⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lovely, comfortable stay – great for families

We had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel, especially for families.

The breakfast was excellent, with halal-friendly options, and it was very convenient that breakfast runs until 11:30am. The showers were great, rooms were warm and comfortable, and the location is ideal for getting around the city easily.

A special thank you to the reception staff, particularly fantastic Omud & Arnold, and to the chef Olag, who were both very helpful in making sure we were comfortable during our stay. All staff were polite and welcoming.

We also appreciated the hotel’s AI app, which made it easy to make queries and requests without stress.

Overall, a good, well-located hotel for a relaxed family stay. Thank you to the team for looking after us.

I booked this place because the previous place i booked wasn’t in a good location and overall looked rundown.

with me booking this place on a whim and genuinely had such a wonderful time, the room was immaculate, bathroom was great and the view was literally to die for. I can see how some people may complain about the room size and the bathroom was a little small but i’ve stayed in some tiny places in my life and this was actually a nice size!! for my partner and i it was a good size and felt quite bougie. The price was also really affordable (atleast for me who’s on a budget) and i didn’t feel ripped off or anything

I was very nervous as i looked at the reviews after i had booked it but i genuinely had no problems. The location is spot on and you could easily walk from the hotel to central but the tram is also 1 minute away and runs regularly! even the staff were amazing, any problems i had or requests, they would look into it and help us out. No one was scary or intimidating and they were really quite accommodating and warm considering we arrived past 11pm

This stay was a horrible one. I placed a reservation with Hotel Mosiac but I am not sure if I was placed in an another hotel or not as there are three hotels in the same block. I paid €1,861 for 5 nights and the family room was so bad that I actually considered finding another hotel elsewhere. The room was very dirty and there was no closet where to put the clothes as it was advertised ( see picture attached). How can a family stay for 5 nights in these conditions? Hot water was not available in the shower after 10:00am. The house keeping service is very bad too. They do not clean the room and do not check for the toilet supplies. The room was very small too and it was not as seen in the pictures. The bathroom does not have a ventilation system which I am sure it is against the regulations. So considering the price I paid, yes you do expect to have a good sized room and clean too.

Stay was clean, spacious and great location. Coffee machine was appreciated ☕️ Reception staff were really helpful and kinda all hours. Power actually went out on our last night so unfortunately our phones and powerbank didn't charge- not anything that could be helped and staff were really apologetic. 🛎 Would return 🛏

Family group of mum and 2 children. Hotel chosen for its location and having parking. The staff were very friendly but it’s not suitable for families at all- the room was dirty and design layout dreadful. My children couldn’t reach the hand soap to wash their hands, even I (an average sized woman) couldn’t reach the towel rail. Also there was clearly no thought to being able to see your face well enough in any mirror to be able to apply makeup. My child knocked over a water bottle and when I wiped up the spill on the floor the paper was filthy- clearly the floors weren’t cleaned. Even the walls had deep grime. The parking was awkward- despite me asking for a parking space to be reserved twice there were no free spaces with the hotel sign on them- ended up driving around the whole car park multiple times. Also they advised I park then check in, but you can’t get into the elevator without your key card! Also, the exit is really narrow. Loved Amsterdam, wouldn’t recommend or use this hotel again.

The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, with coffee machine and capsules included, but the bathroom was quiet moldy. It didn’t bother us though, cause we stayed just for one night. The hotel as itself is really beautiful, it was nice to be there.

Overall a pleasant stay. Location is perfect if you want to be outside the super busy central Amsterdam, but only a short 20 minute walk away! Lots of great local cafes and restaurants nearby, and only a short walk from the beautiful local Vondel Park. Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating to needs where possible. Although rooms are quite small, they serve their purpose if you have a busy day out sightseeing whilst visiting Amsterdam. Bathrooms would benefit from more cleaning attentiveness and better ventilation, which would enhance the guest experience.

Rooms werent ready for early check in as requested. We waitied 2 hours after arrival for early check in at noon. Were told rooms were being "cleaned" After checkin the rooms smelled heavily of air freshener. It was difficult to breathe in the room. Luckily my balcony door worked. The balcony was filthy with mildew growing everywhere. I left the doors open for most of 2 days to air out the room. My friends room balcony door did not open properly. The bed was slippery and the pillows were probably the worst i ever slept on. The headboard had multiple damaged and stained areas. The light covers were cracked and lights flickered. There was thick dust and cobwebs between headboard and wall. Dont drink from coffee machine either. Ran 5 clean water brews through it and its always brown. There was no bottled water available so i purchased from local supermarket. There was no body soap for shower either. The bathroom is a mess anytime you shower its a bad designed curbless shower that floods out into the room The location was good within 15 walking minutes to major areas. There is a bar and 2 restaurants within 5 minutes. There are much better location hotels for the price. Hotel staff seemed friendly at checkin but ignored you after until check out. I wouldnt stay here again.

I stayed here with friends for a few nights. After returning to our room on our last night, our room had been cleaned and all of our apple products and cash were no longer in the room. Ipad, 3 pairs of AirPods, etc. as well as €800 cash was stolen. A police report was filed and management did an extremely poor job dealing with the situation. Not a trustworthy place. If you stay here be sure to lock up your stuff.

The central location is the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. The service staff at the reception desk was unfriendly, you immediately had the feeling that the hotel didn't depend on you. In addition, the hotel's own parking garage was occupied so that the hotel recommended that you go to another parking garage. But the fact that this costs €100 for 24 hours was kept secret. Luckily at the next day we asked again for a parking space. This was then made available to us for a further €35. An accommodating approach would have been customer-friendly. About the room: If you leaned against the headboard of the bed, you would be stuck. It was verry sticky. In addition, the balcony door to the room was broken, making it impossible to ventilate. If you wanted to shower, you flooded the entire bathroom as there was only minimal separation from the shower. We had booked for 3 nights. But then we decided to leave after 2 nights. Unfortunately the hotel is not recommended.
