Very pleasant experience here. Lovely hotel, good layout and nice and clean. Really friendly staff, warm and welcoming vibes. Brilliant central location too! Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay overnight to enjoy the city. Walking distance for everything you need. Friendly staff, good food. And free access to coffee is the best. Chile friendly too. Don’t forget to experience the buffet too

It's difficult to get to the toilet because you have to squeeze through a very narrow space between the sink's glass basin and the shower's glass partition; you can only enter sideways.

Just back from a 3 day trip and the hotel is decent. It’s what it says on the tin. A 3* hotel. Nothing glamorous about it. Room was ok. Breakfast was decent. If you’re after an amazing hotel room, this is not the place for you. We stayed as a couple and the were given 2 single beds that kept splitting apart. The toilet system kept on jamming so had to mess around with it otherwise the flush system would continue. Bathroom sink kept clogging up. Location is amazing though. Less than a 5 minute walk from the heart of central Amsterdam.

perfect stay! bed was comfy, room was clean! basic room for what you need and very close to everything!
only downside was the staff didn’t seem too enthusiastic to work there and were very blunt
also there was a lot of road works on the street behind the hotel where our room faced. so was very loud in mornings, completely out the hotels hands but a heads up would of been nice. luckily we were up early most mornings anyway

Excellent Stay at WestCord City Center Amsterdam
We had a fantastic stay at WestCord City Center Hotel! The location is perfect — within walking distance of the Central Station, Dam Square, and major attractions, making it very easy to explore the city.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, providing great tips on restaurants, sights, and transportation. Check-in was smooth, and the service throughout our stay was excellent.
Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged.
Overall, WestCord City Center offers great comfort, a prime location, and outstanding service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam!

The room is spacious enough, a few minutes from the main street, the location is very safe, there is free coffee and public space downstairs. It is recommended to stay in this hotel for a short stay here

The room is small but clean. The location is good. It is in the old town and convenient to go anywhere! There are shopping places and various restaurants around. It takes only ten minutes to walk to the palace.
