The hotel location is close to the beach, which is convenient. However, the stay did not match what we booked.
We reserved a sea view room, but the room we received faced the parking area. This was disappointing because the view was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel.
We also booked a room for two people, but the hotel placed us in a three bed room. The layout felt strange for a couple and did not match our reservation.
The room had very few power outlets. There were only two in total, one in the bathroom and one near the desk. There were no outlets near the beds, which made charging phones at night difficult.
Amenities were very limited for a three star hotel. The hotel provided old, low quality towels and only one bar of soap. There were no slippers, no toothbrush, no hair dryer, and no shampoo.
The location is good, but the room, service, and amenities did not meet the expectations for a three star hotel.

Nice hotel but a bit dated but good vslue for mone staff are freindl, a bit of a walk to the beacb but handy for the bus station.

Pretty much impossible to have a worse experience
The place was filthy, no lights in the corridor or the staircase, no socket in the room, towels looked like they hadn't been washed in ages, door in the room which couldn't be locked and led to some other room. Insects on the breakfast table and in the room. Initially booked for 3 nights but barely managed to spend a night in the room(and got no sleep) and booked an alternative place for the rest of the trip

Aside from the lack of Wi-Fi, the location and the triple room's ambiance offer great value for money.

The hotel it really old and outdated. There's no AC and the toilet was broken on arrival. The second room wasn't even ready for us. Would not recommend for a summer stay. WiFi is only available in reception

The worst ever. The hotel staff are theives. The cleaners go into your room when you are out. They stole my money from my room when I was out. I complained, and they did not investigate the matter. It seems that the hotel staff are in on the scam. They must be doing this to all tourists. They need to be locked up. Shame on these thieves. Low life scoundrels!!!

The location was perfect, the service was average, the reception staff were attentive when needed, but the cleanliness of this hotel was absolutely appalling, please avoid this hotel at all costs,
The hotel was rife with *********** in the hotels night club, I've been very fortunate to travel the world, I have stayed in cleaner hostels than this hotel, this is the dirtiest hotel I've ever been to in my Life, The hotel just needs some tender loving care, but the city of agadir was beautiful, we will definitely return to the city but never to this hotel again !!!
My wife and I both live in Morocco, and we are both immune to the Moroccan water, and the hotel's tap water was salty, they obviously Dodge the water bill every month.
