The most basic and important thing at the hotel is the ability to rest and sleep. You cannot sleep here. On Friday and Saturday the music is so loud at the outdoor club across the street, it's impossible to sleep. We are here with a small child, and he can't sleep either. Nice hotel. Our room was not like many photos on the official page, but still a good room. The location is isolated but near Keukenhof. There is a very nice walk near the hotel to visit flower fields for free. The restaurant is a little bit expensive compared to quality, but it’s ok.

Staff were kind and helpful and provided a crib upon request. There was some leftover food from previous guests in our fridge, otherwise we had a trat stay with a delicious breakfast buffet!

The subway is right across the street. There's a mini-fridge and an iron. The cleaning staff's attitude was so-so, and the overall service staff could use more training. Everything else was alright.

Room size was smaller than advertised.  Glass door with openings between room and toilet.  This means u can hear and see the lights through it. No restaurants or grocery shop nearby.  One needs to take a metro for it.  The hotel restaurant food is pathetic.  Staff was nice I would say expensive for the payment .

I was given the room on the 1st floor, next to the area that they sealed up for renovation. It was noisy till almost midnight and I can hear things being moved. It started again at around 7 am. The location is good as it is near the airport. The water at the lobby is not 24/7 and only available at certain timing. Will be nice if it is there throughout.

The hotel is old and the room is not very clean actualy. There are some unknown brown color smears on the bed and cloth. Cups has aged stains and we have been spending sometime to clean the coffee machine before we make it. Bathroom is okay. The hotel breakfast is delicious with many choices compared to other European hotels. Hotel has shuttle service which suits our needs.

We never did the breakfast, but we did order a room service pizza couple times which was more affordable than eating at the restaurants nearby. It would be nice if there was music around the pool room service was great. Our rooms were clean zero complaints on that. The roads around the property definitely need work, but overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay.

Nice location however with there being no side walks it’s a bit rough when having to make your way up the hill to the resort to the B section of the resort. Possibly extend the shuttle hours.

This is still my go-to choice for value in Amsterdam. It's convenient for getting everywhere, and I'm already super familiar with the surrounding area. Plus, I really love De Pijp, so I'm hoping to stay here again next time!

I was in Amsterdam for work at RAI and the hotel was a pleasant 25-minute walk away. I enjoyed the scenery along the way, and it was a bonus to catch a rowing competition happening on the Amstel River – quite a sight! The hotel's room service was excellent, and housekeeping was always prompt. The restaurant was also clean and hygienic.

The room environment was great, and check-in was very convenient. The only minor drawback was that it was a little far from the subway station, but overall, it was still very good. Recommended.

It may seem somewhat out of date but I stayed there in 1986! I can recognise the bar (it was called the Getwouwen Bar (the roped bar)) in those days. It was a great place to stay and I stayed there several times.

This is not a 4 star hotel. It is a three star at best. The rooms are basic and dated. Some rooms don't have a fridge, the TVs are tiny. The layout of the hotel makes getting to the far rooms like the scene from the movie "The Shining." Redrum.
