attractions can be reached on foot. The hotel receptionist was very enthusiastic and helped carry the suitcases to and from the hotel when arriving and leaving the hotel.

Our experience in the hotel was great. The staff was very helpful with everything. The food was very tasty and it had many choices for all of us and the waiters especially Kamal were very kind and nice. The room with three breakfast sets for three people is perfect for family trips. There's a young man who speaks Chinese who was particularly enthusiastic and attentive.

The room was quite spacious and close to the beach, about a 10-minute walk away. It was also just a few minutes from the Old Market. The room layout was a bit unique; the toilet and shower were separate, with the sink situated between the bed and the shower. The pool isn't heated, so it's not open outside of summer.

Before our departure to Morocco, our return flight got cancelled by the airline, so we had to book an additional day to stay at Barcelo Anfa, which was the same hotel we were scheduled to stay at from the tour company. The hotel was a nice hotel, there is a supermarket, shops, and restaurants all local. The shower pressure wasn’t the best. Pool staff were amazing and super attentive. The pool was nice however very shallow, deepest side was 1.5 meters. Rooms were very modern.

I stayed for 2 nights (31st January and 1st February) and had a great experience. The staff were very polite and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent — very close to Hassan II Mosque, the Old Medina, and the railway station. Everything is nearby, so if you like walking, it’s a perfect place with all facilities easily accessible.

It's decent. It's quite close to the train station, which makes getting around convenient. The room is a bit small, but the bar serves drinks, which is a nice touch. However, the drinks are a bit pricey, perhaps due to general regulations?

Location was perfect is just right in front of the train station, but the room is extremely small and basic amenities like towel and shower gel only. They don’t even provide water. So people who are with lots of luggage gonna be hard in the small tiny room as you may not able to open up your luggage widely. Centrally located in Casablanca, right across from Casa Port, making it very convenient for transportation. The facilities are decent.

There are some differences here compared to back home. The room doesn't have a toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, or shower gel. Basically, you have to bring everything yourself.

The hotel is pretty good, clearly an older, established five-star. The main issue was the front desk. Check-in took an incredibly long time; we had 5 rooms and it took almost 40 minutes. To top it off, they even got the room types wrong in the end! This really shouldn't happen.

The Hyatt was the perfect place to end my stay in Morocco. The staff and facilities were outstanding. Perfectly located to enable easy access attractions in Casablanca. Exactly what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

The hotel has been around for a while, and some of the facilities are a bit outdated. However, it's very close to the old town, making it super convenient for shopping both in front of and behind the hotel. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the breakfast is incredibly rich and varied.
