This family owned and operated oasis is exactly what I needed. As a first time traveler to Nepal this was exactly what I needed. Our group was picked up at the airport by Deepak and his driver ( Our adventure travel team Breathe in Life knows how to plan the perfect trip) A group of 15 was no challenge for this family. Beautiful rooms with windows, AC, warm water, TP , comfy beds, and birds and blooming trees galore. The meals were fantastic. I highly recommend the crepe breakfast, a squeeze of lime was a new addition for my Canadian palate (yum). Friiendly, safe and helpful. This location is walking distance to Lakeside where you can experience and purchase anything your heart desires.

Staying at Mums is like a home away from home! The service, kindness and delicious breakfasts made our stay enjoyable and easy. Deepak goes out of his way to help you with any desire.

We stayed at Mum's Garden for a total of 3 nights in April 2012, before and after our trek in the Annapurna region. It is a nice, quiet, relaxing place to stay. Only 5 minute walk to the shopping and dining area in Lakeside. The garden area is beautifully maintained, rooms are clean and well presented, the beds were a little on the firm side but we found that with almost all the hotels we stayed at in Nepal. The bathroom is clean with plenty of hot water. There is no air conditioning in the rooms but there is a ceiling fan also no TV. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing place to stay while in Pokhara.

The place is so peaceful i stayed back in the hotel all day reading a book and it was so relaxing... It's clean ... Comfortable.... Breakfast was good, quick service, helpful staff. The place is about 15mins walk from the main lakeside but it gives you space from all the hustle of the city.

Beautifully built by the family who operates it, this simple, spacious and quiet hotel is a conveniently located, quiet well managed place to stay. The family that runs it is friendly and kind; the food is excellent; the rooms are large with high ceilings. The garden patio is a delightful place to eat --the chef is excellent and the menu varied--and all is impeccably maintained.

It's a beautiful place in Pokhara. Very peaceful and nature friendly.

Good place with clean rooms, good food & a peaceful environment. However, they don't have commode showers, which is the only major drawback of this place.
