Very need and professional environment.

Service was really great and helpful staff members willing to help all the way.

There were used drinks in the fridge. Some had straw in it which was disgusting. Breakfast and dinner were not good at all.

The room is standard, nice and clean, located at the city center. Breakfast was good.

The hotel Is location in the middle of city and really easy get a round. However one the staff from club saying to me that I took some of the drink outside the lounge. It like call me stealing.

This is my third stay. The location is very good. It is in the center of Windhoek. There are shopping malls and shopping centers nearby. It is very convenient for dining, traveling and shopping. It is also close to churches and museums. The hotel service is OK and satisfactory.

After staying for three days, I chose to continue staying because of the service and convenience. It was still great.

Our stay was brilliant. Breakfast was excellent. General service was great. The only downside was the AC in our room 1402. It kept leaking even though the Engineer checked it. Otherwise it was a great stay and will definately come back.

Great place for an overnight stay in Windhoek. The room was lovely and the food in the restaurant was quite good. Reception was very helpful and helped us book a 4am airport transfer to meet our 7am flight. They also prepared a travel breakfast pack for us. A very comfortable and easy stay here.

The hotel is a stone throw away from the beach, with a restaurant that has a beautiful ocean view. The rooms are spacious and clean with ocean facing balconies. Everyone (staff) is friendly and helpful - they even help arrange activities for you a few days before your stay 😊

I had a wonderful experience at Windhoek Country Club. The service was excellent, and Shanice in particular was outstanding. The hotel is nice and clean. It is an old hotel with history. When we stayed here we felt like we moved 50 years ago which was cool. Breakfast is also good and personal is very attentive.

My Family had the most amazing stay at The Weinberg. The hotel extremely comfortable, with amazing staff and restaurants on site. Very gracious staff, however the hotel is weathered and worn. Rooms were clean, but the rooms were tired. No elevators woring, but hallway lights were always off through corridors to reach our room. Rusting lamps in rooms, washrooms had odd metal blinds, rusted interior faucets etc, maybe due to proximity to the wtaer, but well located and safe.

Had a great stay here! The room views were incredible— it can get quite windy next to the beach but the views definitely make up for it! Parking was easy and staff was very helpful! The food was so delicious at the restaurant which I cannot recommend enough!

My daughter and I spent two nights at The Beach Hotel. We were pleased with everything- location, beautiful room, excellent meals and excellent staff. We had two early mornings and had to leave before breakfast, however the staff made a huge boxed breakfast and made me coffee before we left. They also went out of their way to organize a taxi for us. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed at the Protea Hotel Walvis Bay Pelican Bay in October as part of a Namibia tour with a few friends. The hotel has great value for money, was clean, service was great, but the rooms are a little outdated. Would definitely recommend for a few days stay in the beautiful region.

This is like a little oasis up on the hill above in Hook in a lovely area, with fantastic views and great sunsets. The staff can’t do in a four year and the accommodation is really very nice.

The place is pretty old, needs renovation. Not one smallest point worthwhile mentioning on the positive side. The hotel is focussing on large groups, individual guests just do not count. We had to change our plans and spend a night in Wi dhoek and found this gem of a hotel. Perched on a high know with splendid views, the Thune is a converted mansion. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and professional. Especially the Manager. The restaurant has outside and inside seating with great views. Over Sold with the website photos - The Sunrise Chalet does not really have a view, which, as SA overlanders looking for one good nights rest in a private lodge was not what we had in mind or expected. Very good value for money and the executive room I upgraded to was well worth it. Friendly and helpful hotel staff and the bar is open til late; so I highly recommend. Splurge on a higher category room as the views are great, offer elevator anccess and they have refrigerators with a small freezer compartment.

Very unique and charming lodge in Swakopmund. We truly enjoyed our stay here. The bungalows are designed with much love and the look out (with lots of flamingos and the ocean) is stunning. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. We loved it here!

Close to the center, bar, restaurant, shops and the sea by walk, overall nice hotel with good location. However the hot water is missing when the hotel have big groups and it only comes back around 7 am... a bit annoying when you shuttle for the activity is supposed to arrive at 7h30 and you also have to eat your breakfast.
