The hotel was comfortable and low cost. A/C and clean rooms full time security and the staff could not be more accommodating. They even arranged a courier to meet me along the Pokhara highway to deliver a package I had left behind. Couldn’t ask for better service

I know the standards for hotel rooms are different in Nepal than I’m used to in the states but this place was clean, there was hot water and air conditioning. And the people were friendly and helpful. It is also in a good location a bit off the main road so it was quiet at night. So for the crazy low cost we were pleasantly surprised and satisfied with our 3 day stay here.

It's my second time staying here, and it's a real pleasure. The staff is super nice and helpful, the breakfast is great, and it's quiet while being very close to the main road / the lake.

1. The hotel doesn't provide toiletries; you have to bring your own, which is a hassle. 2. The hotel's location is convenient, very close to Xiyan China. 3. There's no hairdryer in the room; you have to get one from the front desk, and the airflow is extremely weak.

This amazing property in such a location is absolutely a diamond shining above Gold. The rooms, ground, dining and the whole area was out of expectations. The view from here can not be compared to any beautiful places around. I didn't stay or tried their food but still I am sure that they are perfect on that either. They have well maintained property.

Was there a few days back with my French clients. Exceptional room with simple amenities yet very cosy, beautiful and comfortable. The small strip on the board of the bathroom with few plants gave a wholesome vibe. Serveurs are exceptionally hospitable. What a wonderful experience! A nice and underrated location, 35-45 mins drive from lakeside. A quaint and tranquil property with 180 views of Mt. Machapuchhare and surrounding di g mountains. The service is friendly and attentive. The farm fresh food from their own farm is so tasty. The Nepali thali was yummy and the Japanese food was so refreshing and authentic. Highly recommended!!

Very friendly and attentive staff

Basanta Inn has a great family atmosphere. I was a solo traveller and was looked after by Jivan and his family. I was included in their family meals. My room was clean, cool and very comfortable. The coffee and breakfast were great. I was also driven every morning by Jivan to the school I was volunteering at. I could not recommend Basanta Inn highly enough.

A nice family run hotel. The beds as super comfortable and the aircon works well. The cafe down stairs makes the best peach iced tea. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and the place is clean. I chose this place because I felt a sense of familiarity with the name Miniature Garden. There are chairs and a table in front of the room, so you can enjoy the view of local people. The second picture is the view from the hallway. The staff were also kind and gave me a ride on their motorbike to the bus stop to Sarangkot. The price was also reasonable, so I highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay in Hotel Hakoniwa. The room was nice and clean, the family is very kind and always willing to give tips. It is located in a quiet street close to the shops and restaurants. Hotel is located at the centre of Pokhara. Easy to get lakeside. However, the room on the second floor is not clean especially floor mat.
