Reviews
Perfect location
Cheap price for what you get
The hotel looks lovely from the outside, with clean gardens, but the inside is disappointing. Rooms are very basic — no air conditioning or fan, no bottled water (only small disposable glasses), and no shower gel or shampoo. Mattresses are hard, pillows too high, and bathrooms poorly maintained.
Breakfast is limited, with long queues for eggs, pancakes, and pastries. Moroccan tea was salty, and hot drinks aren’t served after 10:30 AM until 11 at the pool bar. Lunch and dinner are repetitive.
Arrive after 9:30 PM, and don’t expect food — water only at the pool bar until 11 PM. Reception shrugged off concerns about no AC in summer.
Nice gardens and a friendly animation team are positives, but overall, service, food, and comfort are far below 3-star standard. Even if you’re “just here to sleep and shower,” you might still be disappointed.
⚠️ Warning: Don’t be fooled by the outside — comfort and service fall far short of expectations.
- I wouldn't say I didn't like it, I just found it odd that on my week there I met 3 women who said that they're in a relationship with someone in the entertainment squad, but had to keep it a secret because it is against the rules. And another lady who said one of the entertainers used to be her boyfriend. It just made me wonder how many girlfriends these guys have visiting them throughout the year. And they sure do love to come and interrupt if you are getting on well with someone.
We booked a family room which on the pictures showed 2 bedrooms with bunk and a single in one and 2 singles in another
We got one room with bunk beds ( which were not even suitable for children to climb on never mind adults) and 2 single beds
We were only there one night so just went with it and put the mattress on the floor
I woke up in the morning with ants all over in my bed my luggage everywhere
The food wasn’t great and the hotel is in a terrible rundown condition
I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay here
No towels in bedroom and when asked they said they would send them and never did.
Rooms beyond basic and smelt awful.
No loo roll in pool toiket and were flooded and i nearly slipped.
Door handle came off in our hand and we were trapped.
On a positvive the waiters were good and looked after us well
