✔️ Excellent location – very convenient to Amsterdam Central Station and within walking distance to many attractions, shops and restaurants.
✔️ Newly renovated rooms – clean, modern and comfortable. The refreshed interiors made the stay feel much more premium.
Minus point:
Unfortunately, a newly purchased Miffy toy went missing during housekeeping, and despite checking with the hotel, it was not recovered. It was quite disappointing as it was a special souvenir from our trip.
Overall, still a comfortable and well-located hotel, but we do hope the hotel can improve on housekeeping communication and lost-and-found handling.
