Lovelly service, the staff on the reception were very pleasant and welcoming. Everything was clean and functioned. The shower was awesome and I feel like I need to come back just for that. Location was good. No issues at all, it was great.

Clean room and good services. While not near city center, Metro is just next to the hotel connecting to several transport hubs. You can find supermarkets and cafes nearby.

The location is excellent, right next to the main station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. It’s also perfect if you’re planning to travel to Germany, with easy access to trains and connections.

The hotel is really close to Eindhoven Central Station, which is a big plus. The room layout is fine. You have coffee, tea, cookies, and water at your disposal. The room was a bit dusty, though. You should be able to handle city noise. There's a bar, restaurant, and a 24-hour front desk. Socially, I think there are plenty of opportunities within the hotel. Great room. Very good location

The letter O room has a excellent view from the room. It made being away from family on Christmas day a lot easier to handle. We took the ferry over, it is just a short walk from there.

Stayed in a loft and it was unbelievable. The views, facilities and comfort value made for a great break.

Hotel ibis Amsterdam Center is located in the city center of Amsterdam, right next to Central Station and only a 10-minute walk to Dam Square. It near China Town and Red Light Secret Street too Important it is next to Central Station which the PLUS to us 😍🥰😘

The location is super good as it is right next to the main train station and can access the trains and tubes smoothly. However, I saw a big silverfish when I just came in the room, so be careful for the cleaning.

Super close to the main station  you can even hear the announcement of the station. The room is small as you know Ibis. And the staff a bit rude.

Hotel was very far from the ferry terminal. This was known when I booked the hotel so no fault of the hotel just that if you are booking here, it will take you 15-20 mins to get to the ferry terminal to take F2 ferry to Amsterdam Centraal. The hotel seems to be New. It is very clean. Just 10 minutes walking from the boat, in front of Amsterdan Central. The breakfast is fantastic.

The room was quite spacious for European standards, with a lovely view of the canal outside the window. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this place, and it's not far from the bustling city center.

We was greeted with warm smiling faces. The hotels main entrance, communal area was really clean and welcoming. The free ferry goes directly to Central Station, which is super convenient for sightseeing. Plus, the hotel rooms are quite spacious, and the breakfast is pretty good, especially compared to other hotels in the Netherlands.

I had a really excellent stay here! The staffs were very nice and kind. The room was spacious and toilet was really clean too. I also feel safe around the accommodation as to get into everywhere, you need keys - so it makes me feel safe. There is also free laundry but can be quite full as the place seems to be full of students as well. However I have a pleasant sleep here. I will definitely stay here...

I travelled a lot and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Location was super convenient, just few minutes walk from The Hague HS train station. The room and hotel's amenities are all perfect. There are couple of Dutch waffle to try which made the hotel even better. The only hotel near The Hague HS train station. Rather expensive for this hotel which is also like a student hostel with many students who stay here for a longer term.

Room & bed is spacious, comfortable. Check-in is smooth. We having breakfast at the hotel, as a muslim, we got served halal salami, that is rare thing that you can get especially for hotel in Europe. The amenities they provide is also very good Its just 1 thing that bother me, my shower in my toilet got clogged, so if i shower more than 10minutes, i need to wait for 5minutes for the water to clear...

Great location near a bus and train station. Big common areas with a kitchen that is very convenient to cook meals. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful, specially Martin at the reception who did a wonderful job. Overall a great experience. To improve: add more kitchen ware like tupperwares, bowls, sharp knives and add an exercise room to the hotel for it to be perfect.

Hotel was a bit out of the way but within the boundaries of Amsterdam travel ticket, with the ability to use all forms of public transport, similar to an Oystercard but lasts for 24 hours.

The hotel is conveniently located near a commercial area with plenty of dining and entertainment options, including movie theaters. It's also close to the train and bus stations, making transportation easy. The room itself was bright and comfortable.

We are family of four with tw kids ages between 7 to 10 years old, our over all experience with the hotel is goo, except the room cleaning, the room cleaning either remove our hotel card by accident, or didnt replace the tissue when it empty for 2 days, didnt remove all the dirty towels… the only word I would say is the cleaning person didnt care, we didn’t make any complaint but we are not satisfied...

The location isn't great and it's a bit hard to find, plus transportation isn't very convenient. However, the hotel facilities are very complete and spacious, with amenities like coffee available. It's also quite clean and hygienic.

The reception staff were able to offer up some rooms early, which was a nice surprise. The room were spotless and large. The breakfast was exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return some time in the New Year.

The room was not as nice as the photos suggested. The room had no kettle, fridge or bin. Only option was a paper cup and water from the sink. The kettle and bin in particular felt like basics that were missing.

The location of the hotel is good in terms of safety and accessibility as there is a nearby tram (5 mins walk) which made it convenient to explore the city. The room itself was quite tight in space, the bathroom didn’t have that good a ventilation so after a warm shower it felt like I was melting. But all in all, you get what you pay for.

The room environment was decent, and the cleanliness was excellent. However, the hot water for the shower was unstable, and so was the water pressure.

Had an epic stay! Great location, right next to Bijmare arena as well as Sloterdijk which covers intercity train connections as well as all metros to travel cross Adam. Nice clean rooms, really great breakfast spread and nice restaurant for borrel.

This is a super hotel to stay at. In the city centre, a walk from all the shops and a short taxi ride from central station. It is also well maintained with clean and neat decor and helpful, polite staff. I thought 18 euro for breakfast was expensive but Starbucks is 5 mins away so we went there instead.

Trying so hard to be ubercool and in many ways it is. I liked a lot of the art and style. Breakfast was odd though. Random sugary cereals but hot breakfast only has one of - beans, mushrooms, sausages, bacon and rotate it per day. On the other hand vodka and tomato juice available to make a Bloody Mary?!?

The coffee machines stop working after couple of persons using it. There is no computer available to use in case you need to check a train ticket when you have a broken phone by accident. The ladies at the front were not helpful when I requested a computer, they got easily stressed and I need it to fix my issue by myself.

Transportation is very convenient, buses and trains are just downstairs from the hotel. 20 minutes walk to Utrecht city center. The downside is that there is no closet.
