Decent hotel close to museums. Bed was not the best. Room cleaning was not thorough. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff.

From arrivial to the day we left, the receiptionists were very friendly and helpful. They even give us a list of the food recommendtion.
Rooms are comfortable . Just once in awhile see a small insect . Maybe its because our room is in the basement . Location is excellent. Just 1 street to shopping`

Right outside the hotel, you'll find a street with boutique shops, making it super convenient for luxury shopping. The hotel itself is small but charming, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I really appreciated that they printed out a list of services for guests, along with local food recommendations and a map of the area. That was a nice touch! The only minor issue was that the toilet in the room tended to overflow, but other than that, everything else was great.

Great location, unfortunately our room was not cleaned on the last day, despite outting the "yes" sign and towels were replaced. When I complained, the front desk staff just said sorry. At the end of the day when we xome back to the room to rest, we want to see a cleaned room, made bed.

I booked this hotel last minute as I had layover in Amsterdam. I was blown away from moment I walked in, the customer service from Andre was amazing. Big shout out to him. The lobby area was beautiful and it had a full service snack bar there where you can order item if you need. The room was great, pretty spacious, clean, it had balcony, and a jacuzzi in bathroom. The service was good. The location is very ideal. It is 3 min walk from Van Gogh museum, parks , restaraunts and the high end street. I enjoyed my stay and when I am back in Amsterdam I will definitely look to come here. Thank you
