For three days, our towels weren't changed, and no housekeeping was performed, which significantly impacted our stay.
The only positive aspect was the location, which is truly ideal, right in the heart of Amsterdam. As for breakfast, it was acceptable but very basic; don't expect anything more.
If I had to recommend this hotel, I would advise against it for anyone seeking a true 4-star experience with genuine comfort and good amenities.
Great public transport connectivity;5 mins walk to the nearest Rembrandt tram stop.
One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning view from my room, which overlooked the river. Waking up to the serene waters was truly a treat. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my visit.
Very small room though. But we knew it from the pictures. I recommend it . Price was much but everything is expensive on Amsterdam so it is ok.
