Our stay was amazing! Clean comfortable rooms with luxury amenities. Staff are warm and attentive and food is nice. Our trip was for my partner’s birthday and the staff were incredible and arranged for balloons and a cake to be in the room when we came back from a day out, as well as giving us a free upgrade on our room. Great experience, really recommend!

Fantastic stay and superb hospitality!
Very cozy one. Some distance from the Central Station which is good, as more silent and cleane.
Can have some improvement on housekeeping though

First time and left planning.the next trip, would.100% recommend the Maison Elle Hotel. Amazing start to finish. Beautiful hotel, with beautiful friendly attentive staff.
We were in the suite, which was absolutely gorgeous, and so good to arrive somewhere that is exactly.as you saw in photos, and better in person. Bed so comfortable.

All the staff we met throughout our stay vouldn't be more helpful and happy, nothing was too much trouble.
Kept coffee pods and teabags topped up.

Perfect location to the city, airport and local restaurants.

We walked in and out of the city most days - about 30 mins.
The tram stop is 10 minutes walk or less.

Vondelpark round the corner from.the hotel and beautiful space to walk through to get to the museums.

Thank you - we'll definitely be returning ☺️

Location is good given proximity to Van Gogh Museum, and there are a few food options including a supermarket nearby. However, it lacks a gym and the garden is too small to do anything there like walking. Having said that, there are quite a few stairs to navigate and if you really want to add some intensity to your exercise, you can try to carry your luggages while you go up the stairs (joking). Finally, after our room was cleaned (even though we put on a DND sign), the housekeeping team forgot to lock the door to our room, so anyone could have entered and stole stuff!

The hotel is located 5 minutes away from a tram station, making it convenient for travel. It is located on a quiet street with no noise. Some rooms in the hotel do not have refrigerators, which can be improved.

The service staff is very friendly and enthusiastic, the room decoration is very exquisite and beautiful, the environment is quiet and the breakfast is delicious. It is very close to Vondelpark and is worth recommending.
