Basic amenities, firm bed. Stayed in twin room with sister. Room only has 2 towels, shower gel and hand soap. Pillows a bit flat, air conditioning takes long time to work. No fridge, no bottled water, no kettle, no bath mat and no hand towel. Adequate for 1 night only for Asians

Hotel is close to casa porte train station and also not far from medina. Recommended!

Simple and efficient. Great location near bus stop, one of the train stations, walking distance to mosque, Medina, amazing restaurants, and so much more! Clean and basic.

Good hotel with bad receptionist. The receptionis must learn atittude with your customer. Only fatah has good attitude👍. The other receptionis not profesional muhammad, bader, murad  should must get new training about how to respect customers.

I wrote in another review. For a short stay is good but don’t expect respect from reception. I asked for a airport transfer and in the morning the one in reception transferred me to street taxi !!!

First time in Casablanca. Chose Ibis as it was a reliable chain. The location was superb- located right next to the train station. The staff were helpful. However, if you want to use the hotel, note that the hotel doesn’t have a fridge or a safety box inside the room. Also the toilets had a bad smell when I first opened the door.

A great hotel. Stylish, beautiful rooms. A very good restaurant downstairs, with decent breakfasts. You can try Moroccan cuisine! The room had a slight smell, the rooms were outdated in places. The staff is very helpful. They try hard to make your stay at a good level. Taxi from the airport 300 dirhams. To the airport 350. Holidays in Morocco are a unique experience.

The room was clean but the hotel was all black, which was not very pleasant.

The baggage man was very enthusiastic to carry the luggage into the room. They also parked the car in the underground garage. I went down to smoke in the middle of the night. The black security guard was on duty. It felt very safe. The breakfast was good. The view room on the 17th floor gave you a view of the Hassan II Mosque and the seaside. The night view of Casablanca is beautiful

The hotel management is not very considerate. I checked out at around 12:10, but because someone in front of me waited in line for another ten minutes, I estimated that I was charged an extra 57 US dollars for checking out at around 12:20...

The hotel and service was great. But it's missing a couple items like a business center that the guest can use to print tickets instead of emailing the front desk (their printer was down). Also, if they don't want to put microwaves in the rooms, a community location on a few floors would be great so that we don't have to fight with room service to warm up food not purchased at the hotel.

Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Hair dryer and toiletries provided. Fridge available in the room. Unable to turn ac on during the winter months. Excellent and cheap restaurant across the street. A little bit of noise traffic (honking etc)

The room was not soundproofed. You could hear everything the neighbor said clearly. There were small cockroaches. The facilities were average. The decoration seemed clean. The breakfast was average and there was nothing edible. The street at the door is very crowded and parking is difficult. The hotel picks up a lot of groups and there are a lot of domestic people.

I took this hotel to spend the night after my arrival. I can’t say anything bad, the room was clean, the staff was friendly, we checked in after 01:00 at night without any problems. Breakfast is a buffet, you won't leave hungry.

All facilities are closed during Ramadan

This is my favourite choice traveling to Casablanca. Always so far I stayed in this great hotel.

Excellent location 10 minutes to the train station, making it super easy to get around. The breakfast was fresh and tasty with plenty of options, and the staff were warm, helpful, and always smiling. Highly recommend!

This hotel is located near station. There is supermarket near the hotel and we can eat dinner at restaurant of the hotel. A room was clean and I stayed comfortably. However, I recommend you to prepare minimum amenity.

The first room i was given was horrible, there was a very bad smell and the hallways smelt of *******. I advised i would be leaving and they gave another room which also smelt bad. After waiting almost an hour the manager came and upgraded to a suite, whilst it was a little better the bad smell was lingering everywhere. Hotel definitely needs an upgrade.

Hotel is at the town center, service is nice. Restaurant at the top of the building offers wonderful panoramic view of the city.

As far as the hotel is too fancy and expensive but not value of money, no entertainment no nice cafe , entertainment services are too expensive, staff named Maryam is so rude, no smile on her face, sort of bad behavior. The rest hotel is new with fabulous infrastructure

Traditional luxury hotel in the center of Casablanca with spacious rooms and excellent food. Rooms facing the main street are pretty noisy, particularly at night time. I prefer more modern equipment in the room and bathroom. Overall, my impression was good, and the hotel is definitely a good choice.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Our room overlooked the ocean. Many amazing restaurants close by that overlook the ocean as well. Staff were friendly. Free parking.

There is no bottled water There is no minibar there is no room service There are not even signs for how to use the phone contact reception or even about the hotel Staff friendly but little information

I will start by complementing the receptionist, she was very friendly, and answered all our questions. The room was below average, the TV didn't work, the card reader at the door had a problem and it didn't have a pleasant smell. Try to avoid the restaurant as the food quality was not that good and very pricy. Apart from that, great location and there is supermarket right next to the hotel

After a night's sleep, I felt a sore throat the next morning. There was a pungent smell in the room. When I opened the door, the smell was even stronger in the corridor outside. It turned out that the basement was being renovated and painted, and the formaldehyde smell seeped up from the elevator shaft. I asked the front desk to cancel the second night, but they said that it was after the cancellation...

Nice and clean and its western look is the best. There is parking, fitness facilities and reasonably priced restaurants. The location was superb! Just few minutes walk from the heart of Casa. Very quiet and clean hotel. The pillow and bed were comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Near to tram station and 10 minutes walk to the Old Medina/Souk. Really enjoyed the Breakfast!! Only the wifi, very poor connection. Technical team please look at it. Overall I’m a happy guest. It is not convenient to eat around. You can order food in the hotel, but it is a bit expensive. After placing an order on the app, the front desk will charge an additional city tax when checking in. When I asked for an invoice, I was told that I could only get it when I checked out. When I asked for an invoice when I checked out, they said they would send it to my email. I have not received an invoice...

The location is average. It's easy to go the wrong way after entering the twists and turns. The interior of the hotel is not bad. There is a large canteen downstairs, but there are not many service staff and the price is not expensive.

Great hotel specially if you have a long layover and want to rest it’s close to the hotel like 5 mins away and the people are really nice, only issue is that there was close to non amenities and there were not toothbrushes or toothpaste which would’ve been nice but overall the hotel is lovely and very welcoming.

The breakfast is very good. There are various options and even fresh juices. In Addition there is a nice garden to have breakfast there or just to hang out. The transfer between hotel and airport is easy and comfortable.

The hotel is in 5-minute drive from the airport. It offers free transfer service. The minibus departs every hour (at hh:00) from the bus stop right in front of the Terminal 2 exit. It's very convenient if you have a late flight and need a place to stop over.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. The room was large but it is run down and grimy. We had cockroaches in our bathroom. The staff were less than attentive. The area surrounding the hotel is dirty and garbage everywhere.

It was my first time in Morocco. I looked at many hotels online and finally chose Gray Boutique Hotel. The hotel was very comfortable, the room rate was great, and the service attitude was good. It is worth staying again when you come to Morocco.

First, we booked a double room, but we were assigned a twin room. There was no water cup or kettle in the room, which was a bit strange. The hotel's elevator is a big problem. It's slow and takes a long time to wait. The room hygiene is okay, but the location near the stairs or linen room is very noisy. I don't recommend this hotel. The service is poor. There are no toiletries in the hotel room. They also threw away my toothpaste. I asked the front desk to send toothpaste, but it didn't come for two days. The toilet paper was not put in for two consecutive days. You can't bring takeout into the hotel. You can only eat outside and then come in. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Had a tough time sleeping this time around for the length of time I was there, too much road noise on that end and room of the hotel, could clearly see gaps, which explains the road noise, around the window.
