Wonderful hotel with lots of Tibetan character. Recently renovated it’s a lovely place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Thamel. Staff are excellent, restaurant and cafe serve great food, and rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and also return again.

As a solo traveller for the first time, I felt I was in a home away from home, where no problem was too inconvenient. All levels of staff were always accommodating. For example, i was advised to employ a local taxi driver for a more personal tour of the city's sights, whereas i had planned an expensive impersonal tour group. I felt safe wondering the nearby streets. Recommendations for local stores were reputable. Meals in all the establishments were of high quality and serviced by helpful and happy staff.

Always love staying here - my 4th visit. Lovely clean room, very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast choice and restaurant very good. Very relaxing as good choice of areas to sit in.
Location is very good too - easy walk to the Thamel area and Garden of dreams.

The staff were so helpful and genuinely kind. The hotel felt traditional and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Rooms were large, spacious and clean. The facilities including the roof terrace were clean and well looked after

I was booked into this hotel by my tour operator and it is wonderful! The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable and it is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. If Ivreturn to Kathmandu I will definitely book here

I was pleasantly surprised when I saw this amazing hotel. The staff is very nice and caring. The rooms are big and comfortable, very clean and nice. The area is calm and quiet, but 15 minutes walk from the center, which is very convenient. When I come back to Kathmandu, I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is very nice, stylish and has amazing service and good food. I found that they were genuinely interested to make sure that we had a pleasant stay without being in propitiation. I had a nice stay and would come back again for sure.

Hotel Tibet (notice, there are two others in KATH, my commets refers to the one in Lazimpat / Kathmandu): The best hotel in all of Nepal, FANTASTIC, so nice people, you feel you come 'home'. House maids /other staff wear traditional tibethan dresses, big rooms -everything top nice and clean / original tibethan, extremely good restaurant, very nice out door flower garden (with bar) to have lunch or dine in the evening. Cheap and fantastic hotel. Wellness 5 meters to the right, nice body massages by Bhutan english-speaking ladies. 50 meters ahead you'll find a nice little street with top souvenirs / top embrodery /shawls, silver, paintings etc. + Supermarket / ATM / taxis. we stayed there in 2016 for 10 days and wanted to stay forever, are going back in the summer 2017, highly recommendable. It is the trendiest restaurant and club of Kathmandu. The food is delicious and you get nepali Chinese Vietnamese Burmese delicacies.

Gets heavy Nepali teen crowds, mostly on weekends. Food serving time, quality, and service all fluctuate according to the crowd they get. The staff are friendly, and also seems to change quite frequently. There is ample parking, easy road access. They host music events regularly and can be good locale for beer with friends. Their salted corn is one of the most popular amongst crowds.

It is one of the crowded outlet in the K town. They play live songs. Indoor seating. Service is not that fast. Foods do not have consistency in taste. Best place for those who like crowd. Best for group.
