I stayed in a pod and found it comfortable and quiet (amazingly so as it's so close to the nightclub and I was there on a Saturday night!). The toilets did get quite messy overnight, and the temperature in the basement and the pods was very warm, but overall it was a good stay.

Environment and facilities: Beautiful, tidy, quiet, spacious, modern, warm, comfortable, user-friendly, advanced facilities, floor-to-ceiling windows (great view), comfortable bedding, ample hot water, high-definition TV.

Very slow service at check-in. Scrambled eggs were inedible. Besides, I highly recommend it.

Its good for solo traveler. Just the have 3 level of bunk bed . I got the level 3, which a bit not easy to go up and down. And you need to make your own bed .

Amazing Hotel!! Runs shuttle bus to Airport every 20 minutes, Big rooms and if you lucky enough to get room on ground floor you will have Big lawn behind you and 2 chairs. They did not link my stay to Platinum membership. Even though they have created new membership account without asking me. As a platinum member they should upgrade my room to king size and offer al-least 2 drinks from the mini-bar and 1 water bottle every day. No coffee machine No water bottle No mini bar

The hotel is pretty good, clean and tidy. It's across from a park, but the location is a bit out of the way, and the bed was too small. The breakfast was plentiful, and dinner was delicious. The front desk staff were professional, and you can always count on a big brand. 😊

Mixed Honeymoon Experience at Sonesta Maho Beach Resort, Casino & Spa My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had a very mixed experience overall. First, the rooms were pretty mediocre, and unfortunately the views were not great. We had a view of what looked like a sewage plant, we asked to move rooms which was an ordeal. The second room they gave us had a view of construction. Very disappointing...

The most basic and important thing at the hotel is the ability to rest and sleep. You cannot sleep here. On Friday and Saturday the music is so loud at the outdoor club across the street, it's impossible to sleep. We are here with a small child, and he can't sleep either. We booked a 5 day vacation at this resort in July 2025. We were looking forward to a quiet all inclusive, adult only experience. The resort was very nice. The staff was exceptional. Another amazing stay at Sonesta and it seems each time I visit, it gets better. Good food, good facilities and friendly staff. Only downside is the longer waiting lines for reception and restaurants.

Nice hotel. Our room was not like many photos on the official page, but still a good room. The location is isolated but near Keukenhof. There is a very nice walk near the hotel to visit flower fields for free. The restaurant is a little bit expensive compared to quality, but it’s ok.

Staff were kind and helpful and provided a crib upon request. There was some leftover food from previous guests in our fridge, otherwise we had a trat stay with a delicious breakfast buffet!

Nice NH with pool and some wellness facility. Everything was good apart from having to wait for the room to get ready. We checked in at around 16:20 but the room was not ready for another 25 min.

Stayed here for two nights. The staff here is super nice, rooms are clean and spacious. Loved the location- near all the bars and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was a huge letdown so I would recommend to skip it.

The subway is right across the street. There's a mini-fridge and an iron. The cleaning staff's attitude was so-so, and the overall service staff could use more training. Everything else was alright.

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing and natural light. The service was professional and attentive; the concierge and front desk were responsive and paid attention to details. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Definitely worth it! Room size was smaller than advertised.  Glass door with openings between room and toilet.  This means u can hear and see the lights through it. No restaurants or grocery shop nearby.  One needs to take a metro for it.  The hotel restaurant food is pathetic.  Staff was nice I would say expensive for the payment .

The hotel breakfast was good, with a wide variety and tasty options. It's very close to the subway station, making travel super convenient. The subway entrance is just a two-minute walk from the hotel, so transportation is excellent.

The location is right next to the train station, so the area can be a bit chaotic. We were startled when a group of Eastern Europeans got into the elevator with us right after we checked in. The management here is nowhere near as good as what you'd find at a DoubleTree in Southeast Asia.

The hotel is next to the train station, so it can be quite noisy, but the location is super convenient for transportation. You can walk to the city center and the surrounding train stations are also easily accessible. The cleanliness was decent. The facilities are pretty basic, so don't expect anything too fancy.

Fifteen minutes from the train station, close to a delicious Italian restaurant. Super clean, wonderful bed, friendly staff, delicious breakfast (including an à la carte menu with a delicious egg of your choice). Completely satisfied!

