The staff was lovely, the location was ok about 30 mins walk to Amsterdam Central but the tram goes there and is cheap only 10 euros in 24 hrs. Tv was not working but I didn't watch TV So it didn't bother me, The room is clean but basic it had a shower and toilet which was clean. I didn't use room service. Generally we had a good experience the hairdryer was not very hot so took a long time todry.

Everything was okay except,
1. In the bathroom the normal water shower didn't work ( the normal water handle to be rotated was stuck)
2. In the shower hot water was too hot as it couldn't be mixed with cold water.
3. Wish there was someone the desk for early check in.
4. The girl at the counter doesn't care much about the job, my room was 6 which is on the 2nd floor but she said 4th floor.

Didn’t expect too much with this price
Clean bedding and close to centre
One thing is the toilet is smelly in the beginning, once air is in and then it will be fine

Suitable for those who don't want to leave the city center, convenient to the tram stop. Lidl is right in front of the building. Suitable for those who appreciate cleanliness and comfort.

Good for all. The 150 euros come back to me at same day of checkout. Really good position and the room are daily cleaned. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

When I entered the room, I immediately felt the air was not ventilated. I went there in the middle of winter, but I left the window open to ventilate the room. I don't know if the room hadn't been used for a while or hadn't been washed, but it was dusty and dirty and very uncomfortable. When my friend and I lay down to sleep, the dust on the bed made us cough nonstop and we couldn't sleep at all. We could hear coughing from the next room all night and thought it was the same everywhere.
We asked to change rooms the next day, but nothing changed, and we woke up in the morning with the window open in the middle of winter.
Even after the trip, neither of us had a cure for coughing, and it was a difficult experience.

Hotel for one night, with an exceptional location. Centrally located close to everything with a supermarket in front, small room and bathroom. If you don't want a lot of luxuries and are looking to stay close to the center, this is a good option.

It is very strange that this hotel has a low rating.
I liked everything!!!
1. The location is very convenient (I got there from the airport in 40 minutes by public transport, close to the main attractions of the city).
2. Good reception staff (I checked in very late, but the hotel employee was waiting for me).
3. Cleanliness of the room (bed linen is perfectly clean, clean towels, In general, the room was clean without foreign odors).
4. Comfort (I had a large soft bed, the size of the room suited me).
