The environment is clean. No safe/ water bottle in room. The air con is controlled by central system. However, I requested an extra blanket but they didn’t give me.

The hotel is located very close to the RAI station, which is a 10-15 minute train ride from the airport, so it was very convenient. There are also restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the surrounding area is quiet and safe.

It is conveniently located right in front of the exhibition hall. It is also close to tram and subway stations, making it easy to get to the city center. The hotel staff are very friendly.

The transportation is convenient and the location is excellent. Although the hotel does not provide water, you can buy water and food at the supermarket opposite, which is very convenient.

This hotel is not in a toursit area. You have to have a car to drive to the city, about 15 mins. There are dishes in the kitchen but they weren't washed well. Two dishes were stuck together. This hotel is walking distance from Rijks and Van Gogh and many other tourist places. It's far enough from all the business and yet, very close and continently located. Breakfasts are great and staff are very professional.

Lancaster was a nice hotel outside of the city center in a quiet area. The quadruple room fit my family of 4, even though it was a little cramped. Location was good, quiet area of the city right next to the zoo but there was a tram stop very close which took you into the centre in around 10 mins and about 15 to Central Station. The room was large especially in Amsterdam terms, we had a room right beside the lift but in all honesty we never heard it and in fact the room was extremely well sound proofed as there were no issues with banging doors...

I enjoyed my stay that much I've book another 5 night stay at the same hotel within a month of my last visit my only concern is the location it can be quite a walk from central or east enough to jump on the 14 tram which drops you just outside the hotel, bed was the most comfortable bed I've had in a hotel to date staff all seem friendly and helpful enough

Have stayed here many times - it’s my preferred accommodation whilst in Rotterdam. It’s right in front of Rotterdam Centraal (Train station). Accessible to lots of necessities ~ shops/food places, entertainment. Highly recommended

The apartment is very spacious and well-equipped. It's very close to Rotterdam Central Station, within five minutes. The security is high. The hotel closes at 9 pm, and you need a key card to enter. It feels safe.

The objective conditions were very good, and many families stayed there. There were some unpleasant incidents along the way, which were not particularly pleasant. In the end, they were resolved through Ctrip, although it was not satisfactory.

The breakfast was great, and so was the room with a magnificent view. It's a bit far from the city center, but it's easily manageable by renting a bike or an electric scooter. The staff was friendly, and having a bar open so late was a definite plus. I recommend it!

While the hotel itself is very new and modern, the actual building itself is shared with the Moxy (undisclosed) and the housekeeping department does little more than make the bed and replace towels. The floors, fridge and microwave were filthy, the couch had stains, there were cobwebs on the ceiling, exposed nails, and 3 lightbulbs were dead, leaving the room very dim.

Good place to stay away from all busy streets of Amsterdam. Good base location to explore regional places around Amsterdam

Our stay at the Banks Mansion was fantastic. We loved the first floor vibe which was welcoming to return to after a day sightseeing. Rooms were very comfortable with nice city views and a great location. Would definitely visit again.

We stayed here for 4 days on a trip to Texel. The room was modern and very Comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast included had a really good variety of nice quality food. We are at the restaurant a couple of times during our stay and the food and service was fantastic. Room for was large, updated, and immaculate. Room decor was minimal . I was unhappy such a large bedroom had NO MIRROR! A full length mirror would have been ideal. At the very least there should have been a face mirror provided so I wasnt forced to use the bathroom mirror. The mattress feels one side high and one side low when you sleep, because the hotel is very old, so it is not very clean, and quite small room,but the staff is good service

Stayed here for 3 nights, and the price of 200 euros a night still felt a bit expensive. The location is close to Amsterdam South Station, but far from the Central Station. It takes about half an hour to get to the Central Station by bus. There are free apples in the hotel lobby. The elevator is very small and narrow, and can only accommodate two people. The overall old, clean and hygienic.

Amazing hotel in a nice location. Good value for money

Having a direct phone to the managers was terrific. I called regarding a problem with one of the appliances and the repair person was there within a few hours. Very nice space. The stairs are steep and narrow (this is Amsterdam) but there is also an elevator should that pose a problem. Overall excellent.

Staff were helpful and responsive. The location is excellent for art museums and the the world famous concert hall. On the practical side, the grocery store was nearby which definitely helped keep eating expenses down. A very pleasant location and room. Thank you.
