Met and surpassed my expectations for a hostel. Pretty clean.. bathroom didn’t smell great but everything else was good!

I was NEVER given clean bedding, there was noise through out the night the room smelt. The toilet shower area had a smelly old towel on the floor. There was no management apparent in the morning. When I complained of this I was basically told it was my fault for not contacting someone after hours for clean linen. Passing responsibility on to a customer WITHOUT accepting responsibility for a dirty unclean room and bathroom is unacceptable customer service , in many years of hostels this is THE DIRTIEST AND WORST experience I have EVER HAD, I will forward this exact wording to the various pertinent sites that cover travel. NO ATTEMPT was made to address these issues no compensation was offered and all the complaints brought up were dismissed as not management’s responsibility. There is ZERO reason why I would recommend your company and the manager I spoke to was unhelpful refused to take responsibility and presented as disengaged and robotic. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

We had extreme Problems sleeping in the Hotel due to mold on the Walls. After the First Night we trouble breathing. There also where Spiderwebs and stains on the bedsheets. So we Switcht Rooms and the day after we had to Switch Hotels. We wanted a refund because we wanted to Switch Hotels but that was not possible because we Booked over Trip we have been told. Overall this stay was not pleasant at all for that Amount of Money and we Are a Bit shocked about the State the Hotel is in after we saw the pictures and saw the Rating. We can not recoment this at all and we Hope Trip is gonna get in touch for a refund for this horrible stay!

The service staff are very friendly and there are activities held several nights during the week. The location is very good, close to Albert Market, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. The indoor room will be darker and there will be plenty of hot water;)
