Nice location and decent room.

Small and clean room, just nice for 2 people. Walking distance to attraction places.

The hotel is really good and very convenient.

Excellent location, close to all the main attractions, about a 20-minute walk away. Also conveniently located near tram and bus stops. The hotel has an elevator and heated hallways.

The room was a perfect 10. We were on the 3rd floor and had a nice view.

The hotel reception staff were very friendly.

I would definitely stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was excellent — close to tram and bus stops, and within walking distance to many central attractions. Our room was comfortable for two people, and the beds were very cozy. but the bathroom was quite small. Being on the first floor made everything much easier since we didn’t have to deal with stairs or an elevator. Despite our room facing the street, we didn’t experience any noise at night and the neighborhood felt quiet and safe. The room was clean during the our first two days, but it seemed like it wasn’t cleaned on our third, final, day.

The breakfast area felt a bit cramped because it was below the entrance level and didn’t have windows. The menu wasn’t extremely varied, but I believe it included everything you would expect from a proper breakfast. It was satisfying and suitable for different preferences. For example I don’t eat pork but I still had a meat option and it was satisfying for me.

The hotel staff were very kind, understanding, and helpful. They provided all the support we needed regarding the city and our trip. If I ever visit Amsterdam again, I’d definitely stay here.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice and in an amazing location. My main issue is that the walls are really thin so you can hear noise from other guests, particular the inconsiderate ones. I woke up early the whole time I was there because of this so I don’t think I’d stay again. I think the hotel will need to invest in acoustics for a comfortable stay. Minor quibbles are that there was just a small bin in the bathroom and nowhere else and I didn’t have a hairdryer in my room although that was probably just an oversight and I could have asked for one. There was breakfast that I didn’t have so not sure what that’s like - otherwise there is just a drink/food machine that was not fully stocked. The lounge area is very small but adequate. No bar at the hotel which I prefer to have but it’s a small hotel so they wouldn’t have room for one anyway. Of course there are so many bars nearby and a supermarket just around the corner. It’s a very nice hotel in a fantastic location but the noise was an issue for me. Cleaning was awesome.
