We’ve stayed in this hotel in Pokhara, everything is walking distance yet not too close to the chaos. Quiet place with view of the lake from the terrace.
Sanjog, the Operations Manager had been so helpful. He picked us up and sent us to the airport for a small fee. It was so convenient and all the staff had been so wonderful. We went for 5 days hike, and they kept our luggage in the hotel during that period.
Beds were so comfortable! No lift but they help us with the luggage, they have laundry service too and breakfast is so delicious!
Highly recommended! Make sure to stay here when you visit Pokhara!

Wonderful place to stay in Pokhara. Basically just cross the main road , and there’s the lake.. with the small boats to row. Very peaceful atmosphere. With a very nice attention from all staff. And the manager.. Mr. Sanjok.. always ready to look after the needs of us .. the clients. Amazing lake view.. peaceful atmosphere. Strongly recommend. Ah!.. and super clean. With a very friendly price.

My friend found Hotel Lake Shore on Agoda and I’m so glad she did because we had a great stay during our time in Pokhara. Sanjog, the Operations Manager, and Paras, assistant, were so wonderful. Excellent customer service from both!!! They really made our stay such a wonderful experience. Sanjog helped with any questions we had about the area, where to go and what to do. He also helped coordinate our transportation. Paras assisted us with our luggage, made delicious coffee and hot chocolate for us, which we misss, an just greated us with a smile everytime we saw him. The rooms are clean, the beds are super comfy and the view from 4th floor overlooking the lake is so nice. I would highly recommend this hotel as it’s in a great location, has great staff, the double bed room with balcony is really spacious for all your trekking gear and the service is hands down the best. Don’t wait book now 🤗

Had an amazing stay at Hotel Lake Shore! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is perfect — close to everything yet peaceful.
The service was excellent throughout, and a special thanks to the manager Sanjog for going the extra mile to make our stay smooth and hassle-free. Truly outstanding hospitality.

The hotel manager, Sanjog, was considerate and welcoming. He showed us several rooms on arrival and allowed us to choose the one we preferred, which we appreciated. The hotel is very well located, close to Phewa Lake and right next to the main high street.
Service was good and quick. The front desk staff and other team members were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay and one staff member stood out for his courteous and attentive service. Breakfast was served on time and it was decent.
The room itself could be better maintained. The rug was dirty and had to be removed, the sink tap was loose and the linen was old with holes in the duvet cover. On the 31st night, we were told we would be able to see fireworks from the hotel, but we didn’t see a great deal. We were also told the top-floor balcony would be private, but other guests used it for smoking during our stay.
Overall, a decent stay thanks to the location and service, but improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and clearer communication would make a noticeable difference.

During our trip, my phone and cash were stolen. At first, I thought it would be impossible to recover them in a foreign country where I didn’t speak the language, and I had already given up. But after I told the manager, he went above and beyond to help. He asked his partners to accompany me to the police station and even took me around to different places. Throughout the whole process, he kept reassuring me, and in the end, everything was recovered in less than a day.
This hotel truly made us feel relaxed and safe. The manager’s warmth and kindness left us with unforgettable memories.

When I turned off the light on the night of check-in, something flew onto my face. I ran to turn on the light without even wearing shoes, and saw the biggest cockroach I had ever seen in my life, about 10 centimeters. I called the hotel front desk, and the staff came up and saw the cockroach crawling into the gap between the head of the bed and the wall. He told me to continue sleeping, because the cockroach had already run away. I insisted on changing rooms, and after moving downstairs in the middle of the night, I went out to find the hotel to move out at 6 o'clock the next day. A 10-centimeter cockroach already has thousands of descendants, and there is no insect repellent at all.

Very good, the bed in the room is very comfortable, the facilities are complete, there are hair dryers, the room is not big, but very comfortable, there is also laundry service, a lot of laundry for only 21 RMB, super good, recommended

The street and neighborhood are a bit noisy, but the hotel itself is great.

We were in Pokhara for 6 nights at OYO. The place was very clean and tidy and the staff were extremely helpful whenever we needed anything. On top of this, the breakfast in the hotel was cooked to perfection. Would recommend staying here for anyone on a budget.

Booking was confirmed within 5 minutes. I got exactly the same room that I booked. That is something I liked the most. On top of that the staffs had a cheerful face, good guidance about the city and prompt service delivery. I also liked OYO boutique soap. Would like to know if I can get that outside.

The worst hotel I have ever lived in. The staff are very arrogant. The service is worse than even road side lodges. Some instances:
I asked the AC is not working, got reply - why do you need AC in Nepal.
I asked the kitchen staff to make 2 omlets, the staff prepared one and when I asked for the other, got reply - Why are you not telling at a time and you are confusing.
The kitchen didn't had glasses to drink water.
In washroom, the hand shower is not working.
After all these, when we went to the manager with all these, he said please don't be smart regarding the AC. If you don't like then you can check out.
We at that point booked another hotel and checked out from this even if we had a booking for 2 days.
I will never recommend anyone to ever visit this filthy hotel. If there have been a zero or negative rating this hotel deserves it mainly due to the behaviour of staff and the attitude of manager.
