We traveled by train, and the hotel is conveniently located right next to the station. It was great that we could store our luggage in a locker upon arrival. Then we could explore the city and check in later. We ate twice in the restaurant; it was delicious!
The breakfast was also excellent; a bit of everything. In the evening, we enjoyed a coffee at the bar and brought a book with us—just like at home.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel's location is really convenient; within walking distance of the city center. We had five wonderful days. This hotel is highly recommended for a city break or a short holiday!

Great hotel, good distance to Designer outlet.
Our staff had to provide coffee service in front of the Tommy Outlet Store.
We stayed for 7 nights.

Overall it was a good stay, right next to the station, you have to walk about 15-20 minutes to get to the outlet, city tax is 5 euros per person

We do not recommend this hotel for the service. The location is great, but the reception staff are very unfriendly, the breakfast is very poor, not so much choice, nothing tastes good, the cutlery is very old, dirty. The room is disgusting, lacks many things, the view is beautiful, but everything else is not.
The checkout is at 11, we checked in at 18h00 the night before, we asked for 30 minutes later at the checkout because I was not feeling well, the told us no, if you would you can stay to 1pm for 25 euros, I told them I only need 30 minutes because we have a bus at 12h00 anyway, they said no! Lack of professionalism and warmth in this hotel. We would never come back.

Great location, just 1 minute from Roermond station, with clean rooms. Breakfast is good, but noise from upstairs footsteps or the station can be heard.

It is next to the train station, with convenient transportation, quiet environment, easy parking, and just across the road is the commercial street and the ancient town. It is very convenient for food and accommodation, and it is also close to the outlet. I will choose this hotel next time.

It's a very good experience. It's very comfortable to travel in this season. The environment is clean and beautiful, and the attitude is very good. It's a home away from home experience. Mom and Dad had a great time.