The room amenities only include a 3-in-1 body wash/shampoo. The location is quite remote; the nearest station is a 15-20 minute walk away. I'd only recommend it if you have plenty of commute time each day.

The location is a bit out of the way, but it has a king-size bed and a kettle, which is great for Chinese travelers. There are no shopping facilities, and breakfast is expensive. However, there's a convenient shuttle bus to the airport. Getting to and from the city center by public transport isn't ideal as you have to walk a fair distance.

Everything was nice but I wish we had more food options there and a 24h restaurant as the hotel is far from the city centre. Totally it was a nice experience

We had a comfortable stay in Marriot, the room was spacious and the location was close to every where, the service was great as well

This hotel is more like a 4 stars hotel instead of 5 stars, cleanliness can be improved, and I’d suggest the hotel to do some regular touch up, our toilet door was cracked. The toilet bowl cover still has some stains probably from the previous guest, gross. No in room slipper was provided in the room, even the ‘privacy please’ sign was not provided (I think the housekeeper missed out)

Readily available service from the front of house and reception staff.  Polite and courteous, little things like umbrellas came in handy with the change in weather.  Great selection of food at breakfast and helpful staff again.  Only thing that was missing was that extra personal touch.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. It's always clean, hygienic, and has a fresh, elegant feel. The front desk service is good too. It's conveniently located very close to the airport, and they offer a shuttle service. The breakfast is decent, with a good selection compared to other hotels in the same category.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with complete facilities and a convenient location. It only takes 40 minutes to get to the city center.

I was given the room on the 1st floor, next to the area that they sealed up for renovation. It was noisy till almost midnight and I can hear things being moved. It started again at around 7 am. The location is good as it is near the airport. The water at the lobby is not 24/7 and only available at certain timing. Will be nice if it is there throughout.

The hotel is old and the room is not very clean actualy. There are some unknown brown color smears on the bed and cloth. Cups has aged stains and we have been spending sometime to clean the coffee machine before we make it. Bathroom is okay. The hotel breakfast is delicious with many choices compared to other European hotels. Hotel has shuttle service which suits our needs.

I’m not sure if we were upgraded, but my family stayed on the 12th floor and the view was absolutely stunning. The room and overall space were wonderful—clean, spacious, and even more beautiful than we expected. My children loved it so much that they didn’t want to leave. Sitting on the sofa and looking out over the river, watching boats pass by, gave me a peaceful feeling that reminded me of my hometown...

This was known when I booked the hotel so no fault of the hotel just that if you are booking here, it will take you 15-20 mins to get to the ferry terminal to take F2 ferry to Amsterdam Centraal. The hotel seems to be New. It is very clean. Just 10 minutes walking from the boat, in front of Amsterdan Central. The breakfast is fantastic.

The room was quite spacious for European standards, with a lovely view of the canal outside the window. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this place, and it's not far from the bustling city center.

The free ferry goes directly to Central Station, which is super convenient for sightseeing. Plus, the hotel rooms are quite spacious, and the breakfast is pretty good, especially compared to other hotels in the Netherlands.

We never did the breakfast, but we did order a room service pizza couple times which was more affordable than eating at the restaurants nearby. It would be nice if there was music around the pool room service was great. Our rooms were clean zero complaints on that. The roads around the property definitely need work, but overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay.

Nice location however with there being no side walks it’s a bit rough when having to make your way up the hill to the resort to the B section of the resort. Possibly extend the shuttle hours.

Great staff, easy check in, clean room with daily cleaning, full kitchen. Amenities at resort were great including several restaurants, grocery, several pools, beach area, pool towels provided. Easy walk or short drive to additional variety of other off-site restaurants and shopping. .

We had a wonderful time at Simpson Bay resort. Everything was very convenient. Grocery shop, great restaurants and amazing Red Piano Bar.

The hotel is really close to Eindhoven Central Station, which is a big plus. The room layout is fine. You have coffee, tea, cookies, and water at your disposal. The room was a bit dusty, though. You should be able to handle city noise. There's a bar, restaurant, and a 24-hour front desk. Socially, I think there are plenty of opportunities within the hotel. So, if you're traveling alone for a few days...
