This is a Hilton as expected in design and visual quality.
The staff is friendly and super nice, it is for sure a staff that I love to see at any hotel!
They really do everything to make our stay great!

The rooms are nice, the staff so very friendly.

But the reason I give the rating I give is very simple…. The logistics and the small things compared to the other location they have not much further from the city center.

But the amount of time to get to the center is the same due to the transportation option. Is not as convenient.

Their parking garage is small and they charge 35 euros and is not even for 24 hours we had to take the car out at 1500 or 3 pm

They had breakfast for free and that is amazing but the amount of inconvenience. We got lost looking for the tram… so much wasted time.

The other location by the convention arena is much easier and the metro is right in front of it. They don’t charge for parking and we were allowed to keep the car in the garage more than 24 hours. Over there is more expensive but the peace of mind is more important when on vacation… so I would not recommend this location.

Nice hotel. I mostly noted how quiet is was inside the room: no road noise. Amsterdam is very busy, but seems to be quite aware of noise-mitigation to improve quality of life. The nearby trams 26 and 7 will get you around the city. No need to buy a ticket: tap any bank card once you get on the tram, make sure you also tap when you get off. In the local terminology you "check in" and "check out". This also works on trains, at least for local transport like going to and from the airport.

The rooms were very comfortable and nice overall, with friendly and helpful staff, so I did enjoy the stay. Parking was the main frustration: the hotel parking showed as out of order and suggested public garages, which were full, and only later we were told the hotel was sharing a garage in the building opposite. This should have been clearly mentioned upfront, and having to call reception every time to access the garage made it inconvenient. Breakfast was decent but below my usual European standard, with average pastries, some overcooked bacon, and scrambled eggs with a not-great texture. Overall, I still liked the stay because the rooms and staff were excellent, but the parking situation and breakfast were a letdown and definitely areas with room for improvement.

Great hotel for visiting Amsterdam. Whilst it isn't central, it's three tram stops from Centraal station, and the tram is only a few minutes walk, you can see the hotel from where you come up the stairs from the tram.
Staff were really friendly and helpful and all spoke good English. Marichu at breakfast was so kind and welcoming.
The room was modern and clean. There was shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board were in the room which was handy.
Pillows were really comfortable.
The breakfast was brilliant, one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. There was bacon or sausages (alternate days), scrambled egg, mushrooms, beans, tomatoes... the scrambled egg tasted a bit weird like it was powdered, but other than that fantastic. Waffle machine for fresh waffles (two flavours), yoghurt, fruit, pastries, cold meats, cheese, olives... everything you could want.
They had a secure room to store our luggage on the last day which was handy as we had an evening flight.
The toilets in the lobby were immaculate.
All in all a fantastic hotel in a good location for visiting the city, and a great price for what you get.
I would definitely return if visiting Amsterdam again.

The room was quite spacious, and the location was pretty good, not far from the train station.

The location is close to the Amsterdam centre just a few stops with the tram which is 5 minutes walking from the hotel to the tram stop. The bed comfortable. The size of standard room big enough for two of us and luggage. The bathroom is clean. They have all sizes of towels. Spacious side of the sink so I can easily store my beauty products. Good water temperature and room heater. Free two bottles of water in the room. A lot of choice for breakfast. More than enough. Easy parking at the hotel … they lead you where to park when you enter the gate just press the intercom button. They organised very well everything you need. Really unexpected very good hotel. Most of all friendly waiters and receptionist.

The location is very convenient. After buying a ticket at Amsterdam Central Station, you can take bus 26 to get there. The room is clean.
