We stayed in Fredj hotel for 7 nights
And for 5 of those nights we had NO hot water ! We could not shower. I had to pay for a hamaam outside in the local area just to get clean. I had to ask for towels too cos the cleaner would not leave any towels. Breakfast was just ok. They were slow to refill things when they were finished. I am still waiting for a refund for them 5 days as they said I could claim
A refund from ******* for not having any hot water. Also the hotel staff seemed so unbothered that we were suffering with no hot water in cold December. It was awful !!!

Very friendly reception, breakfast and cleaning staff. The man in front of the hotel was extremely helpful and friendly.
Therefore I recommend the hotel, but the hotel needs some investment to be up top date, especially the rooms.

My travel agent booked this hotel for me told me that everything he booked was a four star above this wouldn’t even rate as a two star in my book. When we got here, they asked for another $10 in taxes apparently weren’t included when it was booked, we get to the room no water glasses , no potable water, even though we asked for it at the desk, and usually I would expect to find a coffee pot in a room of this caliber none to be found. There were no available plugs at the head of the bed either. The woodwork is actually paper covered particleboard and it’s peeling up from water damage. Haven’t had breakfast yetthat could be another story. All in all I don’t know any other hotels in this town, but I wouldn’t book it again for myself.

We loved this hotel with its warm and perfect welcome. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is plentiful and varied. Nothing else to say.

Excellent hotel. We had a problem with the Wi-Fi, and they resolved it for us immediately by upgrading us to a room above what we would have had if the connection had been established. A full and varied breakfast, a good location near attractions, and, most importantly, a very friendly staff. We will be back.

An absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel is clean and beautiful, the food is good, and the breakfasts are excellent. The rooms are spotless! A huge thank you to all the staff, from housekeeping to catering, who are all wonderful! We'll be back.

The hotel is very well located, just few steps from the Medina, and it has a lovely view of the port.
The hotel is renovated and the room was ver spacious and comfortable with good amenities such as different tables to place the luggage, spacious closet and a little desk.
The bathroom was a bit old, and some things were a bit broken, like the trash can and the shower handle.
I found a stain in the bed sheets and in one of the towels. But over all it was pretty good.
The food was really good and the breakfast had a lot of delicious options.
The service and attention from the Hotel staff was great! Always with a smile, speaking various languages and very helpful
I would definitely recommend the place and will come back for sure!

The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are relatively large, and the restaurant dishes are delicious. The hotel can proactively contact the travel agency according to the guests' needs to satisfy tourists' wishes for a day trip to Chefchaouen!
