Towels and bathrobes also had to be requested; if you didn't ask, you wouldn't get them. The provided bedding, towels, and bathrobes were all quite old, not bright white, and not starched

The same went for towels; I asked twice, and they still weren't changed a day later. Finally, on the third attempt at the front desk, they were replaced

It's also very close to the metro and train, which is super convenient! Even though it's not in the city center, it's only a 10-15 minute metro ride from Central Station, and just a 3-4 minute walk straight from the metro exit

I used a voucher once to get a sparkling juice from the 2nd-floor bar. **Problem:** Replenishing essential supplies was inconsistent. The tissue box wasn't refilled when I checked in, with only a few tissues left

If I indicated I didn't need my room cleaned by hanging the 'green' eco-friendly sign, they wouldn't clean it, and in return, I'd get a soft drink voucher for the bar

This only happened when I dealt with Southeast Asian front desk staff; when I spoke to European staff, replacements arrived within 10 minutes

Our room was spacious and featured a large window with a great view. The bathroom was also impressively large, clean, and had excellent water pressure. We particularly loved the natural fragrance of the soaps provided

Lovelly service, the staff on the reception were very pleasant and welcoming. Everything was clean and functioned. The shower was awesome and I feel like I need to come back just for that. No issues at all, it was great

The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, but that wasn’t an issue at all since the train station is right next door. We were able to reach the hotel from Amsterdam Central Station in just about 20 minutes

If you are a student in Amsterdam I cannot recommend this place enough! You are gonna love the life here and the staff is really friendly, especially the recepcionists: Emily, Marciano and Johanna! 10/10!

My mom even mentioned that the food was better here than at some of the higher-star hotels we’ve stayed at in the past. What truly sets this hotel apart is its vibrant, youthful atmosphere

Clean room and good services. While not near city center, Metro is just next to the hotel connecting to several transport hubs. You can find supermarkets and cafes nearby.

It was a very neat hotel and i had an enjoyable experience. The buffet too was great as there were varieties. The pool too was top notch

The service was excellent and there is a very practical shuttle bus that can take you from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. The room was welcoming and well equipped

We had the “Stranded Passenger Menu” at the restaurant and didn’t expect anything special. But the curry and burger were both really good. We only had time for juice but the breakfast buffet also looked good

Be sure to add breakfast to your room, you would not be disappointed. An extensive buffet served in a beautiful setting. If we are ever back in Amsterdam, this will definitely be our place to stay

We unexpectedly stayed due to flight cancellation, arranged by KLM. It wasn’t ! Vibrant and friendly staff. Awesome, quiet room with full windows and big walk-in shower

As for the room maintenance, our room was not vacuum cleaned the second day of our stay. Everything was provided at bare mininmum, only 2 pillows and no face towels were provided

Location is perfect, the team is nice and helpful, the environment is perfect! But the window curtains don’t block the sunlight well, especially in the early morning, which means people who are sensitive to sleeping in light might feel some discomfort

The hotel location is excellent, which locates in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, very convenient to go to the attraction spots, just several metro stops away

The second room they gave us had a view of construction. Also both rooms had visible mold, which was disheartening—especially for a resort that markets itself as a higher-end all-inclusive destination

If you tried to go to the adult only side you were told “you can’t be here” because we didn’t have the right color wristband. Plus not everyone can afford that when we spent over $4k on this trip to begin with

My husband was very sick by the end of the trip and by the time we arrived home his symptoms drastically improved! One thing we were surprised by was how many kids were at the resort

We were told that upgrading to the adults-only experience would have cost an additional $1,700, which felt like a steep price difference

There were a lot of children everywhere, which isn’t necessarily bad, but it definitely impacted the atmosphere for a honeymoon trip

At times, it also felt like some parents weren’t closely watching their children, though to be fair staff did step in a few times to tell kids to move or play in other areas

Nice NH with pool and some wellness facility. Everything was good apart from having to wait for the room to get ready. We checked in at around 16:20 but the room was not ready for another 25 min.

Our room was not like many photos on the official page, but still a good room. The location is isolated but near Keukenhof. There is a very nice walk near the hotel to visit flower fields for free

The restaurant is a little bit expensive compared to quality, but it’s ok

It was great! Stayed for two days. It's a bit far out, but very quiet. I'd love to stay here again next time 🩷. I really liked the ice service and having a bathtub. Overall, it was very good.

However, there's a convenient shuttle bus to the airport. Getting to and from the city center by public transport isn't ideal as you have to walk a fair distance

They have the healthiest breakfast possible, really enjoyed breakfast. Everybody is happy and helpful. Fitness and sauna are pretty basic and they have funny sauna rules but I can let that pass

Great stay at the Marriott Amsterdam ! The localisation is perfect, not far from all the shops, close to the supermarket Spar. The staff is really Nice, the room ( 2 double beds) was clean and refreshed everyday

The overall feeling is good, but parking is a bit expensive. In addition, the road is under construction, and the navigation to the hotel always fails to reach the destination, which is a bit of a bad experience

The Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel and Conference Center is indeed a good hotel, especially if you're looking for convenience when flying in or out of Schiphol Airport

Cleanliness is generally spot-on, and the staff are friendly and professional, often going out of their way to help with airport-related queries

Our rooms were clean zero complaints on that. The roads around the property definitely need work, but overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay

Stayed here for two nights. The staff here is super nice, rooms are clean and spacious. Loved the location- near all the bars and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was a huge letdown so I would recommend to skip it.

I enjoyed the scenery along the way, and it was a bonus to catch a rowing competition happening on the Amstel River – quite a sight! The hotel's room service was excellent, and housekeeping was always prompt

The room environment was great, and check-in was very convenient. The only minor drawback was that it was a little far from the subway station, but overall, it was still very good. Recommended.

The hotel amenities was surprisely good. We enjoy our upgraded room and a welcome drink. We can left our luggages for 2 days during our short trip to Giethrone

This is the closest hotel to the airport, just a three or four-minute walk away. It's perfect for a one-night stay if you're transiting through Amsterdam for an early morning flight. The room makes excellent use of space

Very good, super close to the airport. The room is quite compact, like a container box. It's fine for a short overnight stay, but it might feel a bit cramped for a longer visit. Highly recommended for layovers.

The executive lounge room type was incredibly affordable. We could grab a soft drink before heading out and upon returning, and they even offered free Japanese beer and some snacks

I thought the breakfast at the lounge in the mornings was quite good too – perfect for a quick bite if you can't make it to regular breakfast. Plus, the lounge view was fantastic! 👍
