We took two rooms 305 and 306 on 21 June 2025 at around 8 pm but with great regret we have to write that in 305 there is no water in the commode and there is dirt stuck in the wash basin. The hotel staff has been trying since 4.45 in the morning and now at 5.30 the basin has been fixed.
At 5 in the morning I asked for tea and got the reply that it won't be available before 7.

We stayed 15 days at this hotel and there is only good things to say: the room it’s clean and spacious.
The staff are very friendly,courteous and helpful.
I would like to thank all the team! Specialy thanks to Grishma sir, May, the gards that where always assinting with a smile.
The breakfest its very good! I loved the kibe and samosas but in special the coffee.
And after a full day seeing Pashupatinath , we arrived at our room and it has a kind surprise from the cleaning service: a folded towel elefant and a swan! My son was so happy and we even forgot how tired we

Great place to visit most positive point to be mentioned is that is very close to Pasupati nath ( walking distance ) even very close to til ganga eye hospital . Bath room are good hot/ cold water facility available bathrooms are great and clean as well . Price is perfect according to rooms .

Rooms are good, slightly old in terms of building but well maintained. Located right across the pashupati temple

Horrible place ,total waste of money।।। rooms were not clean, Very dirty place।। toilets drainage doesn't work at all , no tap water at morning, and forget about complementary breakfast ।। entite day was wasted for them😡😡 not recommend specially

It's a good hotel near to pashupatinath temple.. but hot water wasn't available so bit difficult during rainy season...but good and friendly receptionist

For two consecutive days, i was here. As a resource person for Raleigh International, i was there to train Volunteers of Kathmandu recycle, found this place interesting.
However, the water glass i was served yesterday was unwashed with the taints of previous meal, the first experience was disgusting. I asked waiter to change it and he got me another glass of water. Its accessible and visible beside peripheral ring road but lacks parking, a huge deficit was experienced. Meals were good but not in presupposed time, very late and an average taste. Rooms are good and spacious, Indian tourists / pilgrimage occupy this place largely. They must immediately add parking and improve their services.

The rooms were big and spacious. Food tasted good and the prices on the menu were reasonable and cheap compared to the prices of other similar places I've stayed at. The staffs were friendly, professional and well behaved. At the end it turned out to be a very good decision to stay at this hotel cause the airport was only 5 mins away and I would've missed my flight otherwise.
