Hotel Annapurna View Sarangkot in Pokhara

I think this visit at hotel Annapoorna view advances to become the one of the best examples of hospitality. Extremely sweet and helpful bunch of people combined with high directional excellence in serving the customers. I paid a duplicate amount over the total bill of INR 1,00,000 and the hotel manager assisted me till the time I got my money back. This shows a quintessential service one can expect even after 10 days of vacating the hotel. Would sincerely thank the entire HAV support staff for helping us out throughout the visit and recommending everyone who plans to visit pokhra to stay with HAV.

I had a really wonderful experience throughout the stay… From the beginning till the checkout They have ecart service from the cable car which is very interesting and easier access.. From the bed we get to see the Annapurna range early morning which is unbelievable… View terrace 360 view is amazing The whole staff is friendly and amazing in their part..They are polite and helpful… I will visit soon this property.. Service is luxury💕

An added highlight is the resort’s private hiking trail, approximately two hours long, which guests can enjoy at their own pace—an intimate way to experience the surrounding landscape in complete tranquility. For adventure enthusiasts, the world’s steepest zipline and popular paragliding take-off points are located very close to the resort, offering an exhilarating contrast to the otherwise serene setting. The dining menu offers limited vegetarian options, which appears to be common across Nepal, but the overall dining experience remains pleasant. A special mention to Mr. Bishnu Thapa, who accommodated us exceptionally well and ensured our stay was comfortable. His warm hospitality added a personal touch to the experience. Another notable highlight is the complimentary cable car shuttle service, along with a 25% discount on cable car tickets for in-house guests, which adds significant value and convenience. We came here for NYE and everything was amazing. The service from all members of staff was fantastic, very helpful, and they made sure our stay was the best it could be! The views throughout the day and night are amazing!

The svc was good. Limited amenities. But if you’re looking for view (facing snow capped mountains) and solitude, then highly recommended if cost is not an issue.

Some places feel like home away from home and HAV is definitely on top of the list. All my treks to Nepal end with a 2 or 3 day stay at HAV. The views from the room and hotel are amazing and the service is top notch. By now I am familiar with many of the staff. Missing some old staff and delighted to see that new staff have been trained to ensure that the HAV hospitality is maintained. All the Best HAV team. Hope you get a Spa next time !

Absolutely Beautiful Hotel, Incredible Views, Wonderful Staff & Great Food. Loved the Sunrise from the Rooftop. Highly Recommend!

Above an ocean of clouds you can enjoy spectacular views of the Himalayan mountains. Sunrises & Sunsets will take your breath away while the friendly staff attend to your needs. The food was delicious for breakfast, lunch & dinner with some of Nepal’s finest cuisines! Make sure you take the opportunity to enjoy nature at her finest.

The best of the hotels in Pokhara with perfect ambience and getaway experience. The hotel was especially a great experience for me as it is entirely wheelchair accessible and made my stay worth while and comfortable. The view was splendid and breath taking. Staffs super friendly and facilities are top notch
