This boutique hotel in a landmark villa is a great value at an excellent location.
Clean and efficient. A friendly, attentive team. I have stayed multiple times and love the wholesome breakfast.

The highest point of my visit was the comfort that the accommodation offered. In the beggining I didn't have my expectations too high, but once I got there, I saw that the staff was exceptional and was really efficient helping me with an issue I had with my booking. They were very kind to me and I really appreciate their help. In terms of comfort in the room, I was also surprised (in a good way) with the size of the room and bathroom. By the way, they have the best troiletries pack I've seen in a few years travelling around.

It is a 3 star hotel. Small with a very simple breakfast. Rooms are small. But it is quiet and clean and the staff is kind. Would stay here again.

This hotel is freaking dope.
Room 15 was labeled smallest and while i was told it is literally the smallest room in the hotel, it was cozy.
There was a dedicated workspace as well.
To open the window you remove the window key, lift upwards, and replace the window key at the hole marked with a pencil.
Take room 15 as the sleep, work, explore, & shower room and you will be so happy.
Management will make food requests happen as long as they are provided within a reasonable time-frame prior to that specific meal.
I could spend any reasonable amount of time at the RAVEL with pleasure.
This is your sign to book a room and forget about the hotel shopping and comparison process. Get excited about what you'll do in NL, and make sure to relax before any hectic scheduled vacation - your feet will thank you.

The hotel and room should have been non smoking but the sigaret smell was awfull. I had to baricade the door with pillows and towels, which i would find on my bed when i had left the room voor 15 minutes... people where frendly but for a non smoker i would not go bach there next time.

Very nice hotel with super friendly staff. Clean rooms, cute colourful toiletries. The breakfast was great and the coffee was just amazing!

Nice boutique hotel, compact rooms, but everything you need. Good breakfast buffet, but no hot items like eggs or bacon. Good location close to many nice restaurants.

The place is basically a large house that has been converted into a hotel. It's located in what is clearly a middle class suburb of Amsterdam. The decor felt a bit dated and due to its size, no room service. However, in the things that matter, it passes. The gentleman at the desk was helpful, the room was clean and tidy, the heating worked, the shower pressure was top notch and you have TV and wireless internet available in the room. The lack of room service is a blessing in disguise as 200 yards from the hotel was an excellent Italian restaurant that would better most 5 star hotels. Ergo, if you're on a budget, it's a good choice. Plus it's within easy walking distance to the train station station ( tip - head away from the petrol station when you leave the train station ).
