If I could give it 0 stars I would. When we arrived up to the room which had supposedly been cleaned. We found stains & hairs on the sheets, not even a full curtain to cover the window. The room was nothing Like any of the photos shown when I booked it with yourselves. Me and my partner went down to reception after sending the photos to the hotel via WhatsApp. The receptionist who spoke to us via a ring camera was so rude and unhelpful. We was told we don’t have to stay there and can go elsewhere, we only come to ask if we could move rooms. So me and my partner grabbed our things and left without a second thought and found another hotel to stay in. We did not spend a night in the hotel I booked with you.

WORST HOTEL IN JORDAAN AREA STAY AWAY

I’ve stayed at this hotel around three times now, mainly because of the convenient location. I usually book it last minute as it’s easy and straightforward, and I’ve never had any issues with the staff during check-in, even though everything is now done through an intercom/ring camera system.
However, during my most recent stay, I experienced extremely unprofessional behaviour from a member of staff. On the first night, my friend and I returned to the hotel around midnight. We were talking quietly and not causing any disturbance, yet the staff member monitoring the entrance shouted at us in a very rude and aggressive manner. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name.
The same thing happened again the following night, which made the situation even more unnecessary and unpleasant.
The hotel rooms themselves are in poor condition—very outdated, cold, and generally uncomfortable. The walls are extremely thin, and you can hear conversations and noise from neighbouring rooms, which made it difficult to relax.
Overall, the location is the only positive aspect, but the state of the rooms and the behaviour of certain staff members make it a disappointing stay.

Amazing and super helpful staff, but there was black mold on some bathroom ceilings, and bed bugs in our room and other guests’ rooms. The hotel doesn’t have a receptionist, so you have to yell into a ring doorbell for service until someone can come over (they often can’t).

Super uncomfortable, unwelcoming staff, plus there are bedbugs, take precautions if you go there.
