The door was closed and I wasn’t able to check in at all and I was charged full. I tried to contact them on their provided number for more than 10 times but they didn’t received the call.

Clean and nice place. Good localization. A warm shower and comfortable beds. Great view from rooftop. I recommend this place.

Lovely rooms with very comfy beds. Best nights sleeps we have had in Nepal as it’s so quiet and peaceful outside. Shower was warm and hot when you wanted it to be. We had a fan in our room to keep us cool but didn’t need it too much. Staff were wonderful and so friendly! We also loved having a little balcony where we could sit and listen to the school children singing! We would stay again! Thanks for having us!

Amazing view and a great spot to just hangout. The food was a disappointment, they have no clue what a pizza is and the momo was equally horrible. Need a new chef.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars or even negative ratings. The food was terrible and unhygienic with very expensive pricings. And they also charge VAT and SC for providing horrific food(so called service). I checked their past reviews and whenever anyone comments on food, they have only one response ->"We apologise for the service because of our cook absence due to bad health which is prepared by kitchen helper". Don't visit this place...will just ruin your mood and of course total waste of money.

We ate at the rooftop restaurant. The service was good. The boneless chilly chicken snack was great. The other food was good, as well. The view from the restaurant is great for seeing the square and surroundings.

Very nice hotel at a newar home. Stunning view from the roof top, you can have breakfast with the view of the stupas. We had dinner in the restaurant and it´s a good option in Bhaktapur
