I stayed for 2 nights (31st January and 1st February) and had a great experience. The staff were very polite and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent — very close to Hassan II Mosque, the Old Medina, and the railway station. Everything is nearby, so if you like walking, it’s a perfect place with all facilities easily accessible.

It's decent. It's quite close to the train station, which makes getting around convenient. The room is a bit small, but the bar serves drinks, which is a nice touch. However, the drinks are a bit pricey, perhaps due to general regulations?

Location was perfect is just right in front of the train station, but the room is extremely small and basic amenities like towel and shower gel only. They don’t even provide water. So people who are with lots of luggage gonna be hard in the small tiny room as you may not able to open up your luggage widely. The breakfast in the hotel is a plus point, the chef and the service crew are good and polite

The location is okay its close to port but all places are not nearby and trains run on different station then this.

Centrally located in Casablanca, right across from Casa Port, making it very convenient for transportation. The facilities are decent.

There are some differences here compared to back home. The room doesn't have a toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, or shower gel. Basically, you have to bring everything yourself.

Experience was great! Nice hotel staff and accommodating upon request! The breakfast buffet had many great options and cover all basics of a continental.

Hotel needs refurbishment especially the beds and beddings. Towels are worn out and needs changing. Service was good and staff were helpful. The location is excellent near to many great resturants as well as public transportion tram and bus stop was just around the corner. Convenient for a short stay.

This was formerly called Business Hotel so many taxi drivers did recognise the name of Best Western Plus. The website said it has a gym but there wasn't one. Room was pleasant and the Service was fine.

At one o'clock in the middle of the night, the door lock produced a sound, called them, said they would come to deal with, an hour later no one was responsible. It's three hours in the morning today and I can't fall asleep. I have complained and asked for compensation, do not know how they handled it, but I have left!

The room was freezing cold, and the AC was incredibly noisy. Breakfast options were very limited. The bed was so narrow I felt like I'd roll off with every turn. The only real plus is its proximity to the airport, which made arrivals and departures convenient.

Clean, modern, new, comfortable rooms, reliable, hot and clean shower, free water, 5-minute shuttles to airport, which are all that i need for an airport hotel. I am all good with the average wifi, relatively short menu at the restaurant, and the lack of shops nearby. Very good value for money in my view.

The room isn't huge, but it's clean and tidy, and the hot water is excellent. This is a good chain hotel in the area. It was our first time in Casablanca, and this hotel is conveniently located near the airport. There's also a more upscale branch downtown.

hotel is located but 5 minutes courtesy shuttle service from airport, it is clean and tidy, rooms are spacious and breeds are comfortable. food wise very little selection in vicinity, but good food is available on the hotel. there is local food available about 40 minutes walk away.

The breakfast selection is quite varied and international, but they don't have omelets. The pillowcases in the room were dirty, and there's no kettle. You have to go downstairs to the restaurant to get hot water yourself. The phone in the room is just for show; there's no way to call the front desk.

Staying in Onomo is worth for the price. The only thing to comment is about the location which driving in Morocco is super terrible experience especially when driving through the roundabout, so it causing the location for the Hotel became not favourable.

The hotel is located a little outside the city center, but very convenient if you have a car. Easy access and convenient parking. The room was clean and comfortable, ideal for relaxing. Good value for money. I recommend it for those traveling by car.

It's quite bustling, but it feels noisy, unlike in Saudi Arabia.

I cannot say enough good things about the service at this hotel. The food was incredible—some of the best service I've experienced. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. The location is on a very busy street, with only a couple of parking spots, and if you're lucky, you'll get a parking spot. The guy at reception was genuinely surprised that I even asked for parking, even though I only chose this hotel because it said it had parking. Located near Casa Voyageurs train station. Room was cosy.

The hotel is situated near the train station Casa Voyageur. While the exterior building looked somewhat promising but inside the room is rather old, the lighting is dull and the same goes to the bathroom. But we only stayed for 1 night to catch the train to the airport therefore not much to complain about here. But the room does require some upgrades.

I stayed in a single room, but the cleanliness was a bit disappointing. So overall, the cost-effectiveness was good, and it was good that it was very close to the station.

Excellent hotel right in the city center, everything is close by: market, parks, cafes, and the port. Daily housekeeping with fresh linens and towels. For breakfast, there are fresh croissants, pancakes, sandwiches, eggs, and freshly squeezed juice. The staff is polite and clean. The renovation is new, and the interiors are in an oriental style. I came back after a trip around Morocco. I stayed there last Sunday, and the area felt like a ghost town. It's a completely different story during the week, it's bustling. The hotel is what you'd expect for the price.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff is very welcoming and always attentive, which makes the experience really enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped.

The location is good. It is on the edge of the old city of Casablanca. There is a Great Wall Motors 4S store next to it. There are many Chinese restaurants in Delbaoma nearby. Life is good.

Old building but good value for money .

This hotel isn't for those accustomed to 5-star accommodations. It's in need of renovation, which explains the lower price. It suited me perfectly since I only came back to sleep. The location is excellent, and the staff are wonderful – everyone is so friendly and approachable. The guys at the reception desk are all great; they're always ready to help, advise, and explain anything you need.

We stayed at the hotel for one night, choosing it for its price and convenient location. The staff was friendly and attentive, but the rooms were dated and the bathroom smelled unpleasant. The window of the room I stayed in was large and ventilated, and the sea breeze was very comfortable. Parking is on the street, and the fee is 30 dirhams a day. Please be sure to park within the line, otherwise you will get a ticket.

The owner is Chinese, very nice and easygoing. When we took a taxi, we didn't know that only cash was accepted in the area and credit cards were not accepted. Good room good view staff was helpful

The room is old need to be updated, the tv doesn’t work the shower head doesn’t work, the phone is off. I chose this hotel because is on the beach I though they will be an entrance to the beach from the hotel but no it was all a lie the entrance is blocked you have to walk around the building to get to the beach with is too far. But what made it unbearable is the AC unit not working.

There were cockroaches in my bedroom and when I went downstairs to tell reception, an older guy asked me if I had left the window open. No I didn't! I thought there was only one but then another one appeared and now I am scared sleeping. I have been in Morocco for a month now, other hotels that looked worse than this didn't have any insect in them! They should refund me the money really
