I had an unfortunate experience during my one-night stay due to poor room sound insulation and persistent animal noises from outside, which significantly affected my ability to sleep

I believe that the doors and windows need to be securely shut to improve this.

The location is excellent, very close to Durbar Square. The hotel is very clean, and the owner is incredibly welcoming. He helped us with our luggage up and down the stairs, and even called a taxi for us when we left, giving us the fare for free. We were so happy! We hope to meet again someday.

Hotel Patan House in Lalitpur is a hidden gem. The rooms are clean, the location is perfect—just minutes from Patan Durbar Square—and the staff are incredible. Laxmi, the housekeeper, does a fantastic job, and both the day and night shift staff are friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. It’s a small team, but they go above and beyond to make your stay feel personal and comfortable. Just a 2-minute walk away is Swotha Café, which serves an amazing breakfast — definitely worth visiting. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic stay in Patan.

The location of Hotel Patan House is just a few minutes walk from many places in Patan, and within easy reach of all my cafés and restaurants on my traveling list. No matter whether I was off exploring the city by day or catching a quick drink, I could always be back at my room without any problems.

All staff in Hotel Patan House are hospitable, especially Steve. During my stay, they made me feel cared for.

Hotel Patan House delivered more outstanding value than I expected. As someone who loves diving deep into local culture yet still needs a quiet spot, I couldn’t have asked for a better home base in Patan. I definitely will choose Hotel Patan House as my first option for my next trip to Patan!

Very close to Patan Durbar Square. We tried veg momos and we didn’t like it. Spacious place with not so great decore. Service was quick.

Delicious dessert options, though the pizza was a bit greasy. The traditional and beautiful interior adds to the interesting dining experience. Recommended for a taste of local and international flavors!
