Great place to stay, it’s very central location but situated at the quiet alley, the breakfast is good quality, room is clean, everything is on point

Absolutely outstanding hotel!! Everyone should stay here but particularly fantastic for people with children as there is a great downstairs space leading outside. It is well stocked with toys, games and colouring and forms a great place to work, homeschool or just chill out. The rooms are spacious and clean and although our family room didn’t have a balcony, we didn’t miss it because of the communal space downstairs. Soap and water are provided for free and are sustainable and eco friendly, which is great. The staff are all wonderful and the manager is superb - attentive, friendly and super knowledgable. Our favourite part was the opportunity to try street food on a Friday evening and make a donation to a local charity. We stayed for 6 nights initially, went on a 3 night trek and then came back. We were able to leave our bags in a secure luggage space for our return. They offer laundry, great coffee and activities booking, all on site! Our favourite hotel in Nepal and we will be back!

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars!!! We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved every second of it. The hotel is eco-friendly and has great attention to detail. We have been in Nepal for a month and this is by far the cleanest place we have seen. The staff have also been super helpful with everything, from helping us with laundry to organizing transport. And the buffet breakfast is UNREAL!!!!! I highly recommend you stay here.

Super hotel in pokhara. The staff are super friendly and helpful. You cannot miss their smiles and welcoming spirit. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. The lobby is super relaxing. The breakfast is not to be missed. Good value for money.

Very well located in lake side, very helpful staff, basic breakfast but very good and excellent coffee. Overall a good hotel to stay. This was my 3rd stay here and more to come.

Great hotel with lots of nice details and good breakfast. However, beware of their laundry service. We ended up with a loss of several hundred dollars as all our trekking gear has been put into the dryer and thus shrank a lot (we explicitly told them not to do so). Meeting with the external laundry service operator we did not ask for any compensation but we would have expected the hotel to take more responsibility as there was miscommunication happening on both sides in regards to the handling of the laundry. Very disappointing management.
